Onze prachtige villa is gelegen op minder dan 15 minuten van Disney en dicht bij alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Deze 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers volledig voorzien van airconditioning huis heeft een omheind zwembad met uitzicht op een van de rustige meren in het populaire Lake Berkley Resort.
Er is een Premium Leisure 'Vitalizer' Hot Tub op het dek en multi color LED-verlichting in het zwembad, evenals een professioneel omgerekend volledig voorzien van airconditioning speelkamer met een 8ft leisteen bed pooltafel, elektrisch verstelbare lederen banken, een 50inch LED TV, Blu Ray speler, X-Box met Kinect, iJuke, barkrukken en een tafel.
De accommodatie beschikt over een master suite op de begane grond met een groot prive ensuite met inbegrip van bad en aparte douche. Er is nog een koningin slaapkamer op de begane grond met een aangrenzende badkamer met douchecabine. Op de bovenste verdieping is een ruime 'Hollywood Greats' thema-koningin slaapkamer met een en-suite badkamer en twee aparte slaapkamers delen de badkamer. Een aparte slaapkamer features "Mickey Mouse and Friends ', de andere functies van Harry Potter. Alle slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen-tv's en dvd-spelers.
Op de begane grond vindt u een grote familiekamer met gewelfde plafonds, een Smart-tv met 50 inch flatscreen, een Blu-Ray-speler, een Playstation 2, een stereo-installatie met radio, een cd-speler en een iPod-dock. Een van bekeerlingen de sofa's in een bed. Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken met keramische kookplaat fornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast met ijs dispenser. De villa biedt ook een formele eetkamer en een eethoek met uitzicht op het zwembad en het meer. Er is een volledig uitgeruste wasruimte met wasmachine en droger.
Buiten is er een overdekte veranda, tafels en stoelen om buiten te eten en ligstoelen om te ontspannen rond het zwembad. Het zwembad heeft het voordeel van een kind veiligheidshek (afneembaar)

Excellent home, location and property

We spent seven days at this property and had a fantastic time. The location, pool and interior of home were all very comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the items they had available as well (cooler, beach umbrella, pool noodles, etc). Overall would recommend and will be staying again :)

Awesome Accommodations!

The property was immaculate and clean. Beautiful decor for the local area. Plenty of space to spread out friends and family. Clean and safe community with polite guard staff. Orlando/theme park traffic was not terrible. Good options to get around and avoid major back ups on the road.

It is a nice property, clean and well-organized. There are minor inconveniences like about 10%of VRBO rental properties share;No Kleenex boxed, no extra toilet papers, no dishwashing items such as brushes, sponges, cloth etc., no salt and peppers, only a small handwashing soap but no regular soaps, shampoo or conditioner, etc.

Great place for older and young adults!

Beautiful place. Our kids (aged 18-24) loved the game room, hot tub and pool. Nice peaceful and safe area. Loved the themed rooms.

Excellent home for our family vacay

The home was exactly as listed. It was clean, spacious, and charming. It served our needs for 10 days. The kids enjoyed the heated pool in down times. It wad close to the Disney parks. All of the bedrooms worked out great for all of us.

Property was amazing.

This house was amazing. The boys had a great time in the game room with the gigantic screen TV and pool table while everyone had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. There is so much space, the furniture is comfortable, and the themes in each room were so much fun. Thank you for an amazing week.

I wouldnt do it again

Staying here really put a damper on our vacation! It says it is close to a lot of things but it takes at least 35 minutes to get to everything! The only thing it is close to is walmart. If you arent leaving the vrbo its fine, you can just stay in. But the speed bumps are terrible in the complex, you basically have to be going 5 mph to not mess up your car. The resort was closed so we didn't enjoy that. The place smells like cigarette smoke. We saw a few gekos in the house ( not a huge deal) but then we saw TWO roaches. The host said they are common in Florida. I have vacation in Florida for the past 7 years and never had that experience. They said send a picture but there isnt an option to upload so they sent someone to spray only two rooms and that was it. We wanted to leave but that wasnt an option because the host "fixed" the problem. But I had to try to deal with that while trying to enjoy universal studios.But we felt so gross, there were spiders and other crawlies. In front of harry potter room and game room, the AC leaked so there were many wet socks. It was just very annoying. My sister was able to book a place that was significantly cheaper and they had good spot and no bugs and there resort was open. The nice the was the themes and checking in. The pool lights up which is cool.

Wonderful villa

Beautiful villa. Comfortable, clean plenty of space. We’ve had a fabulous 2 week stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids (14 & 9) and the games room was great fun to chill with beer after a day in the parks. The hot tub wasn’t used much as it was actually too hot to sit in. Had to take Voldemort off the wall in the Harry Potter room though. He was a little too scary. The complex was lovely and felt very secure and safe. Great location for Walmart and some great restaurants nearby. Great facilities in the villa for washing too. Only criticism would be it’s a good 45minute to universal studios depending on traffic. 100% would recommend this villa to everyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a fab holiday.

Excellent holiday home.

This property is one of the most impressive holiday home that I have had the privilege to stay in. On arrival the check-in process was simple, as the owners of the property provided accurate information, well in advance. The property was very clean and tidy, and all equipment and amenities worked well. The owners of the property have gone the extra mile in the decoration villa. With the 2 twin bedroom a delight for any Micky Mouse or Harry Potter fans. The property is in an excellent location, close to a supermarket, and the main highways for accessing the resorts and attractions.

Fantastic vacation

Just left our home away from home. to start off I was very impressed with all communication with Jeanette & Brian. Arrived 1/2 hr early but they would not let us through the gate. made us sit out on the road until 4pm not a great start…woman at the gate was extremely rude. Finally pulled into our house & the instructions were laid out perfectly for entry. Very impressed with the layout! Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We ordered a BBQ for the week and it arrived on schedule by a wonderful man Very friendly. We really didn’t have to question anything the garbage was explained well…except we weren’t sure what to do with the glass(in Canada we recycle) so maybe put a little more clarity on that. The pool was great.kids were in it constantly. The hot tub had a very strong chemical smell coming from it & we couldn’t get in it…made us choke up..so maybe check the chemical content in it.? The lake created a fabulous backdrop with ducks wandering about and we made great use of the fishing gear in the closet!! The kids and adults fished almost every day. Game room was also used every evening! Bedrooms were comfortable especially the master…which was downstairs and massive! One thing I hadn’t seen mentioned that I would love to have know before coming was that there are 3 booster car seats in the closet…we travelled with them so it would have been good to know that there were some already there. Walmart right around Overall great stay & would return

Perfect for a family group

Excellent property with all you need for a fabulous holiday. Spacious accommodation with lovely outlook within a reasonable drive of all the parks. The owners are super accommodating. We even saw two rocket launches from the terrace!

Excellent house

We spent a week at the house and enjoyed the location. The security is great. The game room is a great bonus for the bigger kids to spread out. We door dashed a few times and it was easy. Highly recommend.

This house was simply incredulous..themed rooms were great, everything worked as should have,pool and tub were great, locale was phenom for all events we did. .i just left two pics of my grandchildren on fridge i wish i could get sent to me back home..love and have reccomended this house already

Great stay

Quiet and clean. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but did use the hot tub once. It was a great amenity. It was about a 20-25 minute ride to Disney. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We live in Hertfordshire in the UK and absolutely adore the lifestyle and climate in Florida. The photo is of us celebrating our wedding anniversary in Florida Keys which we obviously combined with a trip to our home in Kissimmee!

When we chose our villa our priority was a lakefront so as not to feel 'hemmed in' and 24 hour guarded security gate so as to feel safe. Lake Berkley is so much more than that and we have fallen in love with it. The community is maintained in pristine condition and there are facilities for family of all ages. We love the walks around the lakes and the spectacular scenery and wildlife.

Being close to all the parks, the large Walmart Supercenter 2 minutes drive away, being east of Disney less than half-an-hour from Orlando International Airport on a route that does not involve toll roads.
