A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available on site. Breakfast is included in the price. Secure parking to be reserved in advance and paid on site to the owner of the parking and therefore not included on the price at the price of 10€ . Hair dryer and toiletries set are included among the services within the facility. The sea view can be seen by going out the front door, crossing the hallway and accessing a balcony shared with the owner. Access to the bathroom is through a door next to the kitchen, but the bathroom also has a door to the private outdoor balcony. The third single bed is located in the living area where there is a dining room, next to the table and can also be a sofa.
