A whole villa with private swimming-pool and parking area.

We like to meet our guests, so we welcome them in person. Therefore, since we live 45 km from the villa, the check-in time must be agreed, in the interval indicated by us (15-18). Hours outside this range would force us to ask you for a supplement. Which we absolutely want to avoid.
In any case, if you really need it, you will have to consider a surcharge of 50 €.

Built in the late Seventies, the villa is a typical holidays house in the hills, with 60s furnishings, set in the middle of a terraced garden, among lemon and fruit trees and flowers, overlooking the "Valle del Sarno".
The villa has two levels, for a total of about 200 square metres.
On the ground floor an open space with living, study area with fireplace, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen.
On the second floor: three double bedrooms with access to the upper terrace, a bedroom with a bunk bed overlooking the pool, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Outside, stone oven, barbecue, dining area, swimming-pool (6m x 15m), solarium, gazebo and a private parking area (for about 4 cars).
The beautiful location on the Sarno valley and the lush green of the garden offer picturesque views from every corner of the house.
The tranquility and the central position with respect to the region, make it ideal as a base of support for discovering Campania.
But the villa can also be a place of vacation, or a residence for those who need a quiet place for studing or writing.

ABOUT WINTER / SPRING HEATING
Dear travelers, the Ukrainian crisis and the lack of gas in our country are making more and more severe the rules of use and heating is extremely expensive.
To meet halfway our guests, we have installed a photovoltaic system which, during the day, will guarantee air conditioning at no cost (and zero emissions). In addition, we have reduced the cost of daily rent, in the months from November to April, but

HEATING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND WILL BE CALCULATED AS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INITIAL AND FINAL METER REEDING.

Therefore, if you plan to come to Campania in winter or between March and April, (in April in Campania it is still cold, despite the beautiful days), we suggest you bring warm clothes with you to wear at home. In this way you will reduce your expenses and you will also have an authentic Mediterranean-style life experience, while helping to protect the planet from emissions.

Un'intera villa con piscina privata e parcheggio

Ci piace incontrare i nostri ospiti, per questo li accogliamo di persona. Perciò, poiché abitiamo a 45 km dalla villa, l'orario di check-in deve essere concordato, nell'intervallo da noi indicato (15-18). Orari al di fuori di questo intervallo ci costringerebbero a chiedervi un supplemento. Cosa che vogliamo assolutamente evitare.
In ogni caso, se proprio ce ne fosse bisogno, dovrete considerare un sovrapprezzo di 50€.

Costruita alla fine degli anni Settanta, la villa è una tipica casa per le vacanze in collina, con arredi anni '60, immersa in un giardino a terrazze, tra piante di limone, frutta e fiori, e affacciata sulla "Valle del Sarno".
La villa ha due livelli, per un totale di circa 200 metri quadrati.
Al piano terra uno spazio aperto con soggiorno, zona studio con camino, zona pranzo, bagno e cucina.
Al secondo piano: tre camere matrimoniali con accesso alla terrazza superiore, una camera con un letto a castello con vista sulla piscina, due bagni, uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca.
All'esterno, forno a legna, barbecue, zona pranzo, piscina (6m x 15m), solarium, gazebo e parcheggio privato (per circa 4 auto).
La splendida posizione sulla valle del Sarno e il verde lussureggiante del giardino offrono viste pittoresche da ogni angolo della casa.
La tranquillità e la posizione centrale rispetto alla regione, la rendono ideale come base di supporto per scoprire la Campania.
Ma la villa può anche essere un luogo di vacanza o una residenza per chi ha bisogno di un posto tranquillo per studiare o scrivere.

Cari viaggiatori, la crisi ucraina e la mancanza di gas nel nostro Paese stanno rendendo sempre più severe le regole di utilizzo e il riscaldamento è estremamente costoso.

Pertanto, se prevedete di venire in Campania in inverno o tra marzo e aprile, (ad aprile in Campania fa ancora freddo, nonostante le belle giornate), vi consigliamo di portare con voi abiti caldi da indossare a casa. In questo modo ridurrete le spese e vivrete anche un'esperienza di vita autentica in stile mediterraneo, contribuendo nel contempo a proteggere il pianeta dalle emissioni.
