Paintful Villa in Langhe area - Castagnole delle Lanze

Few minuts from Barbaresco, Casa del Sole is a paintful house situated in the old town of Castagnole delle Lanze. Few minutes walking you can find local enoteca, restaurant, pizzerie and Bar.
Swimmingpool and garden are private for the guest of Casa del Sole. There is a fence all around the house, which is safe for dogs.
Each bedrooms has AC, which is a must for hot summer days.
The property comprises two floors:
Ground Floor: A fully equipped kitchen with all the confort, living area with tv, spacious bathroom with washing-machine.
First Floor: Four bedrooms with AC and one bathroom
Outside there is a large private garden completely fenced and electronic security gates, swimming pool with natural patio, an outdoor terrace in front of the pool . We will provide sun loungers as well as patio furniture, barbeque and all you need to enjoy your stay.
The house is fully equipped for 8 guests and all towels / linen will be provided throughout your stay. If you will stay for two weeks we will provide to bring you new one.
Dogs are welcome but there will be an additional charge of €20, payable in cash at the end of your stay.
Our house is located in the center of Castagnole delle Lanze. Close to the house there is a supermarket and during the week in the square of the village there is a local market with fresh products of the area. You will also enjoy locals shop.
You can enjoy the pool during the summer days, but you can also do some sightseeing, taste the italian cusine, the good wine of the area and our specialities of Piemonte.
If you don't have a car is not a problem because the house is in the town center, anyway is better to have one, in this way you can discover all the area.
