A seguito di un accurato restauro che l'ha riportata all'antico splendore, vi presentiamo Casa Sirolli, una vecchia casa padronale di tardo '800 di proprietà della nostra famiglia nel paese di Archi, uno dei "Borghi Autentici d'Italia".

After an accurate restoration which has brought it back to its former glory, we introduce you to Casa Sirolli, an ancient manor house dated back to late 19th Century, owned by our ancestors, in the village of Archi, one of the "Authentic Village of Italy"

L'alloggio / The house

Una grande casa d'epoca, riccamente decorata, situata nel centro storico di Archi (CH). Da un lato il centro del paese, mentre sull'altro un lungo balcone che affaccia sulle valli del Sangro e dell'Aventino e sulla poderosa Majella con una vista mozzafiato. La casa si sviluppa su due livelli, al piano terreno la zona giorno e una camera da letto con bagno, mentre al primo piano si trovano due stanze, ciascuna con proprio bagno.
A 20 minuti dalla riviera adriatica e un'ora dalla cima della Majella. Tranquillità, gente cordiale, prezzi modici ne fanno meta ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici.

Beautiful manor house, richly decorated, located in the hearth of the authentic medieval village of Archi (CH). On one side, the centre of the village, on the other side a long balcony overlooking the Sangro and Aventino valleys and the mighty Majella mountain with a breathtaking view.
The house has two stores, at the ground floor the common areas and a double room with private toilet, on the first floor two double rooms with private toilet each.
Only 20 mins from the seaside (Adriatic Riviera) and one hour from the top of the Majella mountains with dozens of trekking paths.
Calmness, nice people, wonderful food and smart prices make it perfect for families and group of friends.

Descrizione spazi / House description

Al piano terra: cucina completa con zona pranzo e balcone, soggiorno con divano letto (una piazza e mezza) e una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato. Al primo piano due camere da letto ciascuna con bagno privato. Una con letto matrimoniale e la seconda con due letti singoli che si possono trasformare in letto matrimoniale.
N.B. La scala interna che porta al primo piano è di proprietà in comune con la vicina che però non vive nell'alloggio. Le porte di accesso al piano terra e primo piano hanno la serratura per garantire la sicurezza e possibilità di chiusura.

Ground floor: furnished kitchen with dining area and balcony, living room with sofa bed (120cms, double small), double room with private toilet. At first floor two double bedrooms with private toilet in each of them. The first room has a double bed, while the second has two single beds, convertible in double bed.
ATTENTION: The staircase leading to the first floor is a common area with the neighbour who doesn't live there. However the doors accessing the ground and first floors have locks to guarantee security and it is advisible to lock them when out of the house.

La casa è indipendente, sarà presente la signora Serafina per la consegna delle chiavi e per mostrarvi la casa, dopodiché siete liberi di utilizzarla e rilassarvi.

Altre cose da evidenziare / More things to know

Cucina completa di stoviglie e frigorifero, lavatrice. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono compresi.
Posto auto di fronte a casa (un posto) e parcheggio nella piazza a 100m dall'alloggio.
Riscaldamento e aria condizionata sono presenti solo al piano terra, quindi in inverno è utilizzabile solo questa zona (max 4 persone - una camera da letto + divano letto in sala).
Nei mesi estivi (luglio-agosto) il Comune può sospendere l'erogazione dell'acqua nelle ore notturne (22.00-06.00)

Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes and tableware. Washing machine is present. Sheets and towels are provided.
Parking slot in front of the house (one slot) and parking place in the main square of the village, 100m from the house.
Heating and air conditioning are installed only at ground floor, so during winter time it is usable only this area (4 ppl maximum: one double room + sofa bed)
During summer months (July-August) the Municipality can suspend the water supply at night time (h:22.00-06.00).
