Not far from the valley station of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn cable car and with wonderful panoramic views of Lake Ossiach, you will find some exclusively furnished holiday apartments in a private complex. You will receive an apartment of the booked type, which contains at least the listed equipment. The photos are examples and may vary slightly. The apartments are located on different floors. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace and a view of the lake.



The gondola lift, which takes you to lofty heights in summer and winter, is just a few minutes' walk away. It is also just a few minutes (approx. 1 km) to the hotel's own bathing beach on Lake Ossiach, which is free to use for house guests. In the surrounding area, a variety of excursion destinations and activities attract every holiday guest to the doorstep. Whether it's exploring Landskron Castle with the Monkey Mountain, the Terra Montana lead mine or visiting the town of Villach. Discover the other nearby bathing opportunities at the Carinthian lakes or the surrounding animal parks and game reserves.



The rental price also includes the Erlebniscard Kärnten of the Villach Faaker See Ossiacher See holiday region for the period 01.07. -31.10. of the year, which offers you many leisure activities and sights free of charge or at reduced admission. (Please note: not to be confused with the Kärnten Card)



Let off steam and use your holiday for numerous sporting activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, swimming, hiking, Nordic walking, paragliding, golf, mountain biking, cycling, water skiing, diving, horse riding...



The laundry set is obligatory and must be paid for on site.
