Wonderful design apartment with terrace, garden views and shared pool. Located in the exclusive residence of Brisas del Arenal, it offers a community pool with grass. It is ideally located in the heart of the Arenal de Jávea, close to all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

Accommodation
This comfortable, charming and bright apartment measures 105 m² and is decorated with an exquisite design and has a ducted cold and hot air conditioning system in all rooms. The house has 2 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower giving access to the terrace. The second bedroom equipped with a single bed adjoins a second bathroom with a shower. The rest of the room is on the same level, and offers a modern independent kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The spacious living room has a beautiful glass table with chairs and a comfortable single sofa bed. Smart TV with wide screen and internet, with double doors that give access to the terrace of 15m². On this terrace overlooking the pool and the garden you can enjoy an outdoor dining table and a chill out area with a sofa.
In the common areas you can enjoy a garden area with an outdoor shower and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children with a shallow depth.

The accommodation is located just 2 minutes walk from Playa del Arenal and is surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants and all services. In addition, it is located just 2 km from Playa del Montañar. It is also only 3km from the Old Town of Jávea and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20 minute radius. The nearest airport is Alicante airport, which is 99km away.

Great location very comfortable

Apartment had all the facilities you require for a comfortable stay, excellent location 2 mins from the beach but in a quite location . Perfect for a shortlong stay. Clean , comfortable, great location .

A very nice apartment in a very well maintained community

The location of the apartment, the daily presence of a caretaker on the complex, the neatly maintained garden and clean swimming pool. The chairs in the dining area are actually due for replacement, but that is really the only thing. We had a wonderful holiday.

Excellent location

Excellent location - walking distance to the best beach in Javea. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff which communicated over WhatsApp. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and generously equipped, including a coffee machine a table with comfortable office chair if you like to work and travel. Lightning fast Internet as well. Tight parking spots for large cars. I would appreciate a map of the resort. It took a while to find trash bins, garage entrance (there are two and I thought the remote was broken), etc.
