The Check-in is simple and contactless via an access code, which you will receive from us before your arrival.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you wish to arrive earlier, we can check the availability of an early check-in for you.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
If you need a later check-out, please inform us in advance so we can check the availability.

Other Things to Note:
Parking
The accommodation offers two parking spaces located directly under the carport at your chalet, which are included in your stay.
A charging station for electric vehicles is available in close proximity to the chalet.

Family-Friendly Accommodation
For the little ones, we provide a baby cot and a Tripp Trapp high chair with support (from 6 months) upon request. This service is free of charge but requires prior notice.

Sleeping
All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds and mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Bed Linen & Towels
For each stay, we provide bed linen and towels in the appropriate quantity based on the number of guests in your booking. A washing machine and dryer are also available free of charge in the shared area.

Pets
Pets weighing no more than 15 kg are welcome upon prior request. To ensure thorough cleaning and maintain high hygiene standards for all guests, a pet cleaning fee of €99 per pet is required.
