Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at this classic Wellfleet home--a five-minute drive or short walk via Uncle Tim's Bridge (footbridge--about a half mile to East Commercial Street) to Wellfleet center for restaurants and entertainment. Nestled in the woods at the end of a cul-de-sac, this four-bedroom home has wonderful views of Duck Creek with direct access for kayaks during high tide.

Enter an open and bright main living area with a slider leading to a front deck. The living room has comfortable furniture, a flat screen smart TV (cable channels via YouTubeTV provided), WiFi and Duck Creek views. Bring home fresh Wellfleet oysters a produce from the farmers market to make dinner in the nicely equipped kitchen (water filtration system for drinking water).

In addition to the main living area, there is a full bathroom with tub/shower and three bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has a twin bed, one has a double bed and the third has a queen bed. All three of theses bedrooms have a window air conditioner.

The lower level of the home has a spacious family room with comfortable seating, flat screen smart TV with cable, a Bluetooth speaker for streaming music with your device, a table for games and puzzles and a piano--perfect for a family sing-a-long. There is plenty of room for your morning stretch (two yoga mats provided). A door from the family room leads to the patio below the deck with shaded view of Duck Creek. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and window air conditioner and a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

There are tower fans in each room. Note: Air conditioning in the bedrooms only.

You may not want to leave the lovely front deck with zero gravity lounge chairs and dining table with chairs and patio umbrella. Soak up some sun, finish a bestseller, enjoy meals, coffee or cocktails and do a spot of birdwatching. Duck Creek offers everchanging views as the tides roll in and out. Cook out on the Weber gas grill.

Kayakers rejoice--direct launch access from the property at high tide.

Stroll into town via Uncle Tim's Bridge--about a half mile walk to East Commercial Street. Head to Main Street for shops, galleries and restaurants or the town pier for more restaurants and to watch the boats enter and exit the Harbor. Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including the town's ocean and bay beaches and beloved freshwater ponds, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking and Cape Cod National Seashore sites, trails and beaches.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
