Great location and comfortable stay

We found this location at the last minute for a 10 days stay. It was very cozy and comfortable for our family of four, the small rooms are quite well organized and we had enough room for two small children to run around. The beds and towels were so soft, and the host was really nice and so was communication. They left us treats, fruits and kind words. As for the location, it was great for us to move around by car. Outside of traffic hours, getting to and back from Vancouver was quite convenient. We highly recommend this property!

Reno stay

Wonderful find of an alternative for a stay close to home. We had a renovation and I work shift work and needed a quiet place for my overnight shifts, this was very central and Winnie and Alex are gracious awesome hosts. If you find yourself looking for somewhere in Metro Vancouver this is a gem!

Nice and cozy

We had a very nice stay at Winnie‘s place. The flat was exactly as described in the advert. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was superbly equipped. Winnie also provided us with salad and berries from the garden. Very warm and loving.

Garden Suite review

Hosts were friendly and very welcoming with excellent communication before and during our stay. Clean and comfortable and accurate to the listing. Quiet area. No issues with parking. Great location close to shopping and to our activities. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This spot was perfect for my wife and while we explored Vancouver. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood this an ideal place for a getaway. The hosts were amazing! Winnie and Alex were wonderful!

Welcoming and Comfortable Suite

Our host provided a clean, welcoming suite and was always fast to respond to messages. The many snacks and even home-baked cookies were much appreciated. The mattress on the bed in the separate room was too hard, however.

top of the line

The grounds were well kept and organized. Easy assess to site and the suite. Suite was well stock, very clean and restful. The hosts were sociable and informative. Although the hosts have a dog and children, we heard nothing during our stay. This was one of the best stays we have had on our trips to Vancouver area and hope to stay there again on other trips. Great spot just outside of Vancouver.

My family and I planned a last minute get away from the states to escape the crazy 4th of July for our 15 month old. (Plus we needed to see how traveling with him felt now that he is very mobile, before planning a bigger trip). Winnie’s place was great and exactly what we needed for this first adventure. So many nice little touches, fresh backed cookies, lots of snacks. At one point Alex (Husband?) even offered us fresh items from the garden. The living space was great the one bedroom was a bit small (pictured showed this though) we hoped we could fit the pack and play in the room for him, It could fit but we worried our little one might pound on the walls. So wuick change of plans as we flip flopped things and he slept in the living room which worked fine. It was a hot few days but the provided fans helped a lot. Enough space for a family, Great shower, kitchen was well equipped. Some road noise but nothing too bad. Dogs up stairs were quite. Free street parking in front of the house. It’s close enough to attractions in Vancouver (but traffic can turn short trips into long waits). If we come back up north for a stay we will definitely consider staying again. Nice space, great hosts!

Wonderful place, location and host

A full suite enough for 4 comfortably with all amenities needed, close to Vancouver. Very warm host who made us feel at home with a nice welcome basket on the table as we come in. Great price. Highly recommend.

Leisure Travel for Couple near Deer Lake

A clean and comfortable 1-bedroom suite with additional sleeping options in living room. Perfect for the two of us. Winnie and Alex were welcoming hosts who provided us with lots of information about the area. Easy check-in and out process. It had everything we needed and some thoughtful extra treats!

Comfortable Garden Suite

This property was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. Lovely welcoming hosts. Great quiet residential location on a very convenient bus route which took only 5-8 mins to get to the shopping area and Skytrain station. Will definitely stay again.

Burnaby Stay

I was very happy with the owners. I was disappointed with Vrbo. They only provided the information about our door code the morning of our stay. So, in order to get the information I need to get in during our travelling. This only allows for public WiFi. Plus it appears as if they charged us for asking for the information the night before. Approximately $28 US. That to me is not customer service.

Perfect Landing

Loved our stay in Winnie's vrbo. The accommodations were cozy yet roomy, the place was neat and clean, and there was even a welcome basket of candies and snacks on the table when we arrived. Add to that easy distance from the city and a wealth of local eateries, and it was the perfect spot for our time in Vancouver.

We stayed for 4 nights, with my dad and brother.. the host, Winnie and her husband are very accommodating. They are very kind and very sweet couple.
