Maximum Occupancy is 9 guests (including infants & children)
Maximum vehicle parking is 5 during summer months and 2 in winter. Park at the top of the driveway in winter.
No Pets Allowed (no exceptions)

Please Note:

This home has one surveillance camera in place and in use that faces the beach area to monitor lake levels and the condition of the beach.

Some cell service providers have a poor signal at this home.

There is no air conditioning in this home, but fans are provided for your comfort.

The master bathroom has a tub only.  No shower.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
