Newly refurbished, comprises all the amenities that you should need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stays. Small dogs are welcome too. Enjoy a glass of Chianti in the garden looking over the fields of olive trees and we'll think about about the rest!

The house consists of a cozy and spacious living room with a fireplace, an en-suite bedroom, a kitchen and a small room you can use for storage.
It is an ideal base for a single person or a couple looking to enjoy and explore Florence and the nearby villages, and all the sites and attractions they has to offer.
The house has master bedroom with a large bed that fits 2 people, the third person will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.
DOGS ARE VERY WELCOME! We love dogs, we have a few ourselves so don't leave them home! We can take care of them for you if you can't bring them sightseeing with you (at a small extra cost) - just let us know before you arrive. Also the dog needs to be of small medium size ( 10kg) and there will be a 10 euros charge per day as it will require us lots of cleaning :)
You will have free Wi-fi access. Towels and bed linen supplied and the bathroom has a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo to save on your packing.
Coffee and tea will be provided along with a list of recommendations on where to go to experience our city and countryside at its best.
