Het pand is gerenoveerd en ingericht en uitgebreid tot 5 slaapkamers voor grote gezinnen en golffeesten. De hele dag zon, ideaal voor een ontspannen vakantie bij het zwembad. Banken, winkels en bars op slechts 5 minuten lopen Het gerenommeerde Villamartin Plaza op 5 minuten afstand en het Le Fuente Centre dat voor iedereen wat wils op 5 minuten loopafstand biedt
De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigde keukenapparatuur, er is een bijkeuken naast de keuken met wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvak en magnetron. lounge is ruim en modern, met grote banken en er is een Smart TV met fresat, en Netflix, plus een Amazon-firestick met alle Sky-kanalen, waaronder tv-boxsets en duizenden films. Ook een google minI-entertainmentsysteem (vergelijkbaar met amazone Alexia). Boven een tweepersoons slaapkamer met openslaande deuren naar een groot zonneterras, een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een ingerichte douche / badkamer. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers met 2 aparte bedden op de begane grond met 2 doucheruimtes. Er zijn afgelegen plafondventilatoren in alle slaapkamers en in de lounge die stil en uiterst efficiënt zijn. Het pand heeft hoge muren en poorten, allemaal veilig, ideaal voor gezinnen. Patio met tafel en stoelen en een tuin met buitenterras met tafel, stoelen en ligstoelen. Barbecue, privézwembad van 8 * 4 meter met Romeinse treden voor gemakkelijke toegang. We bieden ook luchthaventransfers

Golfinformatie: Wij spelen golffeesten. Costa Blanca is de ideale plek voor uw volgende golfvakantie. Villamartin ligt op minder dan 1,5 km van onze villa en Campoamor en Las Ramblas liggen op slechts een paar minuten rijden. U kunt ook La Finca Golf en Quesada proberen, die binnen een half uur rijden liggen of iets minder dan een uur rijden is de beroemde La Managa Club met 54 holes.

Ready made base with all facilities

Group of friends have repeated our stay and it proved to be a great decision. Plenty of room for our group of adults and location has many food options with some new opened on location door step

Golf & Fun

We have stopped here before. Great location. English pub right next door with a great host. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Villa has had a slight refurbishment with the kitchen & dinroom area redecorated & one the bathrooms downstairs been refurbished. Great time had by all.

Family holiday

Fabulous villa, we were a family of 11 people, plenty of space for everyone, great pool and outside space, although it says towels are provided one each was not enough so we bought some and left them at the villa. Great pub next door, does breakfast, lunch & Sunday roast, amazing. Supermarket about 5 min walk.

Golf Trip

This property is perfectly located and set up for group of golfers. Booking, check in ,stay and checkout all went smoothly. Agent went above and beyond gettting item we left behind back to us timeously. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Fab Villa, pool and outside area photos don't do it justice, with outdoor TV🎉. All fans in the bedrooms were adequate. But ideal if all rooms had air conditioning as we stayed in August which was very hot. Enough seating for our group of seven. Kitchen facilities were excellent. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Good location, Pub next door which played music till approx 11pm, which was fine as all our group was over 18. Would 100% stay here again!! The owners have done a fabulous job!!!

Great place to stay

We would highly recommend this Villa for a family or friends, there was 8 of us for a week and we had a lovely time, the location is good too, the villa had good living space and a lovely pool and terrace area with an outside TV, we was contacted near the time of our holiday to confirm arrival times, we was earlier than the check in time, which wouldn't of been a problem as there is a lovely bar next door to the villa, but we was allowed in early as the villa was ready for us, Julie met us and went through anything we needed to know and said if we need any help or information about the villa,area or anything else then to contact her. We found the whole experience easy and relaxing, plenty of bars and restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, we would definatley recommend this villa. thank you :)

Great Villa, good location. Julie was there to greet us on arrival and kept in touch during our stay. Royal Oak next door is a good pub and does great food. 9 of us stayed for a golf break and everyone thought the place was bang on with loads of room. Already thinking of staying here next year.

Ideal villa

Upon arrival we were over the moon with the property and the outside areas. There 12 is in total and never did we feel we were on top of each other, very spacious and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the kids spent hours in there. The location was great for for walking to shops bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic villa, everything so close by

Great stay, definitely return, lively villa with everything you need, we had a problem with the drains but it was sorted very quickly and efficiently, supermarkets, restaurants and bars a plenty all within a 5-10 min walk, we would especially mention “the view cocktail bar, 2 gif 1 on Wednesday and the food was delicious too, another restaurant worth a mention is the Asian next door to the Royal oak which is next door to the villa, great daily entertainment there, Aldo worth a visit.

Golf break stay

Very nice property, very clean but in need of some tlc. Excellent location. Was more than adequate for a party of 8 golfers. Only issue was no gas barbecue as listed on Vrbo only coal barbecue.

Great Villa and Pool

Lovely stay Julie the agent couldn’t have been more helpful. Great villa. Lovely and clean and in a good location. Royal Oak pub next door was very good with good food and entertainment, lovely helpful staff. Only 5 mins to the Supermarket and less than 10 mins to the Commercial Centre with all the restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Big House with great pool

We had a great time at this villa. Big venue with 3 badrooms. The swimming pool was great and needed because it was very hot! Everything was clean and contact with agency was sufficient.

Relaxing

Overall the villa was lovely, the pool being the highlight. Only thing i would say is that air con is needed in the bedrooms, it was too hot to sleep most nights. This could be as the weather was hotter than usual. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend. Julie the agent, was brilliant

Nice pool, villa needs a good overhaul , and only has 3 bedrooms not 5

Good location good size pool... clean and tidy but outdated... no sky tv... infact no tv only YouTube on a fire stick Description says 2 beds upstairs 3 down... this is wrong only a twin downstairs... doesn’t help when you have planned for 5 aircon is on a metre 1€ for 2 hours

Golf in Villa martin

We have been before. 2 years ago. Overall the villa was fine but 2 things. No 1 , when you entered the villa there was a unpleasant smell. We suggest the plumbing may need looking at. No 2 , we all think that the villa is looking a little tired & needs updating. IE shower downstairs could do with a new shower tray & generally could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up. As i say good location & generally ok but is looking a little tired.

May 2024 stay

This is a wonderful large house with 5 double bedrooms and three bathrooms so plenty big enough for our extended family holiday The pool was the highlight of our stay with lots of room to all enjoy the outside space and the outside eating area is really lovely for a shaded lunch out of the sun, which was sometimes much needed as it was very hot It’s in a great location with mercadona and Aldi within a few mins outside of the Villa and a large shop which sells everything you could ever need Getting further afield means you have to figure out the busses, we did get to get to La Zenia beach one day which is around 4miles away, the bus runs on the Blueline every 90mins unless it’s July or august and collects from outside Mercadona. Some of our party also used the Hoppy Scooters to get around We used Bennicinnect for transfers and they were great and very punctual, it’s around 45min transfer Thanks to Rob, villa manager and to Julie and Mark who sort out the day to day maintenance, they were just a text away when some bulbs needed replacement and mark turned up very quickly with ladder in hand The pub next door was great for live music, we loved having a sing song in the evening but it was not intrusive or noisy later on, it was closed up By 11pm, my son and husband loved the pool table and darts, there’s a lot going on if you fancy joining in. It was a wonderful stay and we all enjoyed ourselves, a very relaxing week! Thanks Rob

GOOD PROPERTY IN NEED OF A LOT OF T.L.C.

The outside area had obviously not been swept or cleaned in a long time. There was a bag of leaves with dead spiders and cockroaches lying on top of the barbecue, and around the pool was filthy. The pool itself however was immaculate. Dirty fabric chair with filthy sheet, tired looking table with no umbrella, five chairs and two sunbeds with no cushions completed the look. When asked to supply umbrella and cushions, owner stated they were not in with the price, although they can be clearly seen in the advertising photograph. Julie supplied an umbrella and we had to buy cushions ourselves. My husband started his holiday by spending two hours bringing the outside area to a reasonable standard of cleanliness and taping over broken tiles to ensure our grandchild's safety, while I dealt with the cobwebs, dead cockroaches, and dirty floors in the living area, along with emptying the freezer of some else's food. When asked about air con. the owner conveniently forgot to mention that you had to pay for it. Contrary to what he says, I have never had to pay for air con. in Villa Martin or anywhere else for that matter. The TV signal is really bad, and you struggle to get any channels let alone English ones. There is obviously a wastepipe problem in the downstairs shower room as it smelled of urine. BEDS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. Having to buy sunbed cushions, paying for Air Con. and buying loads of bleach for downstairs loo were expenses we shouldn't have had. This villa could be lovely, and it's a shame the owner is happy to take people's money, but put nothing back into the property.
