Nice accommodations

Place is clean and spacious. Property managers were attentive, answered questions quickly. Had a few minor maintenance issues, but working in the maintenance field, I notice these things.

This house is stunning and very spacious. It has everything our group needed or wanted and then some. We do this trip every year and we're already talking about returning to this property.

Shawano Vacation

We had a great time. We had enough room for the twelve of us inside and outside. The water off the pier was shallow enough for our grandchildren to enjoy There was a lot to do in the area, such as shopping and going to the public beach.

Wonderful

The home was beautiful, lots of room for everyone. Loved the screened in porch to just sit, read or play cards with family. Dock was great, we brought our pontoon boat over from marina and enjoyed going fishing, swimming out by the sandbar and going for rides. Had one that loved the video game! Had a great time!

Lake House Vacation

House was a perfect location to boat ramp and lake. Loved the screened porch to view backyard and lake activities (especially the sunsets). Plenty of room for 12 people. Lots to do within 15 minutes of travel time. Good and timely communication with owners. Lots of provided amenities, full kitchen and comfortable beds. There is not a full bathroom or bedroom on first floor. All bedrooms are upstairs with plenty of room. Would return if didn’t have family member with mobility issues. Great place for a family vacation.

Nice lake house, enjoyable amenities

This is a nice home on a large lake that we enjoyed for our annual ice fishing trip. The accommodations allowed comfort, space and relaxation. We really felt "at home" during our stay.

Wonderful View

Had our high school fishing team stay in this home and also rented one a few doors down. This location has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The large kitchen is perfect for a group and makes cooking and cleanup very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the long driveway to be able to park our trailer out of the way. There is a sulfur smell to the well water but we own a well and pump company and that is totally normal and still fine to use (you can't control mother nature) . The home offers above average tea tree shampoo and conditioner so lather up fast and you don't even notice the smell:) We had a great stay and couldn't have asked for more. TY

Nice Place

We had 7 motorcyclists' spending 4 nights for our annual motorcycle ride. The place was as advertised. Been doing the ride for 24 years and we rarely have any places we would "do over" again but this was one of those rare locations where we all agreed that we would like to come back to.

Beautiful home

This home is even better than the pictures suggest. Everything was clean and stocked well. Property managers were responsive- even on a holiday weekend. This was the perfect home for a friends getaway.

Work Stay

We booked this location for a painting crew. The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed the lakefront, screened in porch, firepit and the sunsets. It was a great place to come and relax at after working all day!

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family loved staying at this beautiful and immaculate home! Plenty to do right on the property - swimming, fishing, fire pit to roast marshmallows and enjoy s’mores, basketball, trampoline fun and variety of yard games! Neighbors on both sides were very nice! Lovely screened in back porch to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets when the mosquitos came out! There was also a nice canoe that our kids enjoyed! The inside of the home had all the comforts of home! Nice size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and even a nice size game room equipped with a victrola stereo and albums from the 60’s and 70’s that were fun to listen to, sing along and even to dance too!!! Lots of board games and puzzles to do in the evening! We had a very relaxing and fun filled time with our family! Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Great family vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this lovely lake house in Cecil, WI!!!! It had all the comforts of home and then some!!! Very spacious and immaculate! Recently remodeled. Owners very nice and checked in on us to see if we needed anything midway through our stay! Neighbors on both sides very friendly and family oriented. Loved the tranquility of that end of Shawano Lake! Fishing was excellent right off the pier! Very shallow and Sandy bottom for young children to swim in. Especially loved the wonderful screened in back porch where we could enjoy the sunsets, starry nights and get protection from the mosquitoes at dusk! If we had a fire going to roast marshmallows, only a couple people stayed out by the fire to roast the marshmallows and the rest of us headed inside the screened in porch to enjoy the sounds and smell of the crackling fire without getting bit up!!!! The towns of Cecil, Bonduel and Shawano had many various shops, casual family style restaurants, and recreational activities! Be sure to get a Shawano County Visitor’s Guide if you decide to rent this highly recommended wonderful family oriented home with a gorgeous view of the lake! So relaxing!!!!

Great place in a quiet town!

Two houses away from the Cecil boat launch! Beautiful yard and views of the lake, amazing sunsets. The house was big enough for our party of 10 and felt very welcoming and homey. Loved the fish bedroom! The Master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous with views of the lake. Having games available was amazing. Would definitely book this place again!

Nice roomy place, clean and easy access to restaurants and everything we needed.

Higher end property, clean, nice to have the 2.5 bathrooms. We cooked some days and found all the dishes we needed. We had poor weather but we enjoyed being inside with plenty of room. Loved that we had a washer and dryer to wash all our towels. The only negative we found was the well water had a very strong strong smell, the goose poop, and minimal shade as the main focus was facing west. We would rent it again. The water level was down 22 inches but talking with locals that could be restored soon,

Beautiful lake house great yard

We had a great time at this beautiful lake house. It was spacious enough for our 4 kids, ourselves and my husband's parents. The kids loved playing in the shallow water off the dock and we even caught a few fish just wading out in the water. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and around the fire pit. Large enough kitchen table for us all to enjoy a heated game of uno at night! Washer and dryer, free wifi, plenty of wood, and fully stocked kitchen. Got a little warm upstairs overnight, but if we ran the ceiling fans, it was much better. Very easy contactless check in. Neighbors were friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
