Questa lussuosa casa da sogno con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni in una comunità di lusso nella zona di Chandler & Gilbert è stata aggiornata con tutta la nuova vernice, nuovi tappeti, nuove persiane e tutto il nuovo rock e landcaping. Spanning oltre 2600 SF, questa magnifica residenza abbellita da soffitti alti e finestre da parete a parete è un paradiso per ammirare l'oasi all'aperto riscaldata piscina / vasca completa di un ampio patio e area grill. L'ingresso si apre in una grande sala spaziosa creata per intrattenere accompagnata da una pittoresca sala da pranzo che si apre in una grande cucina. Un'altra camera familiare con camino ha porte in vetro sul cortile. La master suite divina presenta ampie finestre e un letto king size con un ingresso separato nella zona della piscina sul cortile. Il bagno principale dispone di un lussuoso bagno interno con vasca da bagno, doccia separata in vetro e doppi lavandini. Ci sono altre tre camere da letto che possono ospitare altri 8 ospiti con due letti queen size, uno completo e un letto a castello. C'è un altro letto completo che può essere portato dal garage per 2 auto per dormire altri 2 ospiti.

Spring Break

We travelled from Idaho to thaw out from the long winter. We loved all the available beds and the backyard was the best we have ever rented. The pool was comfortable all the time. We had trouble with the hot tub but a pool guy came the very next morning and it worked great. We hope to stay again!

Great family getaway

I'll start by saying my father in law likes to find fault in most things/ places he goes. He went an entire week unable to find anything he disliked about the house or area we were in.For the kids there was Veterans Oasis Park and the nature center two minutes away, a playground two blocks away, the heated pool at the house (with adult supervision), and many other activities all within driving distance (bowling, mini-golf, Phoenix Zoo).We also enjoyed visiting the Gilbert Heritage district, San Tan Regional Park, Creek Side Taco Shack, and spending a day in the Phoenix area.And then at the end of the day the house was great for relaxing. We could have dinner together around the table, play cards, or the house was spacious enough to go stretch out and decompress alone if you need it.

Overall...just an ok stay

The layout of the house was great for our multi-generational family stay. The house is near a dairy farm that smells pretty bad most of the time which limited our time outside. As for the inside of the house, it could definitely use some TLC. Lots of dings, dents and wear and tear. The master shower had mold, the fireplace mantel looked as if it had been ripped off and the kitchen was very unorganized. The main living room was furnished nicely and the carpet was new and clean.

Great trip to Chandler

This is the second time that we stayed at the property. It was just as good as the first time. From the pool, to the big couches and comfy bedrooms, this place is great.

Perfect Family Retreat!

We spent spring break with our adult children and 3 grandchildren (ages 8, 10, and 13) at this beautiful, spacious home! We loved that we had the space to 'retreat' on our side of the house while the rest of the family had their 'wing'. The pool and spa were awesome, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, it was cool to have two comfortable sitting areas to relax, and the location was great. Mickey was a super responsive host and helpful when we had questions before and during our stay. We hated to leave and hope to come back!! Thank you so much!

Beautiful, clean home

The beds and the bedding are FABULOUS!. The home is well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. You are allowed to control pool and spa heat. Two items worth noting: It is not easy to get into spa ... no hand rail and a deep step down and the pool doesn't really have a shallow area for young children (but a nice pool for adults for sure). Listing says sleeps 12 but provides mattresses and bedding for MORE than that.

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 small kids (2 & 5yr), and it was great for everyone. Many positives: Spacious interior with 2 living rooms. Good bedrooms and extra mattresses. Patio with screen/gate was very important with young kids. Heated pool with plenty of sun exposure. Nice playground, walking paths, and kids entertainment at nearby nature center. Would definitely recommend to extended families/multiple families with kids.

Great Location, Great House, Great Pool, Great Host!

Comfortable beds! Plenty of space for our group of 8 (3 kids plus 2 parents, along with 3 grandparents). Good room to be able to spread out or to be all together! Pool worked great and was able to be properly heated for our stay in January. Our kids even swam in the rain at only 50 degree weather, since it was heated well! Great location and easy access to all of the events we were attending ranging from Casa Grande racetrack, to Scottsdale for Barrett Jackson, dining in downtown Gilbert and the mall/new Scheels at Chandler! Great responsiveness from Mickey- although he covered it all before we even had to ask any questions. 😉

Great kid friendly home for a family vacation

We loved this house! The pool was fabulous and the communication with the host was great. They had a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and everything less we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome property!

Mickey was an awesome host for this property - everything as advertised - easy check in process - Mickey even got us in early on check in day! Lots of towels; pool was nicely heated; providing some of the basic startup items like toilet paper was a first for us! We will be back, and we would recommend this property to anyone with a larger group - easily accommodated the 8 of us! Thanks Mickey!

Big sky rental

It’s was a comfortable stay. The condo is a bit dated and it seems as it is still needs a bit of paint over the patched walls. Lots of parking and easy access into the condo. Evening hours is very quiet. Very easy to get to the resort and the ski slopes. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

We stayed at the house for one week with four adults and three kids. The house was perfect. Amazing pool and spa, plenty of room in the house, and all of the amenities and housewares you could ever need! A great little playground is right around the corner from the house. Mickey was a very responsive host who checked in and responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous pool, property, accommodations, and location!

The property was everything we hoped it would be, and more! Mickey was very responsive to any little questions we had. The grandkids enjoyed the pool every day, as did the rest of us. The accommodations were lovely. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was large and well stocked. The two living rooms worked out very well for the different age groups. Everything was just as promised. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home and area

House was everything we hoped for. The house was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, towels, sheets, even baking/cooking supplies!! We didn't use the grill, but everything was there for that. Plenty of space, pool/spa were amazing. Food and shopping close by. Did a trip to the zoo (about 30 min) and even drove to walk into Mexico for some shopping (about 3.5 hours). Mickey was very easy to get a hold of with questions and replied quickly. We would definitely return.

Another great girls weekend!

This is the 4th time my girlfriends and I have stayed in this home. We are always impressed with our stay. The house is well stocked, clean and so comfortable. We love the pool and the quiet location that's still close enough to restaurants and basic shopping needs. We enjoy the trails at the park across from the neighborhood too. The recent new carpet and furniture was a treat this year. We will be back!

Quiet neighborhood, great location and value

This was a great VBRO. Pool was very nice, all the beds and bedding were comfortable. All the paper products and soaps were included. The house is well laid out and there are two nice sized living rooms. Plenty of dishes and towels available. Property owner was easy to reach and checked in. Very pleased with our stay and had a nice experience seeing chandler and enjoyed 3 of the local golf courses. Would highly recomend.

Outsanding!!

I have decided that I was planning to do a vacation every year with my children and grandchildren. This was perfect for us. I can’t believe how the owners have thought of everything. I am booking another 2 trips!! This was a perfect house, perfect outdoor setting. The house was our plan, we had no agenda. I am so pleased. Thank you for everything!!!!

The best ever

I want to start saying this was a bittersweet Vacay. From the time I walked in to the house to the time we left the house we enjoyed every minute of it. The house was clean, The beds were comfortable, everything you can possibly need was there for us to use. We spent a lot of time outside at the pool and it was the best feeling ever. A shout out to the owners for accommodating us and we will be back for our yearly vacation. Leaving this morning was very sad but also very happy we picked the place we all loved. Best Vacation Spot!

This was our first family trip to Arizona over spring break. The moment we walked through the door, we were amazed at how spacious the home was. Even better than the pictures! And the beds...they were so comfortable! We slept so good our entire stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you can image. Even the refrigerator had all the condiments you can think of. Now lets get to the good part, the pool! It was amazing! We spent every day in the pool and hot tub. Our kids had a blast. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and very relaxing. There is a bbq on the patio which we used as well. The location of this home was perfect for us, as we have family in Gilbert. We didn't mind the drive into Phoenix or Scottsdale either. All in all, this was one of the best vacation spots we have stayed in. So comfortable, roomy, and the pool was amazing! Can't wait to come back!

We just recently completed all of our updates over the last year. We have repainted the entire home and cabinets, added gorgeous wood shutters to the windows, new carpet throughout and also updated all of the Landacaping including all new rock throughout the yard. The house is absolutely beautiful.
