April 21 to end of June 2025: Structural waterproofing work will take place on the lawn area above Unit A-1. We do not anticipate any disruptions to this unit during this time. Work will be limited to weekdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and construction crews will be focused on a separate area of the property.

- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.

**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
