Welkom in deze nieuwe, luxe en ruime villa op Vista Royal. Wanneer je als gast onze villa betreedt zul je direct de ruimte en rust ervaren, een unieke beleving! De villa bevindt zich op loopafstand van het Jan Thiel strand.

De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en elke slaapkamer (6) heeft zijn eigen badkamer (6). Je kunt in alle rust en privacy genieten van de royale leefporch. Of een duik nemen in het privézwembad en een verfrissende buitendouche nemen. We vinden het ook belangrijk dat onze kleine gasten het naar hun zin hebben, daarom bevindt zich IN het zwembad een peuter/baby plek. Maar niet alleen dat: IN het zwembad zorgen twee ingebouwde ligbedden voor optimaal genieten. Het privézwembad bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping en is via de porch direct verbonden met de masterbedroom. Een sfeer van licht en ruimte wordt gevormd door de hoge ramen met houten shutters en hoge plafonds.

De avonden kun je doorbrengen aan de grote buitentafel op de porch waar uiteraard de BBQ niet ontbreekt, de gezellige loungebanken of, aan de overkant van het zwembad, onder de typisch Curaçaose palapa. Meerdere lounge- en zithoeken maken dat je overal heerlijk kunt vertoeven met zeezicht. Beneden kun je tafeltennissen, en er is ook aan de muziek gedacht, er is een Sonos systeem aanwezig.

Je verblijft op ca 500 meter loopafstand van het trendy Jan Thielstrand, de mooie strandclubs en- spa zoals Papagayo, zeer goede restaurants, een supermarkt, fitnessclub, duikscholen, opstaplaatsen voor geweldige trips als naar Klein Curaçao met de catamaran. Op steenworp afstand liggen de beroemde zoutpannen van Jan Thiel, en het watersportmekka Het Spaanse Water een prachtige, beschermde lagune met een uitgang naar de Caribische Zee. Duik- en snorkelliefhebbers kunnen hun hart ophalen.

De villa is zeer geschikt voor families en vrienden. De villa is niet geschikt voor groepen jongeren, feesten en luide muziek zijn niet toegestaan. Babybedjes en kinderstoel zijn uiteraard ook aanwezig.

Onze buren zijn in mei 2025 klaar met de bouw van hun huis. Op dit moment wordt er uitsluitend binnen nog aan de woning gewerkt.

The house and pool were very nice. The Pink management company was very responsive, although the coffee pot broke and we did not receive a replacement for 2 days. We have rented houses all over the world and this was the first where someone actually had to check us in and out.

Awesome Family Vacation

This villa was a great home base for our family trip to Curacao! The location was great—just a short walk to the Jan Thiel Beach area, which in addition to the beach, has several great restaurants and a grocery store (the grocery store is a bit pricier than others but the convenience made up for that).We had 2 cars. It was a tight fit to park 2 cars inside the gate, so we parked one inside the gate and the other outside on the sidewalk (yes, people park on the sidewalk, not the street) and that was not a problem.The villa itself was spacious and comfortable. The open doors to the patio allowed the wonderful island breeze to come through all day. Everyone absolutely loved the pool. The pool has a shallow area for young children and a ledge around one side which offered a place to sit or walk.The villa property company (PINK) was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.We’d definitely recommend this villa!

Family holiday celebration

The home was beautiful and the location was great with access to a beach and a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. Many activities took us to the other side of the island which is an hours drive. We utilized the bar-b-que on several occasions and enjoyed our meals outside. The management company communicated well. The only issue for our stay and one that won’t impact others soon is the construction next door which we were not informed when we booked or even a month before when the deposit was paid. The workers began at about 8:30 am and had saws and backhoes going most of the day. It made laying by the pool and relaxing difficult. Luckily we could go to the beach or our activities took us away from the house for a few hours. Luckily this is almost finished.

Wonderful stay in Jan Thiel

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa! We loved the fact that every room had its own bathroom and had everything we needed. The welcome gift was nice and the property management company was great and very responsive! We hired a private chef that the welcome documents mentioned (Rudy Culinair) which was wonderful for our group to not have to cook/clean every night. The owners were responsive and helpful leading up to our stay about any questions we had! Other reviews were correct about the lack of paper towel which was not a big deal, we just bought some at the store. We also did have construction every day while we were there which was loud, but obviously something that was out of control of the owners. They did seem to be close to finishing up right next door- so hopefully not a problem for future guests. Thank you for a great stay, we loved visiting the island!

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We really enjoyed our time here! The house has a great layout and the upstairs pool deck is where we spent most of our time. It was heavenly! There are beautiful views from the deck, a great cross breeze upstairs, and the location is PERFECT! Everything is close! We loved Jan Thiel, the beaches near by and the amazing food. Anything that isn't walkable is a quick drive (for the most part). Pink, the property management group, was very quick to respond to our questions and very kind and accommodating. We felt so welcomed and immediately at home. It was hard to leave! I highly recommend this home! You'll love it!

Great Property

This was a great property for our group of friends. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and all the bedrooms were pretty much the same. The property had a great pool and great spaces for our group to hang out. It was in a safe neighborhood and a 5-10 minute walk to a very nice beach and restaurants.

A wonderful place that is close to everything

We really enjoyed the house. The pool was great to have on hot days. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Spanish Harbour, the Fort, the Salt Flats and the cliffs are all within a half hour to 40 minute walk. We had a party of 7 and there was lots of space. The house was well-appointed with most everything we needed and the supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Overall we were impressed and when we are back, we would stay here again.

Perfect Location

If you are looking for an amazing location that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, a grocery store, the beach, and so much more, this is it! Girl’s Getaway 2023

Myself and five girlfriends rented this gorgeous villa in November. The space was fabulous as we each had our own bedroom and washroom, which is a hard find. The location is perfect as the grocery store and beach are a few minutes walk away. The villa, pool and gardens are spectacular. We hired a massage therapist to come to the villa for a self-care day under the straw cabana poolside. It was total bliss. Plenty of room to spread out, but also gather the ample dining space to enjoy wine and barbecue. We definitely plan to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This villa is modern and incredibly well equipped. The location is great and a 5min walk for the beach and excellently restaurants and bars . The neighbourhood is really safe . The outside pool area was brilliant with plenty of seating for dining and a lovely pool . We had an amazing time and couldn’t fault this villa it’s very really good for large families with all rooms having en suites bathrooms. On arrival it was great to have been provided with a welcome pack of some drinks, snacks and basic provisions which were incredibly welcome after a long journey! We have had many villa holidays for over 20 years and can safely say this villa was better than any we have stayed in Europe . Thank you for a great holiday we will definitely return !

Beautiful Home / Great Location & Experience

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which was very convenient (walking distance) to the beach, beach restaurants, watersports and a supermarket. The management company was also very responsive when we had questions. For those thinking of visiting, it was definitely helpful to have a car as the beaches on other parts of the island are worth visiting (and there's parking for at least two cars at the house). Regarding the house, everything is well-equipped, but if coming from the U.S. check on electrical adapters if you have lots of people / phones and know that the bathrooms in each room (which are great) don't have doors separating the bathroom from the rest of the bedroom so requires some planning if people are sharing rooms. Also, there's focus on environmental matters so not a lot of paper towels or other paper goods around so, if that's something you need, worth picking up at the supermarket.

Perfect for a Group

This property worked really well for our group of 6 adults and 2 teens. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the pool was very well maintained and really lovely. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We had a couple of challenges on our visit but both the owners and the management company responded promptly. The only issue that wasn’t addressed, despite multiple attempts by the service company, was the TV/cable box didn’t work for the duration of our stay. Thankfully, we didn’t have much interest in tv viewing while we were there. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice if they provided a few more essentials such as a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and shower gel in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

House is great but need to work out some kinks

It's a beautiful home and can't beat the location. Short walk to the grocery store and also Jan Thiel beach. We loved the pool and patio and the neighborhood is super safe. Management company has to work out some kinks: they didn't bring a key when they came to check us in. Also, she didn't know how to work the appliances or show us how they worked. That's OK, but then when someone does come to show us why wouldn't anyone on the staff that didn't know also come so they could handle it next time? Also need to make sure the house is fully equipped. There was no wine opener or dish towels/oven mits. But overall a great property and would stay again.

Stunning house!

This new luxury spacious villa on Jan Thiel is a beautiful property, brilliantly conceived; anywhere you find yourself - be it in the privacy of the bedrooms or the social areas -you will feel the comfort and easiness of being at home! This Villa perfectly combines great simplicity and functionality, it truly embodies the famous phrase that “less is more”! Needless to say that we really enjoyed our stay! One suggestion though, since we were caught during a period of an extremely heat wave, and most probable this will be a recurring phenomenon, it would be advisable to install AC in the second floor too. 60th at Villa Vidanova

The villa was as beautiful in person, if not more so, then it was on the website. We had private chef Brandon Colina make dinner on day of arrival. He, the food and his prices were AMAZING! Most of what we needed was in walking distance, and that allowed us to do things together As couples or individually. The nearby grocery store does not stock meats in quantities that would feed big groups. Despite that we were still able to get most of what we needed from them. We did have a few issues with some fuses, flipping off because of all the rain this week, but the “Pink” group which handles the property were always available and responded quickly.. We did have some neighbors that we never saw during the day, but they would become very active around 2 AM. I mentioned this to PINK and even though the people did not rent from them, it was handled. We did not hear anymore late night noise after that. There continues to be construction next door, as is mentioned on Vrbo. They usually did not start until after 8 AM and most of us were up by then. They Were very noisy at times The overall stay was absolutely wonderful and all of my friends said that they enjoyed it. We would definitely go back again if the opportunity arises . Mr. D’s insurance company is definitely the group to talk to about rentals or taxi transportation. Our one driver Hubert was on call for us Most of our trip. He was. always pleasant, kind, Accommodating and helpful. Thank you, Yvette & all associates.

Lovely villa in a beautiful setting

We were a group of 9 adults and the villa was a perfect fit for us! The community spaces-both inside and out were comfortable and inviting...perfect for morning coffee; family dinners and cocktails! The view from the pool area is lovely. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets during drinks and the lights from the city while dining on the covered patio. The house is located in a safe neighborhood that is a short walk to pristine beaches, quality restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We did have a car for additional exploring. But I think we could have been quite content to stay in place...enjoying the house pool and local amenities. The house manager was helpful and prompt with answers to questions. We also got to meet the owner on the day of our departure. He was most gracious and helped us with a transportation issue we were having getting back to the airport. I would highly recommend this home!

Great Place - Amazing Location

Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) stayed at this villa during March Break for two weeks and had a fantastic time. The place was well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect. The kids were in it non-stop and there are a selection of floaties to use which is handy if you have small children (the pool is quite deep). There is an Albert Heijn grocery store that is a three minute walk away. There are also 3 car rental places that you can walk to in case you want to see more of the island. Which we did. Jan Thiel has many restaurants along the beach that you can walk to in about 5 minutes. It is a very safe neighbourhood however, there is a lot of construction going on. In my opinion, it's a trade off for being so conveniently located. Having explored different parts of the island while in Curacao, we were very glad to have chosen to stay at this villa. Note: the villa is wired for European plugs, if you come from the UK or North America, bring extra travel plug adapters.

Comfortable and beautiful family-style villa

We are a group of ladies who travel all over the world, and we always take care of people's villas as we would our own. With at in mind, sometimes things happen. For instance, due to hastily completed work on the refrigerator/water system prior to our stay. We experienced a water main burst behind the refrigerator that flooded the main level of the villa on our first night. We were able to shut off the main water system and alerted the property manager and owners. After the mopping, the well constructed villa (concrete surfaces throughout) did not sustain any real damage. Your responsiveness to this unfortunate and unexpected event, and during our entire stay was most appreciated, and that speaks volumes to us about you as owners and hosts. We hope to come back again, and would very much recommend Vidanova to others, it's a lovely family-style property. Thanks!!

Family Reunion

Air conditioning worked beautifully! American-approved! - Dryer does not work very well. We had to air dry our clothing -Sheets on the beds were rough - Extra bedding provided was very soft and comfortable -Construction hours for adjacent lot should be provided. We understand it is out of the property’s control, but some warning about expected work hours would be nice. - Pool was not cleaned once during our stay - Not enough hot water for 12 people to shower - Spacious and contemporary house - Outdoor furniture and seating were nice - Easy to use kitchen appliances - Outdoor dining table was perfect for evening dinners and gatherings - Safe community and neighborhood for walking - Recommendation to add generator in the event of emergency. While we were told blackouts are uncommon, it was an uncomfortable experience for us.
