Schoon, ruim en mooi!

Bij aankomst konden we de eigenaar bellen via een eerder doorgegeven telefoonnummer. Hij was er binnen 5 minuten en gaf ons een tour door het huis. Hij was ontzettend enthousiast en gaf ons uitleg over de omgeving, ook lagen er in het huis folders en kaarten zodat je alles hier kon uitstippelen, handig! De kamers zijn ruim, twee kamers met een twee persoonsbed en een met twee losse bedden. Een douche is direct aangesloten aan de masterbedroom, een douche en toilet op de gang en een douche in het buitenverblijf voor wanneer je een duik in het zwembad heb genomen! Al met al hebben wij ontzettend goed verblijf gehad en was de gastheer ontzettend behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

Zeer luxe vakantie!

Zeer luxe villa, zeer schoon. Heerlijk zwembad, topweek gehad hier. Prachtig designhuis met open haard, schitterende 3 meter hoge deuren en ramen. Minpuntje; harde bedden. Moet je tegen kunnen. Zeer aimabele eigenaar.

We was greeted by Paulo what a very friendly guy who showed us everything about the villa and took me on a tour of where to get the train and local supermarket. This place is quite away from Porto but don’t let this put you off I would recommend you get the uber app they are so cheap and book an uber from the airport we was charged 45 euros by a taxi but we booked an uber for the return back to the airport which was 21 that was for a large vehicle normal car was 13 .

House was as portrayed and host Paul was very accommodating. A car is definitely necessary as it is 25 minutes to downtown Porto. A few more sharp knives in the kitchen would have been nice but overall the house was great value and very comfortable

Modern, immaculate house in Porto area

Sleek, modern, immaculate house with delightful pool. This was a terrific place to return to after exploring Porto and the Douro. Cool (great A/C!), lovely pool, and every amenity. Highly recommend!

Lovely Villa

Accommodation is excellent, lovely to be met by the host who did an essential shop for us as we were arriving late. Airy rooms with air conditioning. The pool is great for a dip after a day sightseeing in Porto. The steps into the pool were very slippery and wobbly so care is needed entering and exiting the pool. It would benefit from a couple more sun loungers as there were only two. We did struggle to sleep as the neighbouring dogs barked through the night. Ubers are a great way of getting around. Best to avoid work rush hour at either end of the day if heading to Porto. We had a lovely city break with the bonus of our own private space and pool. We did come home tired due to lack of sleep caused by the barking dogs!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing which could be improved would be the adress. The street was easy to find however the house number was R. da Suavinha 216 and not 220 as in our confirmation.

Perfect place for Porto

5 of us spent 3 days including New Year eve and New Year day. Very nice house for family and friends. Very spacious living room and dining space. Outsite pool looked wonderful though too cold for pool time.

Great value

3 couples in our 50s stayed here for 3 nights in early September. The owner’s daughter met us to let us in (maybe because parents didn’t speak English?) and show us around the property. Unfortunately the washer had just recently stopped working and they couldn’t get it repaired during our stay. She was very apologetic and told us where laundromat was. Other than that, the home was spacious and very clean. This home is on a residential street and not in a tourist area but was a short walk to the train station to get into Porto. Mall with a grocery store also within walking distance. Note: the third bathroom is in a separate pool change area/games room and not in the house. Overall, a very good stay.

Enjoyable!!

Lovely home close to groceries/shopping. Handy to the train station or easy Uber to Porto. Super friendly host Teresa and her brother Mario were completely available when needed. House was spotless as was the yard and pool. Neighbours dogs bark occasionally. We would definitely return if in the area.

Awesome house for group of 6.

Very well set up with 4 toilets and three showers. Kitchen worked well too. Major mall and groceries within walking distance and good access to highway. Super great time for us.

Formidable

Un séjour de 15 jours en famille dans cette villa bien équipée et très fonctionnelle au cœur d’une petite ville pleine de charme typique. Excellent accueil de Teresa et de ses charmantes filles. Teresa est disponible et réactive. La villa est conforme à la description de l’annonce à l’exception de la piscine (bien entretenue) qui est plus grande qu’elle ne paraît sur les photos. La maison est lumineuse, les 3 chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et disposent de grandes baies vitrées et donnent toutes sur la terrasse qui entoure la piscine. Il y a des puits de lumière dans les 2 salles de bains qui offrent une luminosité naturelle et agréable. De plus, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces a été salutaire cet été! Nous étions au calme, et il n’y a pas de vis à vis. L’autre bonne surprise c’est qu’il y a un supermarché à 300m de la villa, sur les hauteurs et qu’il n’est pas engorgé de monde! Il est cependant nécessaire de se déplacer en voiture pour les courses, visiter Porto ou aller à la plage. J’ajoute que cette maison est à l’image de ce pays : chaleureuse et nichée entre tradition et modernité. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location et y retournerons les yeux fermés!
