All about Octavio’s place
This residence is great for Big Family events and reunions.It has plenty space inside has a big family room, dining room and living room, It has stove with 2 ovens also 2 refrigerators including one side by side ,inside has 2 full baths one located by the hall and the other inside the masterbedrom while you there you can enjoy the barbecue or enjoying talking there
The house is located in LA Presa CA during the night is in very quiet atmosphere specially during this summer nights
very close to the 54 freeway and the 125 in 20minutes driving you get to Tijuana Mexico or 16 minutes to Downtown San Diego

Great family home!

Living area is very spacious and comfortable. Quiet and calm neighborhood, we felt safe. No issues with street parking either, we would stay here again.

Great place, great host, great experience!

Great for gathering

The place was very spacious and plenty of beds. Perfect for a large group. I had my fantasy football draft there and had plenty of space with the wide open floor plan. I didn't realize there is a back house but they have their own entrance. I would definitely look at the property again if I need room for a large group.

Clean and Spacious

Property was very clean! Lots of space and beds were comfortable. Also had use of the washer and dryer, which was appreciated. Had to request check in and check out info from the owner, as it wasn't included in the listing, but good communication overall. Octavio responded quickly to all of my requests. Would have liked a little more cookware and paper towels (there was only one small frying pan available), but the house worked well for what we wanted it for. Thank you!

Clean and roomy

We stayed here for one night. We had a group of like 10 of us ranging from 6mo baby to grown adults. The house had everything we needed for the night and if we would have made dinner or breakfast the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to make and serve meals. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for a large group and if needed you could easily fit a couple of queen size air mattresses in the living room. This particular area is La Presa- it’s not the best area but for a night or two I wouldn’t be too worried about it. The house is very basic, no frills but it was CLEAN and had what we needed for one night so no complaints. I would suggest maybe adding some board games or something for families to do or bring your own. The owner checked in on us via the VRBO messages and that was very nice. Communication with Octavio was great and very responsive. We will be staying here again next summer when we go to a family party in Mexico. Looking forward to it.

Post details was inaccurate

Rooms and bed setup was not as described in listing. The listing had mentioned there was 3 futons and that was a lie. It was 3 couches not futons. Also post had mentioned there was a 3rd bathroom outside in the back. And there was not. When i contacted the owner he had let me know they did updates and it was no longer available and he hasnt had a chance to update the listing. Other than that we made it work. House is very big and open. There are many smaller beds then adult beds. One of the rooms had two twin size beds in it which was not listed. I came with all adults so that was disappointing. House was clean thought and convinement.

Very responsive owner to a not very responsive home.

Overall, we did not have issues with Hot water, Parking, or the general features of the property. We did however have issues with the cleanliness on arrival and some of the amenities like pillows and towels. The owner was very responsive to every request and fixed it within one day of notice but overall the house feels over priced for its age.

Home away from home

Great big house. Enough beds for 13 people even had extra mattresses just in case. Every room has a tv. The family room is huge. Didn't have to worry about the kids being to loud. They had the room to run around and be kids. Unlike being cooped up in a hotel room. I would stay at this home if ever visiting the area again. Thank you Octavio for your hospitality.
