Se stai cercando pace, tranquillità, splendidi panorami in un paesaggio incontaminato con un ricco background storico, non cercare oltre! Un soggiorno nelle nostre case, adagiato sulle colline sopra Londa, un grazioso villaggio antico a circa 30 km da Firenze, vi offrirà un'esperienza indimenticabile.

La nostra proprietà per due persone, La Capannina è un antico fienile che è stato restaurato mantenendo le caratteristiche originali, ma aggiungendo tutti i comfort della vita quotidiana di oggi. È su due piani. Al piano inferiore la sala da pranzo con angolo cottura e il bagno. Al piano superiore una camera da letto molto grande con camino. Le due sale principali sono collegate da una scala e ognuna di esse ha un'uscita sul giardino che si sviluppa su due livelli fornendo zone ombreggiate e soleggiate per tutto il giorno. Un bel patio davanti alla cucina ospita sedie e tavolo per consumare i pasti all'aperto e sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi. Il livello superiore del giardino ha lettini e tavolo e sedie per la colazione di fronte alla camera da letto. I mobili in legno del XIX secolo tipici della zona creano un'autentica atmosfera accogliente. La piscina (14m x 7m) situata in un bel terreno ampio è a soli venti metri di distanza ed è condivisa con altre due proprietà.

La posizione è ideale per godersi una tranquilla vacanza lontano da tutto, ma è anche molto adatto per escursioni giornaliere verso le più importanti città della Toscana, come Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, Siena e Arezzo. La Capannina fa parte di un'azienda agricola dove vengono prodotti vino biologico e olio extravergine d'oliva. Le visite al frantoio familiare e ai vigneti vengono regolarmente organizzate in alta stagione. Hai bisogno di una macchina per arrivare alla proprietà.

A perfect cosy hideaway for two

A characterful property in a beautiful, quiet location surrounded by unspoilt woodland, birdsong and stunning views. Good local walks, hamlets and towns to explore along with an easy close train into Florence. Maria- Luisa and family are extremely helpful with advice if required for local restaurants etc. A thoroughly relaxing week thankyou.

Tranquil Corner of Tuscany

We are a retired couple traveling around Europe for 2 years and decided to catch up with some fellow Australian friends in Tuscany. Our Hostess was very helpful and we booked two of the houses on the property at Vierle just down the valley from Londa (about an hours drive from Florence). The buildings are converted Barns which were completed about 15 years ago. The property is located in a very rural and very quiet valley. The scenery is magnificent and the hostess was wonderful. We were looked after like family. The little village of Londa is about 15 minutes drive away on a tiny country road. There are plenty of restaurants within a half hour drive so we hardly ate at the same place twice with the exception of Ricine which we loved so much we had to return for a very long lunch. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our two week stay. I think the smaller of the two properties (La Capannina) would not be suitable for cooking evening meals very often but with such good restaurants around we didn't bother. Other than the 15 minute drive each way down the narrow country road the property is very central to lots on vineyards, and tourist attractions. We regularly did day trips to Florence, Siena, Pisa, Volterra and many wineries. There are also a number of walking trails around the area worth exploring if you have the time. The property also has a reasonably good internet considering the remote location and it is very peaceful at night so a good nights' sleep is assured. This property is recommended for those wishing to get away from city or town centers but still wanting to tour the area. Be prepare to learn some Italian curse words for the road from Londa to Vierle but that is probably only a minor irritation once you find the very cheap and cheerful little family run restaurants in the valley.

Herrlich abgelegen etwas ganz besonderes

Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht ganz so viel Glück. In dem Haus kann man gut entspannen da der Trubel der Welt aussen vor bleibt. Der Pool hat eine sensationelle Lage, ist zu jeder Zeit sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit zu erreichen und bei Problemen kam Hilfe aus dem Ort . Der Ort Londa ist ca. 8 km weg. Dort kann man das nötigste einkaufen. Zum größeren Lebensmittel Einkauf muss man nach Dicoamo fahren. Ca. 20 km vom Haus entfernt. Was in Londa fehlt ist ein gemütliches Café. Essen gehen kann man in einer einheimischen Pizzeria, will man mehr Auswahl muss man weiter weg fahren. Wer Party will ist hier falsch, zum Ausspannen ist der Ort ideal. Die vielen Wälder rundherum sind wunderbar. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Ich habe fast immer gekocht. Man muß etwas mehr Zeit auch zu nahen orten einplanen, da ab Londa der Weg sehr abenteuerlich ist bis zum Haus. Mittels der Adresse war es nicht zu finden. Mit den Koordinaten schon. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und für unseren Hund war es das Paradies.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein Traum zum abschalten und runterkommen. Wer luxus erwartet ist falsch. Der vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. ( dank der übersetzer app , kommunikation sehr gut möglich ) . Der weg zum haus ist abendteuerlich ( "Straße" ) Auf jeden fall empfehlenswert!

La Capannina im September

Das Häuschen La Capannina liegt traumhaft gelegen in den Hügeln um Londa. Die Anfahrt von Londa (ca. 6 km) erscheint beim erstem Mal etwas beschwerlich. Die Straße ist stellenweise sehr steil, schmal und hat einen teilweise sehr schlechten Belag. Bei Gegenverkehr kann es eng werden. Das Haus liegt von wenig Bäumen umgeben am Hang, so dass morgens, mittags und abends sonnige Bereiche zu finden sind. Für unsere Reiszeit Ende September ideal. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch Nicola den Sohn der Vermieterin extrem unkompliziert. Nicola war die gesamt Zeit über sehr hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. Zur Befrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein aus eigener Herstellung bereit worüber wir uns sehr gefreut hatten. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen hinsichtlich Größe und Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Ein wenig eng geht es für größere Menschen in Bad/Toilette zu. Ein weiteres Highlicht ist sicherlich das großzügige Schwimmbad, das wie das gesammte Gelände sehr gepflegt war. Schläft man nachts mit offenen Fenstern (gut möglich da Fliegengitter davor) darf man sich von der Geräuschkulisse (Hunde, Hirsche, Eulen, Zikaden...) nicht stören lassen. Man ist eben sehr in der Natur und kann sich daran natürlich auch erfreuen. Ansonsten ist außer einem gelegentlich entfernten Auto nichts zu hören und es gibt Momente der absoluten Stille. Zu Erwähnen ist auch noch die klare Luft. Was einem aber erst bewußt wird wenn man später wieder in der Stadt unterwegs ist.

La route d’accès qui grimpe à la maison est très sinueuse, peu large et pas en très bonne état. De plus merci de préciser que la piscine n’est pas disponible avant fin mai. L’accueil par Nicolas a été très sympa, la maison a beaucoup de charme, et le paysage très agréable.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen und Natur geniessen. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können es für eine Auszeit nur empfehlen, etwas weit weg vom Schuss, aber das macht es ja aus wenn man Natur und Ruhe sucht.

Maria Luisa ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns einen sehr netten Empfang bereitet und stets auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und tolle Tips gegeben! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht! Für uns war es optimal! Die Idylle ist sehr entspannend. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und die Serpentinenstraße zieht sich von Londa etwas! Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was optimal für unsere Hunde war! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

wunderbare umgebung mit eigenem garten

wir haben den 2-wöchigen urlaub sehr genossen. sehr nette eigentümer. wein und olivenöl standen als willkommensgruss bereit. sowohl kulturbesuche nach florenz, arrezzo und eine fotoausstellung in bibiene als auch sportliche aktivitäten wie wandern und radfahren (rincine mtb trail), schwimmen im pool waren gut möglich. im örtlichen lebensmittelmarkt mit supa fertiglasagne und gemüseladen haben wir die regionale kost genossen. es hat uns supa gefallen - gerne wieder. den sieg des österreichischen nationalteams über kroatien konnten wir übers internet verfolgen. am morgen frühgymnastik mit gabi fastner über youtube am pool. marianne und geri aus österreich

Super Ruhig - aber für uns Zuviel Natur (Fliegen, Käfer)

Eigentlich war es wunderschön - bis wir den erste Nacht verstanden haben warum es ein Moskito-Netz beim Bett gab: fliegen und Käfer haben immer wieder den Weg ins Häuschen zu finden. Für uns als Stadtmenschen ein bisschen viel - wir sind deswegen früher abgereist. Außerdem bellen die Hunden in der Gegend bis tief in der Nacht - unsere Hund wollte dann gerne mitreden - sprich: Baby wach. Und so ging das für uns nicht mehr, nach drei Nächten sind wir abgereist. Wir würden es jedes Pärchen Ohne Kind und Ohne Hund / Haustier trotzdem empfehlen - absolute Ruhe und Natur kann sehr schön sein!

Die Beschreibung des Objekts passt genau. Sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin, der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings etwas abenteuerlich über eine Enge Serpentinenstraße.

Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir haben uns Ruhe, Natur, Idylle und ganz viel Italien gewünscht - und genau das bekommen! Naturliebhaber, Menschen die Ruhe suchen und zu sich finden möchten, kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Das Häuschen liegt traumhaft, umgeben von Natur in den Hügeln oberhalb von Londa. Es ist liebevoll und stilecht eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das komplette Areal und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden absolut herzlich empfangen! Vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften!

Tolles Ferienhaus in idyllischer Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus befindet in einer wunderschönen Umgebung in der Toskana. Umringt von Wald und Olivenhainen lässt sich die Natur mit schönen Wanderungen genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es in Londa in tollen, kleinen Geschäften. Mit kurzen Ausflugsfahrten lässt sich die nähere Umgebung gut erkunden. Im sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man zum guten Leben benötigt. Bei Fragen hilft die im Haupthaus wohnende Vermieterin sofort mit Rat und Tat. Begrüßt wird der Gast mit einer Flasche eigenem Wein aus ökologischer Erzeugung. Alles rund um das Haus als auch das Haus selbst ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Aber beeindruckend ist die Lage inmitten einer friedvollen Atmosphäre, in der man den Sound of Silience pur genießen kann. Ein Ort, an dem man gerne wieder zurückkommt. Wir haben die Tage in Vierle sehr, sehr genossen

Relax....ma non troppo!!!!

Abbiamo scelto questa proprietà basandoci sulle foto e la descrizione annessa. Arrivati a Londa abbiamo scoperto che la casa era a Vierle e non come l indirizzo fornitoci dalla proprietaria . La strada per arrivare da Londa alla proprietà non è adatta per chi ha macchine sportive,non ci sono lampioni ,quindi la sera é impossibile andare o tornare in paese anche solo per un caffè ..la strada che porta alla proprietà è dissestata..sconsiglio fortemente il soggiorno per chi ha bambini o donne incinta ..non ci sono servizi di nessun genere se non a 20min di strada al buio in mezzo ai boschi con stradine strette a ridosso di rocce e alberi La casa per quanto carina nell arredamento ..era molto sporca ..muffa tra i libri ..polvere ovunque anche le lenzuola fornite sembravano messe lì da mesi .impossibile mangiare in cucina ,formiche ovunque anche sulle posate e stoviglie pulite ..un disastro .sulla frutta ,dentro il frigo. Insomma per pulizia della casa all'arrivo, siamo delusissimi . Fuori dalla proprietà potevi mangiare solo se avevi la prontezza di fuggire dai calabroni che soggiornavano nella piccola vigna sopra la nostra testa! Nessuna illuminazione in giardino quindi calato il sole eri costretto a entrare in casa xchè l'unica luce che c'è illumina il muro della casa e la porta di casa .ovviamente stare fuori al buio con il passaggio di cinghiali lupi e chissà cos'altro ..non è il massimo! Prima di arrivare è meglio fare la spesa di tutto altrimenti non é più una vacanza rilassante ma uno stress solo per prendere la macchina e andare in paese! La TV nn funziona quindi alle 21 o dormi o leggi visto che fuori non puoi stare Delusi ..premetto che la proprietaria è stata gentilissima Ma a parer mio ci sono molte migliorie da fare proprio x mettere il cliente a proprio agio.. Ho prenotato 10 giorni ..al terzo giorno siamo andati via valutando sia una proposta di lavoro e approfittando del fatto che ..NON CI È PIACIUTO.

Une autre vue de la Toscane

la Campannina : charmant 2 pièces lové à flanc de colline à 30 km de Florence. Pour y accéder 4 km de petite route sinueuse, mais à l'arrivée, un endroit calme et reposant avec une vue imprenable sur les oliviers et la montagne. Une belle piscine pour se rafraichir. L'accueil sympathique de Maria-Louisa, toujours disponible est également un atout agréable.

Beautiful friendly real Toscan feeling

We had a very nice stay at La Campannina. It is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. Don’t be scared when you drive up to Vierle, just “blow your horn” as Maria Luisa told us to do! The house is well equipped and sitting outside under the pergola with the smell of the linden trees is marvelous. Trips to Florence and Arezzo gave us the right Toscan feeling and are within reach. You get value for money and Maria Luisa is a very helpful and friendly host. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Vierle! Fam. van Kan Netherlands

Awonderful stay at a magnificent place.

Even for the sixth time being here the place keeps surprising us. Every time when we arrive and seeing this beautiful cottage it is like coming to our second home. We do feel so welcome by Maria Luisa, Vanni and Nicola. We have in Holland the expression: Feeling like God in France, well this is even better, feeling like God in Italy! Every morning when we opened the wooden door we were greeted by the stunning view and during our breakfest we enjoyed the scenery. This is the ultimate place to find rest. sitting laying in the deckchairs, reading and watching the big poole. And when it gets to warm going for a swimm. Wenn were in the mood for sightseeing we travelled to Firenze by train or drove to Poppi, Arezzo, Sienna, Lucca. The cottage feels very cozy and during the night you can hear the silence with now and then the sound of wildlife. For us this place deserves 10 Stars. Thank you Maria Luiza, Vanni and Nicola, we hope to come again Christine and Henk

Stunning conversion

Firstly, the property is beautiful and just the right accommodation for 2 people. There were different areas around the spacious ground surrounding our property- very quiet and secluded. We enjoyed views of the stunning surrounding countryside and the shared pool. The pool area was well set out with loungers, table, umbrellas set out in spacious groups around the large grassy area. Although there were a few other families, we often had the area to ourselves. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, having barbecues and drinking the delicious wine the family produced in their vineyard. We visited surrounding small towns as well as Arezzo which is smaller and quieter than Florence but very beautiful. The only slight drawback for us was that there were no restaurants within walking distance and every excursion was by the very windy road down to the village. Maria Luisa was a perfect host- we really enjoyed our visit to the olive press and vineyard. Pat and Margaret McKenna

La Capannina was a ruin when I got it from my mother , but the position was lovely , so , when I retired I decided to restore it and to rent it out to maintain it for my children and grandchildren. I'm very happy to share it with my guests who sometimes "fall in love" with it and come again year after year, becoming also good friends.

They choose La Capannina to celebrate birthdays , anniversaries , honeymoons and other special occasions or just for a starting point to visit our beautiful region , Tuscany and its ancient beautiful towns , starting with Florence , just 45 mins away
