Two-room apartment located on the ground floor in the Cassia area, Tomba di Nerone, in a quiet and peaceful street. There are several restaurants and food outlets in the area. It is 5 km from the Olympic stadium, 1km from the San Pietro hospital and 4 km from the Sant'Andrea hospital. Easily reachable on foot (500m) is the Cassia/Santa Giovanni Elisabetta bus stop, served by bus number 223 which connects to Termini station (Metro A and Metro B), by number 201 and 226 which connect to the Olympic stadium/Piazza Mancini and from here you can easily reach St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. The apartment has a kitchen with induction hobs, fridge/freezer, with all the necessary crockery. There are 4 beds, divided into a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Sheets, towels and soaps (hands, underwear and shampoo) are provided.
PLEASE NOTE: The shower is raised above the floor by a step, so may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled!
There is also an iron/ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning and television.

Lovely apartment and helpful host

We loved the apartment and amenities. The neighbors were friendly as well and my kids enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids! The home was quiet and clean. Easy 10 minute walk to bus stop. Giulia was very responsive to any needs and sent help if we needed it! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her place!

Nice and clean apartment in Rome

Nice and clean apartment in Rome. By car you can go within 15 - 25 min. to the parking spot of "Parcheggio Ludovisi" which is next to the centre and near to the fountain Di Trevi. The apartment itself has an air conditioner and is totally fine for a family with up to 4 persons. The only point of criticsm is that despite saying that a washing machine for clothes would be available, this was missing

The walls are very thin and it seems people next door were staying there permanently going to bed super late past 1 am and they were very very noise. Property in a nice neighborhood but almost ghetto isch were the apartment is located Bedroom smelled very bad Communication and check in were very easy

Very nice but...

Spacious, modern, clean apartment but not close to the railway station or any of the major attractions and the subway doesn't go anywhere near so you need to drive (if you are accustomed to European driving), take a taxi or bus and hope they are on time and traffic is good.

Nuestra experiencia en esta "vacación" ha sido un completo desastre. La casa en la que nos hospedamos estaba en condiciones deplorables: sucia, con moho por todas partes y un olor insoportable a humedad. Para colmo, ni siquiera era una casa propiamente dicha, sino un garaje acondicionado de manera precaria. Nada se parecía a lo que nos prometieron, y en lugar de disfrutar, pasamos los días tratando de sobrellevar la incomodidad y la suciedad. Una decepción total.

Dovevo soggiornare in questo alloggio, all'arrivo, la location, è un garage riadattato in appartamento, davanti all'ingresso sporcizia e rottami di auto e moto, stile campo rom, i vicini di casa di altre etnie e culture penso che friggano come se non ci fosse un domani, appartamento sporchissimo, polvere e peli dappertutto , ciotole e stoviglie che neppure il mio cane userebbe. Disdetto subito e rovinata vacanze Romana.

Loft económico hasta 4 personas

Loft pequeño, pero suficiente para cuatro de familia, con todos los elementos para cocinar. Dispone de A/A indispensable para el verano en Roma, pero no tiene lavadora. Excelente comunicación con el propietario junto con la posibilidad de entrar de forma independiente. Si vienes en coche (lo que es conveniente), se puede dejar en las proximidades (gratis pero con cuestas). Para acceder a Roma, con autobús próximo, o tren hasta cuya estación hay que acceder en coche (mejor comprar el billlete antes en un kiosko, bar o estanco). Por cierto, en el supermercado Due Ponti hacen pizzas ricas para llevar a precios muy económicos.

Muy bueno la verdad estaba todo muy limpio y muy amable el dueño respondió todo las dudas sin problema y fue fácil el ingreso lo único es que es un poco retirado del centro y tardaba 1 hora para llegar al centro de roma o a cualquier lugar turístico de resto todo muy bueno, no tengo quejas

Appartement a quelques minutes de Rome

Super appartement à quelque minute de Rome. Accessible facilement par la station de bus qui est à 10 minute de l’appartement. Très propre et spacieux dans un petit coin tranquille.

Soggiorno molto piacevole
