Charming and elegant stone villa on the slopes of a green hill of the Casentino Forest National Park between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Totally renovated into a charming Tuscany holiday accommodation and provided with the most up-to-date conveniences such as air-conditioning, satellite TV, internet connection, etc.: a perfect place for families and friends visiting Tuscany.

The extensive and completely fenced outdoor area, boasting an excellent sun exposure, is provided with a most inviting heated swimming pool (size 10x5x1,40 m deep) with a solar-powered shower, tennis court, Jacuzzi, Gym, a gazebo and large furnished terrace with breathtaking views over the valley below.

Surrounded by meadows and refreshing woods, it is the ideal spot for those looking for sensational excursions to rediscover nature which here, fortunately, has remained pure and uncontaminated.

The villa is built on three floors: basement floor with a bright gym that overlooks the valley below, and Jacuzzi; the ground floor with large spaces devoted to living room, kitchen with dining area and direct access onto the porch and the large terrace, two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom; first floor with 4 bedrooms one of which with private loggia, all of them with en-suite bathroom.

Fantastic place to stay

We spent a great holiday with friends (6 adults and 6 children age 8-15). The house has a beautiful location with lovely views. Everything was so clean and luxurious! The house-owner was very kind. We bought bread at the local supermarket everyday. We had nice days out to Arezzo, Sienna and a hike nearby. We recommend this house to everyone who looks for both peace&quit and comfort.

Esperienza fantastica

Villa con un panorama meraviglioso, dotata di tutti i confort necessari per rendere indimenticabile la propria vacanza. Unica pecca è la mancanza di segnale telefonico, ma questo è più un problema appartenente a Talla che alla villa in sè. Complimenti ai proprietari per la cura anche dei più piccoli dettagli.

Breathtaking Views and a Gorgeous Villa

We were 11 adults and the place was perfect. Tons of space. We loved the pool and the main sitting area had incredible views from sunrise to sunset. We had a chef come cook for us one night and a cooking class come another and teach us how to make pasta from scratch. So fun. We used the pizza oven three nights and loved it. Highly recommend this place.

Perfektes Haus

Zu Anfang: das Haus an sich verdient glatte 5 Sterne. Wirklich toll. Sehr , sehr nette Vermieterin vor Ort, sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir haben als Patchworkfamilie mit 6 unserer Kinder teilweise mit Partnern(insgesamt 12 Peronen) eine Woche Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Wir wollten keine großen Ausflüge machen, nicht Schiki Micki Essen gehen, sondern einfach nur Zeit zusammen mit Essen, Trinken, Spielen, Lachen, Reden verbringen, Dinge, die im Alltag oft zu kurz kommen. Dafür war es mehr als ideal. Ein sehr großes Haus, die einzelnen Zimmer groß (ausser eines), jedes mit einem eigenen großen mit liebevollen Details ausgestatteten Badezimmer. Die Küche groß, alle konnten mithelfen schnippeln, kochen etc. Es gab in großer Menge Kochtöpfe, Pfannen , die auch wirklich das Volumen für Nudeln für 12 Personen fassten. Es gab genug kleine Teller, Suppenteller, große Teller, zusammenhängend, sodass ein schönes Decken eines Tisches möglich war. Gläser, Besteck, ..... alles, was man im Haushalt benötigt, wirklich ausreichend vorhanden. Eine liebevoll gepflegte Anlage, terassenförmig angerichtet, sodass auch hier Entzerrung für 12 Personen super möglich war. Jeder konnte bei allem mitmachen oder sich zurückziehen. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen, gar nicht alle Details aufzählen, es wären zu viele. Das Einzige, was zu einem Abzug an Sternen führt, war die schlechte Kommunikation mit der vermietenden Agentur. Diese meldete sich über 8 Tage nicht auf Mailanfragen, - und dies 2 Wochen vor der Abfahrt. In Pandemiezeiten kamen mir dann schon Zweifel, ob dieses Haus überhaupt existiert. Auch die von Fewo-direkt weitergeleiteten Telefonnummern waren nicht hilfreich . So machte ich mich im Internet auf die Suche nach mehr Informationen und fand eine Toskanaseite , die das Haus ebenfalls vermietet, mit sehr kompetentem Agenturleiter. Hier hätte das Haus erheblich weniger Miete gekostet. Und ich hatte jemandem am Telefon, der das Haus wirklich gut kannte und meine Fragen beantworten konnte. Das mit dem dtl teureren dreistelligen Mietbetrag hat durchaus geschmerzt, vor allem, als sich kurz vor unserer Abfahrt die vermietende Agentur doch noch meldete und nicht wirklich besonders freundlich war.

Prachtig landhuis met schitterende ligging

Het huis logt heel stil in de heuvels met een mooi uitzicht. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige nadeel is dat het wel een eindje rijden is van toeristische trekpleisters als Siena en de Chiantistreek over bochtige weggetjes. Daar staat echter veel goeds tegenover.

Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa ist fast noch schöner als die tollen Bilder in der Objektbeschreibung es vermuten lassen. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien war für uns vier völlig ausreichend und bei Belegung mit 12 Personen wird die Spülmaschine sowieso öfter angestellt. Die Möglichkeiten sich aktiv zu betätigen sind mit Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Swimmingpool und Fitnessraum sehr umfangreich und da alles sehr großzügig angelegt ist, brauchen auch 12 Personen nicht eng aufeinander zu sitzen. Einzig der Platz vor dem TV mit deutschen Programmen ist eng bemessen, was jedoch allenfalls bei anhaltend schlechtem Wetter mal relevant werden könnte. Wunderschön ist die große Terrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Auf der Terrasse stehen mehrere Sitzecken zur Verfügung und eine lange Tafel unter dem Dach, an der 12 Personen Platz haben. Auch im Innenraum kann der Tisch ausgezogen werden und bietet Platz für 12 Personen. Die Zimmer mit jeweils angeschlossenem Bad sind großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet und bieten mit Fensterläden,Fliegengittern und Klimaanlage allen Komfort. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft. Wir wurden mit einem ganzen Buffet von selbst gemachten toskanischen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt. Wenn etwas fehlte waren die Gastgeber sofort zur Stelle. Jeden Morgen wurde nicht nur der Pool gereinigt, sondern auch die Blumen gegossen, trockene Blätter entfernt und sogar mal frische Croissants mitgebracht. Zur Lage Das Objekt liegt wenige Fahrminuten außerhalb des Dorfes Talla auf einem Hang. Unterhalb befindet sich ein Nachbarobjekt, Swimmingpool und oberer Garten sind geschützt und uneinsehbar. Sonne im Herbst von Morgens bis späten Nachmittag, wegen des Hanges im Westen. Das Dorf Talla verfügt über eine sehr gute Osteria, in der wir wunderbar gespeist haben. Das weitere Restaurant hatte leider geschlossen und die Trattoria ist nicht zu empfehlen. In einem kleinen Laden bekommt man alles notwendige für den täglichen Bedarf. Talla liegt ein wenig abseits in den Bergen, was jedoch im Sommer etwas angenehmere Temperaturen und insgesamt viel Ruhe bedeutet. Die Hotspots der Toskana sind alle gut zu erreichen, wenn man das Fahren auf engen, kurvigen Straßen nicht scheut. Für Gäste, die die Ruhe lieben und in Familie oder im Freundeskreis ein paar schöne gemeinsame Tage verbringen möchten, dabei auf sportliche Aktivitäten nicht verzichten möchten und die Toskana entdecken und genießen wollen ist dieses Objekt ideal.

Hills of Tuscany

We loved the views from the villa. The house and grounds were very nice and clean. We loved using the pizza oven. The villa is quite remote, which was good and bad. We would rent the villa again.
