Welcome to this serene retreat, ideally located just 10 minutes from Gambetta by bus, 20 minutes from the train station and airport by taxi, and 45 minutes from Cap Ferret. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to all amenities and lively areas like Saint-Augustin, Pellegrin, and the Stade (15 min). Everything is within walking distance!
This warm and spacious apartment features two cozy bedrooms with double beds and a bright living room opening onto a large private garden. Enjoy a shaded terrace, a pétanque court for friendly games, and sun loungers to relax in total tranquility.
A charming little detail: Fluffy, my adorable cat, will be your companion during your stay. Independent and used to guests, he comes and goes freely from the apartment.
