Excellent stay

Loved this condo. It was updated, clean, and relaxing. Not far from Pier ParkHaving reserved beach chairs was nice.Will stay here again.

Nice but could be better

Nice 2.5 bedroom and 2 full bath space with great beach access and views as well as an incredibly convenient parking space.Pros - parking, location, beach access, beach/balcony view, large balcony, 2 king beds, 2 full baths, nice kitchen and eating area seating, kitchen is well equipped, nice living room seating area, in-unit full size washer and dryer, beach and bath linens provided, makeup remover towlettes & shampoo/body wash provided; nicely decoratedCons - living room floor was grimy before we got there, only 2 trashbags for the kitchen trash, master shower not well cleaned with pink mold apparent, master shower also has a 1/2 glass door leading to water all over the floor during showers, the toilet in the 2nd bath was not well secured to the floor, sleeping in the 2nd bedroom was difficult as the HVAC unit is quite loud, no hot water at the kitchen sink which was odd as the bathrooms had hot water. Code for the front door not provided until after 2 requests for it.

Thanksgiving Break

Great condo close to Pier Park! The beach and pools were great and it was nice that both pools were heated in November. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Side View

Me and my family have nothing but graat things to say about our stay. The owner was always in cinstant communication and answered any questions we had. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The layout was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Panama City.

Great Condo

Condo was great! We have stayed at several Celadon condos and this is one we will return to! Great communication and everything was as pictured! We had a perfect four days! Can’t wait to return!

The condo was beautiful, all decorations matched throughout. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bed were extra firm. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Had beach towels for use. Water toys if you needed. The 2 chairs and umbrella setup was amazing, no dragging any down to the beach. Very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Beach vibes only

We had a great time staying in the Seahorse. The unit had everything we needed. The host communicates promptly and answered all of our questions. We literally didn’t leave until the day of departure. I will definitely book again.

Cute and updated

The condo was equipped with anything and everything you need for your stay. The unit was clean, we liked that it came with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is beautiful and updated, the laundry room had a bunch of stuff you could take down to the beach. The seahorse theme very cute but not overdone. Overall we loved the unit and wished we stayed longer.

First vacation with grown children

The property was perfect. Rooms size good. Two pools had something different to offer. Parking under bldg and the two beach chairs definitely a plus. Location away from the crowds and still close to all the restaurants we love and some new ones we discovered. I will say your cleaning people could have done a better job. Floors were swept but dirty. The bathroom rug had yellow stains on it and we could have used more towels with 5 adults in the condo. Had to wash after 3 days.

Breathtaking view

Wonderful experience. The view alone is worth the stay. Just happened to be there during the air show and watching the jets from the balcony was awesome. Accommodations were clean and lots of towels. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness is a non-negotiable expection for all Vrbo guests!!

I stayed at this property for 2 nights from 4/29 to 5/1/2024. I made the reservation because of the reviews, so I consider it crucial to leave my reviews so I can alert other potential guests to check out this property before booking and spending their money. Upon arrival, I had to send a text message to the host to obtain information on how to access the building's parking lot and the unit, THE HOST RESPONDED immediately providing this information, however it was not until the second day and after sending him a text message to give us the wifi key, I think all this information should be sent as soon as you pay for the accommodation. Once inside the apartment, the smell that was breathed was pleasant and everything was organized; However, I could feel the dirty floor as soon as I touched it with my bare feet. I think that for every guest it is crucial to find the place where they are going to stay clean and sanitizing, so experiencing the dirt from the floor on my feet, and then on my hands when I touched certain parts of the wood of the bed was very unpleasant but it was not worst. (IF THE SYSTEM ALLOWS ME I WILL SHARE A PHOTO) OF THE SHEET, WHICH WAS NOT ONLY RIPPED BUT ALSO HAD A very unpleasant BLOOD STAIN on it, the curtains in the room were so dirty and stained that it was unpleasant to look at or touch them. (I don't understand how a business that makes so much money doesn't make those who run it aware that there are expenses that are non-negotiable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit and the entire complex was very well maintained. Being able to have the pools heated was great since it was a little chilly while we were there. The location to the beach was perfect. It was also so nice not to have to drag all of our gear to the beach and just use the chair/umbrella set ups. Wonderful stay and we hope to come back again!

Since we enjoy our vacations so much, it made sense for our next step to be owning a few vacation condos for ourselves and to share with others.
We have stayed in all kinds of places, from hotels to Hobbit holes, and of course a fair share of condos. We’ve found in our travels that condos always seem to have the homiest feel to them. We’ve poured our experiences, knowledge, and of course personal touch into each of our condos. We have tried to provide every amenity you might need for a relaxing and enjoyable time. These are more than just places to stay; they are also our home away from home. We hope you enjoy!
