PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events allowed
• Groups under 30 years old are not admitted.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the silence hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No exceeding the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (including children)
• It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 p.m.
Guests should inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time. If arriving before 5:00 p.m., you can leave your luggage at our office.
