Casa Cielo Vista is een luxe accommodatie van 7000 m² met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf vrijwel elke locatie in het huis. Of het nu gaat om een bruiloft, een familiereünie of gewoon een paar vrienden bij elkaar, Casa Cielo Vista zorgt voor mooie herinneringen. Het huis heeft zeven slaapkamers en 6-1 / 2 badkamers. Van de zeven slaapkamers is er een een aangebouwde casita met een woonkamer en een complete keuken. Elke slaapkamer is beveiligd met elektronische toetsenbordvergrendelingen met individuele codes voor beveiliging en privacy.

Een groot overloopzwembad met uitzicht op de oceaan. Accordeondeuren op het hoofdniveau openen naar het zwembadgedeelte, waardoor een grote open oase ontstaat. Balkons lopen over de hele omtrek van het huis. Er is ook een grote tuin met een prieel en een barbecue, en een spectaculair dakterras met een bar en een tweede BBQ-grill. Het dakterras van 650 m² is de perfecte plek om te entertainen of om gewoon te genieten van cocktails bij zonsondergang.

Deze gated residentie met beveiligingscamera's is een korte wandeling van 0. 3m (500m) naar het strand en het centrum met verschillende goede restaurants op slechts 300 m (100 m) afstand. Ook vindt u binnen een blok van het huis een supermarkt, een bank, een fitnessruimte en een apotheek. Gedurende de dag zal er personeel zijn dat de accommodatie schoonmaakt en onderhoudt om ervoor te zorgen dat u de best mogelijke ervaring hebt. Een property manager zal u bij aankomst begroeten en is slechts een telefoontje verwijderd om vragen te beantwoorden of eventuele problemen aan te pakken. De bijgevoegde garage voor twee auto's is ook beschikbaar als u een auto of golfkar huurt. Dit huis is geschikt voor maximaal 19 personen.

We hebben dit huis gebouwd met de visie om de binnen- en buitenruimtes zoveel mogelijk samen te voegen. De naam Casa Cielo Vista (Gezicht op de hemel) is gekozen vanwege het spectaculaire uitzicht op de oceaan, de sterren en de lucht en de stadslichten van Tamarindo die dit huis biedt. Trip of a lifetime!

Could not have asked for a better spring break. We stayed here with another family of 4 and could not have asked for anything better! Jairo is a 10/10. He truly makes your vacation magical and incredibly stress free by taking care of any and all planning! Johana’s breakfast and dinner were beyond delicious! Not having to worry about what’s for breakfast and dinner was beyond amazing! She is incredibly kind and a joy to have in the house! The area this house is located in blew away our exceptions. I highly recommend this property!

BEST WEEK EVER!

We had the best time in Costa Rica.We decided to do Tamarindo as an extended family so we had a child as young as 1, to an 8 and 10 year old, to grandparents. I found this house available for the week we were looking and we decided it was perfect for us. Jairo became our go to guy for everything. I told him what we wanted to do and he lined it up. The house would have been lovely on its own but with Jairo, Isabella, and Joanna, our week was above and beyond! The gals were fantastic cooks and kept the house clean all week. I would recommend this house and our exact vacation to anyone thinking about going to Costa Rica. We are hoping to go back as soon as possible!! 10/10!!

Unbeatable Tamarindo View

Beautiful home with unbelievable ocean views from almost every room. Our family had six couples (sons, wives, fiances, significant others). Cielo Vista was the perfect spot for our annual family retreat. The home is large with both a pool and roof-top patio. Our host, Jeniece is a great communicator. All of our pre-visit questions were handled promptly. Jairo, our house concierge, handled/arranged all of our airport transfers, excursion requests, requests for in-home chefs, and purchase of requested food and beverages. The cooked breakfasts and coffee every morning was great.Very highly recommended, would definitely visit again.

Absolute heaven

Our group of 11 adults from two families had the BEST time at Casa Cielo Vista. The house is wonderful and so spacious that everyone had either a queen or king bed and most of us had our own bathroom. The infinity pool is lovely, as is the rooftop deck. Our group loved hanging out in these spaces, reading books and playing games. The views of the ocean and sunsets were just incredible. Jairo, the concierge, was awesome. He arranged airport rides, made dinner reservations at La Palapa on our first night, and was helpful when we needed anything. Maybe the best part of the house were the two women, Johana and Eli, who cooked us delicious breakfasts and cleaned up after us every morning. The house is in a good location - close to the beach and great restaurants so we could walk everywhere. It was truly a magical vacation, and we didn't want to leave.

This property was truly everything our family could have hoped for during our stay in Costa Rica. The spacious, multi-level layout offered ample living areas, bedrooms, and recreational spaces that comfortably accommodated our large group of 15. We relished the opportunity to come together while still having quiet corners to retreat to when needed.The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, featuring all the essentials for meal preparation, cooking, and food storage. It made dining a breeze for our large party.The highlight of each day was undoubtedly the breakfast prepared by the house staff. It was a feast we still talk about, showcasing fresh fruit, authentic local cuisine, and a variety of customizable options that catered to our specific dietary needs. For a special touch, we arranged a sit-down dinner from their structured menu, which they expertly tailored to our preferences. Jairo even delighted us with a unique dish that highlighted his culinary talents.Jairo was an invaluable resource. When we arrived, he helped us plan our activities, quickly adapting our schedule to match our group's laid-back energy. His excellent connections gave us confidence that we were in skilled hands for every excursion, enhancing our experience.The property's prime location allowed us to easily walk to stunning beaches, charming restaurants, bustling food markets, and cozy coffee shops. The only challenge was the hill we had to climb to return to the house.

Family get-away

Our group of 12 including adults and children was very wonderful. The house was large and accommodating for all age groups. The 7 rooms were a great fit for adults and children alike. Plenty of privacy if needed. The house keeping was excellent, Joann was on top of everything including meal preparations for our large group. Her assistants Teresa and Elizabeth were so helpful in all the best ways. The house was clean, organized and always ready for the next round of family gatherings. Our staff became part of our family. We highly recommend using the staff to prepare meals including breakfast daily. We requested dinners for several of our evenings and it made family time with children extra special. Preparations on site were so appreciated and delicious we did not even consider hiring a chef. Those interests could walk into the town for an evening drink and/or entertainment in a very relaxed fashion. We were disappointed that plans for a golf cart did not work out due to the steepness of the hill to the house. Although, other UTV's such as side by sides could have been reserved alternatively. Our house concierge made advanced reservations for excursions and was always available as new ideas came up. We had wonderful outings with very knowledgable and personable guided to give us lots of background and information about our adventures. Tamarindo is a lovely place to visit with something for everyone.

Dream Vacation

This property comfortably accommodated the 17 of us. We had an absolutely magical stay. The owner contacted us within an hour of booking to introduce us to Jairo who made our entire trip so easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. He planned everything for us - chefs, bartenders, golf carts, 3 different adventures, transportation etc. He made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. Joanna and Elizabeth spoiled us and cooked so much delicious food for us that we wanted to bring them home. They were wonderful. We had the best vacation ever. Thanks to the whole team!!

Great accommodations. Good location close to central town eating and shopping. Any issues were taken care of quickly by the property manager. Transportation arrangements were arranged well by the property manager. Cookware and associated utensils/ dishware and glassware were quite well provided for and in great shape. (The only issue was that the family room tv was non-functional but was replaced very quickly)

Absolutely incredible! I can’t praise this place enough. The property is absolutely beautiful, well kept with beautiful views. The property manager and staff are excellent. I highly recommend doing some dinners at the house because they were all very delicious with more than enough food for everyone. In short you would be a fool not to rent this house if It fits your needs. By the way it is a short walk to town and the beach which is actually good for you.

Exceptional Service

From the correspondence in the months leading up to the trip to the constant communication during my stay, Jairo & his team worked to ensure that all 17 people staying at this property had a stressfree and fun time. Even when we had a few curveballs throw our way (catamaran postponed due to rough waters, loss of water for a night, etc.), Jairo and the incredible cleaning & cooking staff helped to make sure that plans were rearranged accordingly & smoothly. While the location was great and the house was spacious, it was really the peace of mind & service Jairo provided and the incredible meals prepared by Johanna & the house staff that made this rental property an incredible find. When I didn't have enough time to mail my postcards, Jairo even helped to mail them.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed the first week of June and would highly recommend if traveling with a group. We had 3 families with a total of 12 people and the house provided a great pool and terrace both with amazing views for us all to hang out together or to have our own space if needed. Jairo was always quick to help us with any questions or concerns. I gave him a call on Sunday because one of the bedrooms seemed a little warm. He had a repairman out right away and they had a new unit installed about the time we returned from the beach. He arranged our shuttles and excursions which were all great. Definitely recommending Casa Cielo Vista to anyone I know visiting Tamarindo. Thank you Jeniece and Jairo for providing a wonderful experience.

Bittersweet

The premier host Jairo was very responsive in terms of the booking, power outage and water loss. Communication could have been better in regard to the cost of chefs, excursions, massages and our cancellation options. The pool and living room were smaller than it appears in the pictures but it was big enough for my group. Beautiful home overall but a deep cleaning would be helpful. Our individual privacy was phenomenal. Tennis shoes are highly recommended if you walk down the hill to the beach or local restaurants.

Wonderful Stay at Casa Cielo Vista

Our group of 11 adults had a wonderful time in Tamarindo and Casa Cielo Vista. All the reviews are spot on with the services that Jairo provides as property manager. He did everything from setting up airport transfers for the group, to setting up a hiking excursion to Le Leona Waterfalls, making golf cart recommendations and more. He was awesome. Johanna was also great. The group loved waking up each morning to freshly brewed coffee and breakfast. She cleaned up after us daily which made our stay so enjoyable. Casa Cielo Vista is a short walk to town. We had some wonderful meals at Green Papaya Taco Bar, Pico Bisto, Bamboo Sushi and Nalu Cafe (breakfast). We spent a day on the beach down by Volcano Brewing Company where you could rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $30 for the day. We did an excursion to Le Leona Waterfall which was awesome but an all day event. Sunsets at the house were incredible. There is so much to do and so many great places to eat, we couldn’t do it all and will have to come back. Tamarindo is so laid back and everyone is so nice.

Family Vacation 2023

The location of this property is close to many restaurants and shops. Jairo greeted us upon our arrival and helped us with with everything and anything. He even got a doctor to come to the house and check out one of the kids. Yaiharia, our house lady was excellent as well. Having breakfast ready in the mornings was such a life saver. This was everyone's first time in Costa Rica and we all loved it. The hospitality of all exceeded our expectations. We loved the vibe and food and drinks were amazing. We never not felt safe here. Definitely take surf lessons and schedule a zip lining excursion. We did rent golf carts and that was helpful as well. We had a group of 16 and were never not able to sit together or get into a restaurant. Many memories were made. Pura Vida!

Casa Cielo Vista Baby!!!

I don't know where to begin. This was one of the best vacations (bachelor party) of my life. 11 guys and I stayed here for 4 days and it could not have been any better. From start to finish, Jairo went above and beyond to make sure this was the best experience. Private chef, boat, ATVs, and reservations all went through Jairo and we enjoyed every second of it. The house was very big and comfortable. I would say the sweet spot is no more than 15 people. We did not rent golf carts but the town is just a large hill away :). No need for taxis which made it extremely efficient. Francinni did an excellent job cleaning the house every morning and preparing breakfast. This is the first time i have been on a bachelor party where NO ONE wanted to go home. I told Jairo this and im a man of my word, we will be back. THANK YOU JAIRO!!!!

THE Perfect Place to Stay

If you want a great house that meets your every need, this is the place! Jairo was amazing at setting up our arrival, groceries, and all of our requested excursions and communicated regularly to keep me up to date. He told me he would "take care of everything" and he did that 110%! He made sure that we never ran out of provisions! The in-house meals prepared by Elizabeth and Joanna were over-the-top delicious and they kept the house spotless. I am so glad I followed Jairo's suggestion and had them prepare some lunches and dinners too! Jairo, Elizabeth, and Joanna were even able to help us pull off a surprise birthday party with decorations and cake that blew away the birthday boy! Juan drove us everywhere and was so patient, allowing us to stop for photos and provisions whenever requested and tolerating our loud group in the van. Even Jeniece was kind enough to acknowledge our group on Veteran's Day. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 couples; we were able to socialize together but still had our own space when needed. The view from the house never got old and it was close to the heart of town. The walk to town from the house is an easy one, but the walk back isn't for the faint of heart! I can't say enough about this house or its staff.

Our stay in Paradise

From start to finish, Jairo was a true gentleman. He made the whole process from booking to our last ride to the airport, a pleasant experience. The group that cleaned and cooked for us were God sent. They were professional and courteous. The food, along with the presentation, was great and was always served at the best times. The house was kept super clean and they never interrupted our fun. Jairo's connections run deep in Costa Rica. He is well respected, and it's obvious how well he looks after and provides for his team. Also, we were never forced to do anything. Jairo gave us options for excursions. If we had questions or concerns, he would answer to the best of his knowledge. Furthermore, Jairo would provide us with alternatives. We never felt like we had to settle for something less. The environment surrounding the property had a breathtaking view. The walk to the town center below was short, and there were many places to eat and have drinks. To sum up our trip, it exceeded our expectations. The pictures dont do the house any justice. The only thing negative we could say about our experience in Costa Rica, too short. Thanks again to Jairo and his great staff for making our trip the best vacation ever!

Robbed in home while sleeping

We had a false sense of security in this home due to the gates and barbed wire. Someone broke into the home at 3am and stole many valuables, including a few thousand dollars in cash. We were in the home at the time, including our children (one of which was sleeping outside). Beyond how scary and violating this was, we were told by the owner that they knew there was a breach in the security system the day before (we were not informed). In addition, the house back doors and windows did not close properly and the owner did not fix them even after the break in. Although we filed a police report and even tracked down the location of the stolen goods (through stolen Apple device), the owner and police would not compensate or try to recover our property. This obviously put a major damper on our trip and it was unnerving to continue to stay in the home (even with the post-burglary guards provided by the owner). I will acknowledge, as other reviewers have stated, Francine made great meals during our stay and Jairo took care of our activities in advance as well as tried to help following the invasion. Please use caution if booking this home.

Paradise amongst chaos

Let me first start off by saying, the response from Jeniece from the very beginning was exceptional. I had many questions as I decided which house in Tamarindo would best fit my group. She knew I was vetting other properties, yet she remained helpful and offered other properties in the area if hers wasn't a good fit. Once I finally made my decision and put down a deposit, she put me in the hands of the most wonderful, kind soul known as Jairo. From the very first touchpoint, Jairo has been attentive, intuitive, insightful and respectful of my wants and needs for my group and this trip. He always made himself available and his response time was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I had a disruptive, chaotic start and Jairo received the brunt of undue anger from members in my party. Never did he waiver in his professionalism, resolve or poise. Jairo and the rest of the members of the staff were the most attentive, warm individuals you'll ever meet. From the excursions, to the food prepared by the chefs to our last night at La Palapa's, Jairo helped me curate the best experience. I will back.. No doubt!! Hopefully, Casa Cielo will accept me back with loving arms. Did I mention my group was 31 people staying in two different homes and Jairo made sire everything coordinated to perfection? Don't hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it!!

Lovely place, could use some TLC

We recently stayed here for a bachelor party of 15 guys and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the pool was outstanding, the location was great, and Jairo and Francinni live up to the hype. With that said, the place has definitely lost a lot of its shine and feels a bit more like a party house than a luxury rental. The largest issue, we experienced a 24-hour water supply issue that took out all running water including the pool. Jairo did everything in his power to help resolve. While we appreciate his efforts, it seems that it could have been avoided in the first place if proper measures were taken (e.g. asking us to conserve water, pre-planning backup water trucks). Beyond this, the property needs some real TLC. Broken furniture, difficult-to-open doors, non-functioning safes, ripped/broken chairs on the pool deck, wobbly faucets, etc. There were broken tiles and trim boards, and wobbly handrails around the rooftops were a safety hazard. Francinni cleaned each day, but the property could use a good deep clean. Dirty floors / windows, oily fingerprints, calcium build-up, grody appliances. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our stay. Jairo's recommendations for services such as the catamaran cruise and the chef were all spot on. Francinni makes a damn good breakfast. Jeniece covered our dinner one evening as an apology for the water outage, which was a nice gesture. Casa Cielo Vista is a beautiful place that I’d love to see get back to its luxury status.

Family Fun in the Sun

This home couldn't have been better for our family vacation! We were a family of 15 ranging in age from 8 to 79 and it was the perfect space for all of us to hang out together swimming, playing cards, dancing, and eating in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and pool deck area. (We even managed to stream and watch the Canadian Junior hockey team win Gold!) The home also offers lots of space to spread out and enjoy a little quiet time. The property is situated up on the hill so the view is spectacular with endless sunsets and is relatively quiet from the sounds of downtown Tamarindo. It's a short walk to everything including the beach but the hill back up is a bit of a climb. For most of us, it was a great little workout but the golf cart we rented from Earth Gear was definitely nice to have and handy for grocery shopping. A big shout out to Jeniece and the amazing team that helped make our week perfect in every way - Jairo was amazing leading up to our stay answering questions and helping plan our week. He greeted us at the airport and went above and beyond all week making sure we had everything we needed. Francinni prepared our breakfast and made the most delicious rice and beans. She was always on top of our housekeeping needs including the endless wet towels and sand tracked in from the beach. Keylor our driver picked us up at the airport and took us on all our excursions. He was a great driver, super fun, and happy even on long trips with crazy traffic and our loud out-of-tune singing :) Gustavo was our tour guide for our full-day excursion and made sure our day was everything we hoped it would be and was very knowledgeable about everything Costa Rica. Thank you as well to Yolanda who was very thoughtful and caring assisting our 70+ parents hike through the rainforest. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all. Until next time... Pura Vida

A vacation location that delivers

First the positives, and there are many! The house is exactly as described on the website; big and comfortable enough for our group of 7 couples. We had our own spaces when needed and could get together when wanted. The pool was fabulous, the beds were comfy, showers had plenty of hot water and the views were great! Jairo, the manager, was outstanding! From the time of our booking 7 months ago to the date of our departure, he was unfailingly helpful, cheerful and professional. He never hovered, but was was available at a moments notice for any question, concern or request that we had. His local contacts and knowledge helped make our week completely enjoyable. The property is fortunate to have him. Francini (probably misspelled) was another gem. She cooked and cleaned for us during our stay and even gave impromptu Spanish lessons. Her meals were fabulous and she catered to the several dietary needs of our group with creativity and the ease of a seasoned chef. She meticulously maintained the house, cleaning while we were gone, and her cheerful presence in the mornings helped set a positive tone for each day. As for the negatives, they are few (and out of the control of the staff). The house is a popular rental, and as such gets a lot of use and the associated wear and tear. Some of the pool furniture needed repair, a shower door wouldn't close, and the BBQ grill gas tank had to be wrenched off in order to change it. All VERY minor issues in the grand scheme of our experience. The house is advertised as "walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shops", and while this is true, the hill to the house is no easy climb, particularly if members of a group are older, very young, or have physical issues. We did walk everywhere, but coming back up that hill at the end of the day was daunting. There was also construction noise during each day, and the associated sounds of a busy, popular beach town, but the nights were peaceful, and again, these were minor distractions. On the whole, our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I can recommend Casa Cielo Vista to anyone looking for a great vacation stay. ps. If you do stay, be sure to go to TRIO, the restaurant just down the hill. Fabulous place.
