Huis met high-end afwerking niveaus in Beaver Creek. Een van de dichtstbijzijnde ski in / ski out eigenschappen in heel Beaver Creek. Stel je voor dat je je laarzen op het achterdek aantrekt, je uitrusting uit de skikast haalt en dan slechts 30 meter op de stoel gaat zitten. Nog beter aan het einde van de dag.

Het wordt er niet beter op! Klaar voor een familie of een groep vrienden. Eigendom, gehuurd en geëxploiteerd door Doug & Linda Manner - geen extern managementbedrijf - ooit !!!

Skiverhuur & liftkaartverkoop op het terrein.

Beaver Creek skigebied staat bekend om zijn gevarieerde terrein perfectie in verzorging, grote sneeuw valt, ski-en snowboardscholen. De ijsbaan ligt in het centrum van het dorp. Sneeuwmobiel is beschikbaar, evenals sleeën en sleeën. Je kunt zelfs hondensleeën of ballonvaren! U kunt ook skiën met een ranger tijdens een skitour van 45 minuten. Sneeuwschoentours in de schemering zijn verkrijgbaar bij het Noordse sportcentrum. Vergeet geen spoorstoring voor McCoy's. U kunt naar East Vale reizen om van ijsklimmen te genieten. De Beaver Creek familie-uitdaging is erg leuk. Elk team racet door het dorp en moet gekke fysieke en mentale uitdagingen uitvoeren. Vergeet de spa niet! De Beaver Creek ski- en snowboardschool is dagelijks geopend van 8-4: 30. Skischool voor volwassenen biedt groepslessen en privélessen. De kassa is geopend van 8: 30-4: 30. Langlaufen is verkrijgbaar bij de Strawberry Park-stoeltjeslift in Mccoy Park.

De zomer in Beaver Creek en de vallei is een geweldige plek! U kunt golfen, fietsen, wandelen, schilderachtige stoeltjesliftritten, bowlen, Beaver Creek Rodeo-serie, boerenmarkten, paardrijden, ballonvaren, tennis, concerten, raften en kajakken, hummer- en jeeptours, tweedekkerritten en Colorado ski museum. Kinderactiviteiten omvatten Beaver Creek Kids Camp, ontdekkingskamp, avonturenkamp, 5-sterren kamp, Beaver Creek Children's Museum, Beaver Creek kindertheater, schaatsen, Beaver Creek stallen, bungee trampoline & klimmuur, familiefilmavond, kinderopvang, minigolf en speeltuinen. Great rental for a snowboarding weekend

The place looks even nicer in person. So glad we booked this. We loved every detail. One minor complaint was the thermostat didn’t seem to allow you to cool the place down at night. It was quite warm. Even if you set it down to 65 and opened a window, the heat would come on. It seems the thermostat may not really control the temperature at all if you want it a bit cooler. We all wanted to sleep with the house a little cooler and it just felt like it wasn’t an option. Minor complaint though. We loved the place and would stay there again. Total ski in ski out. The lockers, hot tub, ticketing office right next to the place. Convenient parking. What more can you ask for?

Wonderful condo!!

This is our 2nd year at this wonderful condo! Everything about the unit is so well thought out. It is organized and provides excellent quality in everything they offer! Linda is a fabulous owner and very responsive in communication about everything! The location is fabulous as you can walk out the back door and be on a lift! We highly recommend this unit!

Best location for everything you need!

What a great stay! The house was stocked with all you need for a long stay and cooking in! Convenient parking spot underground, just a few steps to hot tub. Best of all just a few yards from ski rentals and lift. Owner communicated by text and was quick to respond. We really enjoyed our time here and will be back.

Great location!

This is the best ski in / ski out rental. The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 4. Linda was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions to make getting there easy.

Perfect ski condo

Perfect location, couldn’t be closer to lifts for ski on and off mountain. Hot tubs, lobby, parking, gym, and ski locker are all just steps away. Had groceries delivered before arrival and kitchen was stocked like a home for cooking. Beaver Creek is a great family resort, and even though hubby tore ACL skiing…we all agreed it was a perfect vacation and are itching to get back.

Beaver Creek Landing - skiing

Great spot with easy access to the mountain. Chair lift right outside the door and an easy trail to ski back to the condo. We’ve stayed in this building before and will be back. This unit is perfect and pleasant.

Clean and comfortable place with ample space

Besides the obvious convenience to ski lift, lift ticket office, and rental office, the place was spacious and comfortable for a family of six.

True Ski-In Ski-Out

9th year in Beaver Creek for Spring Break and this is the best place yet. We have stayed at the Ritz and Horizon Pass for more than double what we paid here and this was much easier to get in and out of! Literally the lift is just a few steps from your balcony. Great location of the condo itself being on the first floor and being able to walk out directly to the lift. Also, great location of the complex in Bachelor Gulch. We prefer that area because it is less crowded. But if you want to go to the village, it's on the shuttle route and to top it off the complex is the first drop off and last pick up. So, no waiting. Very short shuttle drive to the village. The condo itself has everything you could ever need. The kitchen has spices that are updated annually, crock pot, multiple types of coffee pots, etc. So if you want to stay in and cook, you have everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit and even have drying racks for your clothes, spray and wash (my husband got spaghetti sauce on his shirt) and lint rollers, etc. They have literally thought of everything. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. The owners were great to work with when we thought we were going to have to stay an extra day due to weather. We will definitely be booking for next year!

Amazing condo!

This condo is perfect for a ski vacation! The location is wonderful with a ski lift just steps away. There is a ski rental shop and lift ticket office in the building! The condo unit is beautiful and set up with everything you might need or want! Very organized and attention to all the details! Linda is an incredible host…responsive and very detailed. We highly recommend this condo! We are already booked for next year! Can’t wait!

Best of Beaver Creek Landing

This is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented for a ski vacation. The unit is fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. Very homey, great internet, loads of TV channels, lots of movies & books, and a gas fireplace. There is not a lot of foot traffic or noise. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a full meal (including spices so check the cupboards before buying). Even multiple coffee makers including Nespresso! The building is steps from Lift 15 & you can ski to the back door at the end of the day. No lift lines in the morning (yay!) There is a ski locker by the back door so you don’t have to lug equipment all over. And there are 2 hot tubs & pool out the side door to soak the mountain out of your legs. There is a locker room down the hall for booting up - the locker has mounted boot dryers inside. The gym across the hall and has a full suite of equipment to warm up before skiing or hone your body on an off day. Getting to the village or Avon is simple. Download the Village Connect app and book door-to-door service to the village, restaurants and back to “home”. We were usually the only ones on the shuttle & waited only a few min. Use Uber to the local supermarket (well stocked) - that too was a short wait. We spoke with Linda before travelling and she was very responsive and helpful. She even texted us when the cleaning people finished so we could get in earlier than 4PM (Thank You). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to rebook this unit.

We've retired and live in Dallas, Texas - Doug was in the oil business and we lived in Denver twice. We fell in love with the mountains and manage to make it to the condo several times each year. We love it there!

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We love this location - both winter and summer, it makes a perfect get-away!!! We live in Texas, so the summers are pretty hot. Going to Beaver Creek in the summer is like a dream come true! It's perfect - pretty warm during the day, but cool in the mornings and evenings. Obviously, in the winter, it's the perfect location, since you are so close to the lifts. However, you are also soooo close to everything else. Edwards is 6 minutes away, Avon - only 4 minutes away and Vail is only about 14 minutes away. Amazing restaurants, cute little shops, and there are so many activies to take part in all year round! I hope you enjoy our oasis as much as we do!

April offers the Vail Film Festival, events have spread throughout the Beaver Creek area. In the month of May, is the Blues, Brews & BBQ festival. June brings the Suzuki Institute for 2 weeks. July 4th offers a celebration with lots of activies. The Rocky Mountain Antique Festival and the Annual Beaver Creek Arts Festival are both in July. August offers the Wine & Spirits Festival, the Vertical Ascent Race and the Trans Rockies Run. September brings Oktoberfest and the Oktoberfest Shuffle. Throughout the winter months, you'll find the Beaver Creek Race Series and the Crystal Gtotto. Beaver Creek Rodeo takes place weekly every Thursday during the summer. You'll also find various culinary demonstrations, concerts, symphony performances, opera and theater throughout the year.
