L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una palazzina del 1600 ad un minuto a piedi da Piazza Santa Maria,che è il cuore pulsante di Trastevere ed a 15 minuti da Piazza Campo de' Fiori e Piazza Navona. Trastevere è ad oggi uno dei pochissimi quartieri dove poter ancora incontrare la genuina ospitalità della gente romana, ricco di giorno di meravigliosi scorci e alla sera ideale per i numerosi ristoranti e bar che vi si trovano. l'appartamento è composto da doppio ingresso indipendente ( cucina-salotto ) due stanze da letto doppie, salotto con due ampie e luminose finestre provvisto all'occorrenza di divano letto a due piazze , studio - libreria, cucina molto ben attrezzata composta da piano fuochi con grill, forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per acqua potabile più una serie di altri piccoli elettrodomestici, ampia terrazza su cortile interno. Possibilità di rendere la cucina e la terrazza un unico ampio ambiente.
Due bagni con rispettivamente doccia e vasca idromassaggio.
Un terzo bagno , di servizio, provvisto di lavatrice.
Arredamento curato, con soffitti a cassettoni in tutte le stanze. La casa è provvista di Internet WIFI, telefono unicamente per le chiamate nazionali, TV via cavo, Netflix, aria condizionata (caldo-freddo) in ogni ambiente, riscaldamento autonomo con termosifoni.

Perfect accommodation in central Rome

Great location and facilities

Near everything you need for a fabulous visit to Trastevere and Rome. Friendly and helpful host, well-equipped kitchen and large living room. The street outside is lively until late because of the central location, but we didn't mind it. The back bedroom is quiet for light sleepers. Trams 8 and 3 into Rome, as well as the H bus to the central station. Taxi stand nearby too.

Nice apartment in Trastevere

Overall the stay was great. Communication with Michele who owns the apartment was excellent. He met us at the property and gave us a tour upon check-in. He was very responsive before and during our visit. He gave some dining recommendations too which was nice. The apartment is in a Trastevere, a neighborhood with a vibrant scene so it was fun to see that part of Rome, something we might not have done if we had stayed on the other side of the river. It was still walkable to get to the Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. although about a 25 min walk.

Roomy, comfortable apartment with all the amenities with a lovely terrace in a great location!

We stayed for two weeks with our adult daughter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very functional layout of the apartment provides two separate entries and a bathroom for each bedroom. The apartment has all the amenities we needed and the washer and dryer was a great help. The location was perfect for us being close to everything including restaurants, bars, pastry and gelato shops, little markets and a Conad supermarket close by. All the major tourist attractions we wanted to see were within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace every day. The owner, Michele, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. This apartment had everything we needed and more and we would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Stay in Rome

We had a great one week stay in Michele’s Trastevere flat, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for getting to markets, bakeries, cafes, and all that one might need for a short or longer stay. The apartment was pleasant to hang out in between city outings, and was well equipped if you would like to prepare meals in the nicely set up kitchen. Overall a nice place to anchor your visit to Rome for a family.

Great Property

We really enjoyed the location and the home. Wonderful place to stay. Michele was very responsive to our needs during our stay. There were a lot of cute restaurants close by and it was easy walking distance to many places.

This property was great! Plenty of room for myself, husband, and two teenage boys. AC worked well and kept us very comfortable. Communication with host and check in was super!

Perfect stay in the best neighborhood!

This apartment was the absolute best! Amazing neighborhiid and convenient to everything. The apartment had all of the amenities needed frrom soap to laundry to comfy beds to ice cold AC. The BEST coffee bar is just steps away- Bar San Calisto! Enjoy! You will not be disappointed!

Trastevere Gem

Thank you to Michele and his staff. This location is in the bustling neighborhood of Trastevere. Great restaurants and Cafes. All recommendations made by the host were fantastic. This neighborhood is hopping from 7:00PM -midnight. Also walking distance to downtown.

Fabulous location and fantastic stay!

This apartment met all our expectations! We were looking for a lively spot close to restaurants, shopping, our son's college campus, and this comfortable apartment met all our needs. Michele was an outstanding host and responded to all of our questions right away. We HIGHLY recommend!

The Perfect Place

This is the place to stay in Trastevere. The apartment is spacious and has a perfect layout which the rooms can be closed off for privacy. The location is fantastic! You can enjoy the neighborhood restaurants and it’s close to many piazza’s that you can’t miss. We would definitely stay here again.

Five Days in Rome

The apartment in Trastevere was in an excellent location with close proximity to the culture and restaurants in the Trastevere area as well as walking distance to Campo di Fiore and other Roma attractions. There was plenty of space in the apartment, with updated appliances and great outdoor space where we enjoyed our evenings. We would highly rate the apartment for a family of 4 or for 2 couples

Spacious and comfortable apartment with all the amenities!

We were 6 adults and we had plenty of space. Two bathrooms made it very comfortable. Water pressure was great(not typical in my experience traveling in Italy). Washer and dryer is a huge help to keep laundry under control. We did not cook, but there was everything you would need to do so. The nespresso and tea kettle were great for that morning coffee or evening cup of tea. The living room was a great space for us to gather and watch tv or relax. A/C units in all rooms. It should be noted that the neighborhood is lively and there are restaurants right outside so it is pretty noisy until the early morning hours. If you have small children it might be an issue as the windows are not insulated and it sounds like the people could be in the room with you. We stayed up late and are all adults so it did not bother us much. There is a big staircase leading up to the apartment. It was fine for us but might be an issue for some. Beautiful terrace that we didn't get to use but wish we had more time to enjoy. The owners were wonderful and quickly responded to the few questions we had. This apartment had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood!

Awesome stay in Trastevere!

Wow, what a great location! We walked to almost all of our stops in Rome, the Vatican, the Coliseum/old city, tons of great restaurants and bars! The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Rome.

Great place and location

Apartment us exactly as shown in listing, great living room with huge tv, full kitchen connected to outdoor patio, two bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a teen in our group, and Trastevere during summer is a world epicenter of nightime teen socializing.

Roomy Apartment

This was a good spot for our first 3 nights in Italy. Good location close to lots of eating and bars. The back bedroom was quiet and roomy. The front bedroom was very noisy at night due to the partying outside after the bars closed! The host was awesome, letting us check in early and very helpful throughout!

Perfect place

We give a big recommendation to the flat and to Michele! The flat is located directly in the middle of Trastevere only a few meters to bars, restaurants and to shops, too. We were 4 people and had a lot of space. In summary we would book again!!!!

Per lavoro mi sposto spesso in Spagna e per questo motivo affitto la mia casa di Trastevere.
Quando mi trovo a Roma mi piace accogliere i miei ospiti e sono sempre disponibile per dare consigli e suggerimenti per rendere speciale il loro soggiorno.
Roma è una città stupenda e Trastevere è sicuramente uno dei posti più belli e caratteristici per dove soggiornare per visitarla.
