Summary:
Situated in the prestigious Wynyard Quarter, you'll find yourself in the heart of Auckland's entertainment and dining district. Stroll along the vibrant waterfront or explore the nearby Viaduct Harbour. Auckland's top attractions, including the Auckland Sky Tower and Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki, are just a short drive away.

The Space:
As you step into this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, you'll be immediately captivated by the sleek design and harbor views. The spacious open-plan living area is tastefully furnished, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Large windows flood the space with natural light, and the private balcony provides the perfect spot to dine al fresco or relax on the lounge with a morning coffee.
Both bedrooms have comfy queen-size beds. One bedroom has an ensuite and the other has lots of closet space, smart TV mounted on the wall and access to the main bathroom. The main bathroom contains a washer and dryer which are free for your use.
Within the kitchen, you'll find full-size appliances and all the utensils you may need to cook your own meals. There is a grocery store just accross the road from the building as well.
The living area is large, light-filled and has plenty of seating space for everyone. There is also a large smart TV mounted to the wall.
We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The Neighborhood:
Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:
The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.
Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down
Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.
Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.
Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.
Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.
Parnell - Known for it's variety of dining options, boutiques and galleries. Also many cool bars to check out. Non Solo Pizza is highly recommended if you're after great food, cocktails and buzzing atmosphere (for a mature crowd). Load up on fresh fruit and veg and enjoy a variety of food stalls every weekend at 545 Parnell Road is La Cigale - French Farmer's Market! There are also footpaths and bike trails that lead across the parklands of Auckland Domain.
Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.
If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train)
Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Dining table is located on the deck. There is not one inside.
This apartment is next to a public walkway. Please be aware that there may be some noise from people walking by.
Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this
Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
