Jasmine and Albertine are situated in a beautiful garden setting covering approximately a quarter acre just off the Rue Du Petit Fort one of Dinan's prettiest pedestrianised streets, the garden covers approximately a quarter acre and is on three levels linked by a spiral staircase and stone steps. Each garden has its own special appeal and offers stunning views over the rooftops of Dinan and to the hillside beyond.Restaurants, bars, creperies, theatre, specialist shops, bus and train stations all close by. Lively historic port with boat hire and waterside walks. Sandy beaches, Dinard (airport) St Malo (ferry port within 30 minutes drive. Villa Jasmijn

In eerste instantie dachten we, nogal kleine woonkamer, dat is natuurlijk wel zo gebleven maar dat werd helemaal goed gemaakt door de mooie tuinen. In op het nivo van het huisje de 2e via een wenteltrap naar een ander nivo. Voor 2 personen een prima verblijf met een leuke badkamer en een prima slaapkamer bakamer . We loved our stay at the cottage where we much enjoyed the warm welcome by Robyn, the delightful homemade muffins and jam and the beautiful garden. Dinan is a friendly and beautiful town. Prepare for steep climbs though.

Paradise

We had a small problem finding it ( our incompetence ), but then we entered a little paradise. The first two days we did not want to leave the garden(s) and relaxed. Robin was a very nice hostess providing us with all the necessary information about the surroundings. It was always nice to talk to her. Dinan: beautiful, great castle (we learned a lot about the medieval age), nice walks along the riverside, not far to St. Malo, Dinard (all by Train). All in all: we had a wonderful time!

Un séjour parfait

Fabulous

Absolutely fantastic short break, Robyn was the perfect host, meeting, greeting and explaining. Accommodation was perfect for us and the garden was just magical, lovely to sit and relax with our complimentary bottle of rose’ and home made raspberry muffins what a treat. We will absolutely be back.

un petit coin de paradis

C'était un séjour magnifique ! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Robyn, avec de petites attentions (muffins, vin, confiture maison) Le cadre est paradisiaque, au calme. On profite des fleurs et du chant des oiseaux. Le logement est cosy et très bien équipé. Le lit est grand et très confortable. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer et déconnecter.

Fabuleux !

Robyn nous a à nouveau accueillis avec toute sa disponibilité et sa bonne humeur dans son petit coin de paradis, une petite maison de poupée dans un jardin luxuriant et très calme au cœur du vieux Dinan. Muffins maison, bouteille de vin et tout pour favoriser un séjour extrêmement agréable. Merci !!!

Just perfect

Un petit paradis dans la vielle ville de Dinan. Un jardin magnifiquement entretenu, légèrement éclairé la nuit, juste ce qu’il faut pour le rendre follement romantique. Des nuits dans un silence absolu. Le logement est certe petit mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour sans stress: on a l’impression d’être reçu par des amis (néanmoins très discrets), qui vous accueillent avec des muffins et une bouteille de vins. La décoration est de qualité et très soignée. Tout est pensée avec goût et soin. On partage le jardin avec un autre logement ce qui n’est absolument pas gênant car le lieu inspire le respect et la quiétude. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse enchantée. Je recommande ces hôtes et ce lieu.

Kleines Refugium in der Altstadt von Dinan

Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bestens betreut bzw. mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Das kleine Apartment war bestens ausgestattet, in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Der Garten war sehr idyllisch und bestens geeignet um zu entspannen. Wir können die Location sehr empfehlen.

Magnifique endroit

Il s'agit d'en endroit magnifique. Un très beau jardin tres bien entretenu et très fleuri. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement équipé. Le lit 200 × 200 est très confortable. Accueil avec des muffins, une bouteille de vin et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Robyn est une personne très accueillante et d'une très grande gentillesse. Idéalement situé, il n' y a plus qu'à garer sa voiture et tout est accessible à pieds.

Merveilleux !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Logement conforme aux photos, très joli et très bien aménagé. Très joli jardin sur 2 étages. Robyn est très à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour que votre séjour se passe merveilleusement bien (thé, café, muffins et confiture maison, bouteille de vin vous attendent à votre arrivée). Le cottage est en plein centre de Dinan (un peu difficile d’accès en voiture) mais une fois garé, tout se fait à pied. Dinan est une très jolie ville médiévale. De très belles balades à faire à proximité et bons restaus sur place. Nous recommandons vivement !

We are a couple originally from New Zealand and after leaving there decided to come to France.We loved the town of Dinan with it,s wonderful Medieval fee and the proximity to the glorious beaches and coastline. We havee been hosting since 2011 and have enjoyed meeting people from all over the world.

Jasmine is situated in a completely walled private garden in one of Dinans, prettiest streets. The two gardens offer peace and quiet after a day of sightseeing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including linen, all cooking utensils, pots, pans, china, glassware etc etc. English and French TV and wifi. Also included are oils, vinegar,salt,pepper, tea, coffee, milk, bathrobes, outdoor furniture, gas BBQ.A welcome bottle of wine, homemade jam and muffins on arrival.
