Great stay with friends

This house was the perfect fit for our girls weekend! The cute decor made it feel just like home! We loved the closeness to attractions like Clifton Hill as well! The house was elevated by smart home technologies and unique features which were a nice added touch to an already beautiful home.

Good location

Overall the house suited our needs and was really good location for Niagra falls and the surrounding area.The bedding however was not changed prior to our arrival and there were signs of hair within the three different beds. I suspect these have not been changed by the cleaner.

Not quite what it seems

As we entered we could tell the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, my kids were making dust angels on the coffee table, the toilet was soiled and the towels were wet. Not damp, actually folded up wet. So we were already pretty grossed out to start. The biggest issue for us however was that both floors were multi-level, and the stairs were very unsafe. The owner knew we were traveling with 3 young children and never mentioned any of this. We have a 2 story house and have no issue carrying our kids up and down But without a hand rail to hold on to, it was impossible! The stairs are so steep and shallow there was no way to be safe. In face one of the stairs had the edge broken off as someone had clearly taken a fall. this is definitely not a property meant for kids.The other shoe negative was the property owner. He promised he would have a pack and play for us and then. The day before we arrived told me he didn’t have one. We had to pay for one, Pay to check it on the flight, and lug it with if from Florida. Also, when we checked in and then left 30 mintutes later, he didn’t answer me for 3.5 hours after trying to contact him. Then he told me he would give us a refund so we booked somewhere else. The next day he changed his mind and told me he would refund 1 night and refused to speak to me at all. I have yet to receive any refund at all and he won’t even respond. Hopefully you don’t have any problem large or small. He will just ignore you. Very disappointed in this property.

Sightseeing in the Falls

Loved this little place! Perfect for our needs. Quaint and pretty, comfy and cozy! Would stay here again.

Wonderful short stay

Property is very nice, clean and spacious. Less than 10 minutes from the falls. Very convenient to markets.

We didn’t stay at the property, could not get in the door, the place had been rented out to other guests also that could not get in either. The whole situation was a very scary situation.

Great location

The location was great. It was just a few minutes drive to the main road that Niagara Falls is on. House was modern, updated and super clean.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our small family. We were able to Uber to the Falls easily. The fenced in yard was so much bigger than the photos which was a nice surprise! Communication could have been better, more details. The microwave did not work during our stay which was inconvenient. Overall, great.

Great visit to Niagara Falls

Really enjoyed our two night stay with our teen and preteen kids. The property is newly renovated and has everything you might need. Cool outdoor space, too. Would stay here again. We parked our car and took the Wego bus everywhere — stop was a few blocks walk away. The location is away from the Falls in the old Downtown area. The area is a bit rundown but we felt safe walking around. The old downtown area does have some nice restaurants— a fantastic place for crepes that was top notch!! Also of note for anyone with mobility issues, the stairs in the unit are very narrow and steep. Our youngest has mobility issues and difficulty with stairs. She managed but it is something to consider. All in all, it was a great trip to the Falls! (Make sure to go to the Power Station at night!!)

Lovely stay

This clean, cozy house is tucked away in a quiet part of Niagara Falls away from the chaos. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everything you need is included. Highly recommend.

Pretty nice and clean

It was a really a great deal .The place is pretty clean and tidy. It has everything we needed for a family of 6 adults and 4 kids.It was clean and organized.
