Experience a wonderful stay in these completely renovated and brand new rooms on the farm between the meadows on the Amstel. The rooms are spacious, bright and stylishly furnished. Both rooms have their own bathroom. The beds are luxuriously made with fresh linen. Parking is free on site. Surrounded by nature it is wonderfully quiet. Take advantage of the numerous walking and cycling routes in the area or visit Amsterdam, which is only a 20-minute drive away.
Upon arrival, you can easily park your car at the entrance of the accommodation. You have your own entrance. Upon entering, go up the stairs. The guesthouse is located on the first floor. If you have difficulty walking, the stairs are difficult to navigate with luggage.
No spaces are shared. All areas are for guests only. There is no living room. There is a small room with a microwave, 1-burner stove and sink to prepare a simple meal. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a hall with a dining table, a refrigerator and coffee and tea.

One of the most beloved attractions in Amstelveen is the Amsterdamse Bos. The Amsterdamse Bos extends into Amsterdam, but is largely located in Amstelveen. It is no less than 4x(!) as big as Central Park in New York. This beautiful nature reserve offers numerous opportunities for walking, cycling and picnicking. There are several playgrounds for children and some beautiful swimming beaches where you can relax and enjoy the nice weather.

If you are looking for cultural attractions, the Cobra Museum is an absolute must-see. The museum is dedicated to modern art and has an extensive collection of paintings, sculptures and other works of art. There are regularly changing exhibitions and events, so there is always something new to discover.
The Jan van der Togt Museum is highly recommended for history lovers. This museum is located in a former factory and has an impressive collection of modern glass art and ceramics.

PLEASE NOTE: The house is difficult to reach by public transport and we do not recommend this. We recommend coming by car.
From Schiphol airport it is best and easiest to take a taxi or Uber to the house. Public transport takes a lot longer. The most up to date travel schedules can be found on the internet from the well-known route planners.
Again, we advise you to come by car because public transport is not good and does not run regularly. However, if you still want to use public transport, there is a bus stop about 300 meters from the house.
The bus runs once an hour at fixed times from Monday to Friday. This bus takes you to the bus station in Amstelveen. From the bus station you can take a bus to the center of Amsterdam. In total, this journey will take you about 45 minutes. The bus runs from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
The bus does run on Saturdays and Sundays, but only on request. You can easily download the app or call to reserve the bus for your stop. This can be done up to 14 days in advance! If you need a bus immediately, you can reserve it via the app and it will be there within 30 minutes. If you return late, you can possibly order an UBER from Amstelveen bus station for the last part. This costs about €20.
