The Saddle Up is a remodeled Texas chic home in an amazing location in Fort Worth on the border of Keller. With a lovely backyard outdoor eating area, the WIFI is great for those in town for work or relaxing. Near the Panther Pavilion, The Stockyards, 6-Flags/Epic Waters and just 2 exits from NASCAR! The Saddle Up is one of several homes owned and/or managed by Vacation Your Way!

More than clean—we cleanse and sanitize the beautiful space so you can enjoy your stay!

Ants/Bugs are a common problem in Texas. We have professional pest control however, the weather patterns make it difficult at times. Pest control products are available under the sink. (Rarely needed but there if needed)

Kitchen: Large area with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils/plates/bowls/cups to cook a gourmet meal. Full size: refrigerator/freezer oven/stove. (dish washer doesn't work do not use) K-Cup Coffee maker and toaster.

Dining area: 6 person table with tall comfortable chairs. (extra chairs in Master Bedroom Closet) A great area to sit and work or enjoy a delicious family time meal.

Living area: Spacious room with beautiful L-Shaped couch to enjoy a movie on a Roku TV (you need to sign into your tv app account)

Master Bedroom (3): Bright, spacious and outward facing room, furnished with queen bed and a fully equipped modern bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Cozy, queen bed, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 1: Joyful 2 twins beds, dresser, closet

Hall Bathroom: Shower/tub, sink, toilet House is on a private septic system. This means the drains maybe slow in sink and toilets. )

Whole home: Smart home auto-temperature regulation.. Smart home key pad lock on front door.

There are no laundry faculties available on property

Backyard/Patio
Clean up after yourself in backyard. Do not leave trash please.
Dining patio furniture available

Longer stays are also welcome. Excellent School Districts for those interested in longer-term academic sabbaticals. (semester-long stays)-Please write us an email to request information about sabbatical stays.

Amenities: We provide clean linens for the beds, clean towels in the hall closet, toilet paper, sample shampoo/conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. There is also an iron and ironing board. (hall closet) We also provide extra blankets and pool towels in the hallway linen closet.

We do not have a bbq.

Parking is available in the driveway. Do not park or drive on the grass. Damage to our landscaping will be reported to AirBNB Coverage/Security Deposit.


Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties. No Pets.

★Our Checkout Checklist includes the following items:
-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)
(Put trash bins out on the day indicated in the guidebook)
-please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please clean up any trash from backyard area
-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area
