We are right on St. Augustine Beach, just minutes away from Historic Downtown, the lighthouse, and, of course, the beach! Come explore all that St. Augustine has to offer!

Our condo features a balcony overlooking the quiet scenery of the Quail Hollow complex, perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing with a book and the ocean breeze. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with couch that pulls out into a sofa bed for two additional guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances, including a single-serve Keurig machine and drip coffee maker. A washer, dryer, and dishwasher are also available for your convenience.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
