Splinternieuwe luxueuze villa, gelegen in een rustige en exclusieve residentiële wijk, met adembenemend zeezicht!
5 slaapkamers, 5 en suite badkamers, luxueus huis met alle comfort en ruimte. Deze verbazingwekkende gloednieuwe villa heeft een capaciteit voor 10 gasten. Het interieur van het huis is ruim en modern, het straalt elegantie uit. De grote sofabank in de zitkamer biedt zitplaatsen voor alle gasten, de eetkamer heeft een tafel met 10 zitplaatsen, buiten kan je dineren op het overdekte terras met 10 personen.
Als u zich liever buiten wil ontspannen : er is een groot verwarmd (optioneel) zwembad (9x4m) waar u op elk moment van de dag een duik kan nemen. Ligstoelen zijn er voldoende op de grote terrassen. De kinderen kunnen spelen in de prachtige tuinen van het huis, terwijl u uw BBQ in de outdoor lounge klaarmaakt en de buitentafel kan installeren voor een heerlijke maaltijd met familie of vrienden.
Alle slaapkamers hebben een geweldig uitzicht op het zwembad of op de vuurtoren en de oceaan.

De rustige en exclusieve woonwijk van Clube Atlantico biedt het beste van twee werelden aan: een vredige en rustige omgeving maar toch slechts enkele minuten van Carvoeiro, de winkels, restaurants, vele bars en disco. Carvoeiro biedt een breed scala aan recreatieve en sportieve activiteiten met o.a. de golfbanen, een tennisclub met 12 buiten tennisbanen, een centrum voor paardrijden evenals watersporten.

Geweldig

Een geweldig mooie, schone en strak afgewerkte villa met alles erbij wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Ook de omgeving prachtig met een klifwandeling voor de deur en een strand op loopafstand. Absolute aanrader !

It doesnt get much better than this

If you want to rent an awesome villa in a good location this is the villa you want to rent. The villa is brand new, offers you all the luxuries you could want and is conveniently located in the central Algarve region with Faro and Sagres at 1 hour distance by car and within half an hour you are in Portimao or Albufeira. The villa itself is as the pictures show it. The pool is nicely heated and makes for a nice swim/relaxation and plenty of loungers to put around the pool. Sufficient space to stay all day in the sun or shadow pending on what your desires are. You can put on music via the SONOS sound system and enjoy this while being outside. The kitchen has all that you could need for a week and you can use the outdoor BBQ as well. The living room has a large flatscreen with tons of channels and relaxing chaise longue. All the bedrooms are equipped with mattresses that sleep decently well. They also all have their own bathroom with toilet so you do not need to wait for anyone if you want to take a shower. Incase you want to do laundry, no problem, 2 machines and 2 dryers. The villa itself is 5 minutes driving distance from Carvoeiro which is okay. You can take plenty of nice walks in the area along the beach or go to nearby towns. There is also a big aquapark close by that is worth visiting. If you have never been to Portugal I can tell you that it is a nice country, with nice people and good food. I can highly recommend going and renting this villa. PS. If you want to be active, access to the tennis court is included and golf courts are nearby.

Perfect and dreamy stay

I have to start with saying how blown away we were as a family when we arrived. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, well equipped and the rooms are lovely. Location is perfect with a lovely view of the sea. The villa accomodated all 9 of us perfectly and the pool was a perfect addition. Cleaners, gardners and pool maintenance were all a great addition. All super friendly and polite. Communication with the owners and Estrella was perfect. Estrella was brilliant with any communication and questions which I had. She was so friendly and super understanding when our flight was delayed. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Fabulous week at Villa Manouti

We loved everything about this property. The home was modern and spacious, the view was spectacular and the outdoor area and pool exceeded our expectations. Estrella was warm and helpful. The book provided by the hosts was full of good advice and suggestions. We would highly recommend this property and will return for another visit.

Beautifully presented modern 5 star villa

We booked 3 days prior to arrival due to current covid restrictions but all communications were efficiently and professionally dealt with dick and Ilse. Like wise Estrela who manages the property was on hand to answer any questions on arrival and spent time explaining the features in detail. We were made to feel very welcome by both the owners and the property manager.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Freundinnen und Freunden in der perfekten Traumvilla! Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind geräumig, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Außenbereich lädt zum Relaxen ein. Der nächste Strand und die bekannte Benagil-Höhle sind ganz in der Nähe, ebenso der Tennisplatz, welcher zum Haus gehört. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im nächsten Ort ausreichend vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns die top Sonos-Soundanlage gefallen! Vielen Dank auch für die freundliche Schlüsselübergabe und den super Service vor Ort! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Very nice villa with lovely outdoor space. All household essentials were provided and the cleaning/gardening staff were efficient / unobtrusive. Car hire recommended as the villa is not within walking distance of the town, although taxi fare ranged between 6 and 8 euros each way. Perfect villa for total relaxation.

Stunning, amazing Villa

Villa Manouti is a luxurious, spacious delightful villa filled with every mod con you could wish for from SONOS all through the house, to large Sony TVs, to every kitchen appliance imaginable. The villa also has a very personal touch with an amazing welcome basket, beautifully laid out bedrooms and was immaculately clean through out. A special mention to Estrela who looks after the property on a day to day basis and seems to be on call 24/7 for every small question you may have. The outdoor space, pool, outdoor kitchen were amazing. All the furniture is of a very high standard and you will not be disappointed with any aspect of this villa. We were two families of 4 and 5 and had plenty of room and space. Totally recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

Fantastische Villa & hervorragender Service

Wir waren mit drei Familien zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen, modern eingerichteten Villa. Das Platzangebot und die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, um auch mit vielen Personen die Villa zu bewohnen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt alles in vielfacher Ausführung. Der Service war ebenfalls super, die Hausdame hat uns super unterstützt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss mit Kindern ca. 15 Minuten. Dafür hat man dann Zugang zu einem sehr schönen kleinen Strand.
