Deze gloednieuwe villa is gelegen in Cala Bou (San Agustin) in de buurt van het Hotel Monterrey en ligt op slechts 700 meter van het dichtstbijzijnde strand en de populaire badplaats San Antonio Bay. De villa is een mix van modern en traditioneel met een licht en luchtig gevoel heel. Het heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en is ideaal voor 6 personen.

De villa is open en is vormgegeven in een moderne, minimalistische thema met witte lederen sofa, eettafel voor 6 personen, volledig ingerichte keuken met kookeiland kookplaat, grote Amerikaanse koelkast met alle moderne gemakken. Er is een 50 inch LED-TV in de woonkamer en 32 inch LED-TV's in elke slaapkamer, allemaal met Sky Digital Freeview TV. Er is ook gratis glasvezel hi-speed WIFI voor alle gasten.

Op de begane grond bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en op de eerste verdieping is de master bedroom met eigen terras met uitzicht op zee en een en-suite badkamer

De buitenkant van de villa is netjes en opgeruimd met een groot zwembad en 3 aparte zonneterrassen om de stralen te vangen op verschillende momenten van de dag. Er is een terras op het zuiden met schaduw direct naast de keuken die ideaal is voor al-fresco dineren. Er is ook een groot dakterras met uitzicht op zee die ideaal is voor zonaanbidders want het heeft de prachtige Ibiza zon gedurende de dag.

Top huis!

Alles was zeer goed, ik miste alleen een goed scherp mes in de keuken. Tijdens ons verblijf werden het huis en het zwembad nog een keer extra schoongemaakt. Het contact met de eigenaar hebben wij plezierig ervaren. Een aanrader dus!

Mooi huis met wel wat mankementen

We hadden een goed verblijf, hele goede ligging. Het was er wel echt niet proper als we aan kwamen, de handdoeken roken niet fris en er hing een vochtige geur in het huis. Ook was er niet zoveel keukengerei om te koken. De badkamer was niet voorzien van afzuiging, dus de spiegel was snel helemaal dicht. En duurde wel een hele tijd voor dit weg was met het kleine venstertje als enige verluchting. Verder was het wel aangenaam om te verblijven maar het huis kan wel wat grondigere werken gebruiken zoals het vochtprobleem aanpakken. Dat was echt storend, vooral voor de benedenkamers!

Nice house though it needs finalization

The house itself is placed in a quiet area about 600m from the beach and 2.5km to the centre of Sant Antonio (a nice track for running). The house is still "under construction" and although the basics are there, it needs a little more to realy meet the standard. Power stableness was an issue and doors and windows don't open and close as smooth as should (due to humidity). Internet is slow with small bandwith. The amount of crockery, tableware and other kitchen utensils were very poor. The rooms were clean but we found a full dirty dishwasher, was a bit of an disapointment. Pool was clean and nice. The fact that all rooms had bathrooms was very nice. All in all a very nice place, it just needs that extra 'bite' to be a 5-star stay

Excellent villa in Ibiza

We stayed at this villa for a week and it was absolutely brilliant … the property is perfect for 6 people or less and the grounds are great, especially the pool. It is secure and modern and we enjoyed every moment there and would recommend it highly

Summer Holiday

The property is in a great location without the need for car hire. You can walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes. The property is a great size for 6 people, with spacious rooms and private bathrooms. The pool is fantastic, very private and well maintained. We didn't use car hire because there is no shortage of taxis and the public transport is really good. We travelled with 3, 18yr olds so thought the resort would be really busy and noisy. It is the opposite and the nightlife wasn't too far for them to travel to. It also felt really safe.

Familienurlaub

Wie waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Umgebung. Wunderschöne Strände und hübsche kleine Orte sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und bei kleineren Problemen hat er sofort gehandelt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Lovely villa

Lovely modern villa with everything you need Clean and bright, super smooth check in, gorgeous pool in green surroundings, lovely interior and well equipped kitchen. Roof top terrace to catch the last rays of the day! Walking distance to the beach and super easy to get around

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Außenbereich in einer guten Lage. Martin ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Empfehlenswert! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Kurz zusammengefasst hat uns das Haus gefallen. Es gab keine groben Mängel. Welche Punkte haben uns gestört: -Sauberkeit -Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine haben nicht einwandfrei funktioniert -Bessere Grundausstattung in der Küche z.B. scharfe Messer, Öl zum Braten, Gewürze, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinen Tabs usw. -Pfannen könnten auch erneuert werden -Undichtes Waschbecken im EG -Alter, stinkender Kleiderschrank im EG -Tür im Obergeschoss nicht ganz dicht Aufgrund des hohen Preises von knapp 100€ pro Tag und pro Person, haben wir uns etwas mehr erhofft. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen, wenn die kleinen Mängel noch behoben werden.

Nice villa in good location.

Villa is large with great room for 6 people. The facilities are great (ping pong and bbq) however the iron, ironing board were not great and need replacing. The ironing board wouldn’t open properly and the iron left marks on our clothes. Other than that the villa is a in a great location and Martin sent communication throughout. I would stay here again definitely

Very nice house and friendly host - everything as described! Clear recommendation

We stayed at this house for a week in August as a family of four. Everything was nice and clean and exactly as the host who is very friendly and responsive described. Kitchen and bathrooms are quite new/ modern. So we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely week. The only thing is there is a bit of traffic in the evening hours from people arriving / leaving the hotel which is just across the street. But other than that to be clearly recommended. Thx again - c u next time!

Great villa in a great location

Just returned from a fab stay at this villa. Four of us stayed for a week. Wish it could have been longer! The villa is big bright and spacious and very tastefully furnished.with a beautiful pool,garden and roof terrace. All three bedrooms are lovely (so no arguments needed on who had the best room!!) the top bedroom has a balcony with sea view but if staying in one of the lower bedrooms there is separate steps that take you to the roof terrace with just as amazing views. Perfect to sit early morning watching the sun come up. The villa is situated in a quiet/peaceful area yet so close to all the action that San Antonio has to offer. The shops and bars of the bay end are in 5 mins walking distance. To walk all the way around to San Antonio takes around 20 mins. Or the water taxi is within 5-10 mins walk from villa. There is a small hotel close by but can not be seen unless you are on roof terrace. The garden is very private. And the hotel is a very quiet relaxed hotel. We heard no noise coming from it. The villa on arrival was spotlessly clean. I can honestly say we had no issues at all with this beautiful villa. I’ve stayed in many villas in my lifetime and can honestly say the pool longers are the most comfortable yet! Thank you Martin for a fab stay.

Fantastic stay in Ibiza!

I stayed at the property with my friends and we loved it! It’s exactly as shown on the pictures and is in a great location - far enough away from the bars so that you can sleep, but close enough so that they are accessible. If you are venturing further afield then the main road for taxis is only a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). Thank you for a great holiday!

Schönes Haus, guter Standort,hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Wir waren mit 5 Personen vor Ort, es ist alles da, was man benötigt um sich wohlzufühlen! Pool zum Erfrischen mit sauberem Wasser. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Viel Platz im gepflegten Haus und im Garten. Der Standort ist perfekt, man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand und in Restaurants oder mit dem Auto an angesagten Stränden! Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn was sein sollte! Einzig der Türersatz im Bad unten ist etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gerne wieder!

Loved it all

Great space, great pool, great facilities - all good. As a family of 6 we all fitted in comfortably and it all felt nice and spacious. The pool was great, nice and deep, and also well maintained. The o yo thing we planned to use but didn’t, so can’t comment on is the bbq, as we couldn’t get hold of any charcoal - but everything else worked and was as described.

Lovely property peaceful location

The property was great and the host couldn’t have been more helpful with check-in and check-out times and local knowledge. Communication throughout the week was also great. The surrounding area was very quiet and there were a couple of good restaurants a short walk away. The pool was very deep which was brilliant for my three who are aged 10-16 and very strong swimmers but may be more of an issue with younger children who would be unable to stand up. My only observation is if you want to get to the main area of San Antonio where all the action is - it is a long walk - so in the heat we drove it. We managed to tick off everything the kids wanted to do locally - banana boat, jet skis, water park, sling shot etc. All within a 10 minutes drive. We would definitely come back. My 14 year old is already eyeing up San Antonio for a lads holiday when he is older!

Amazing Villa

Amazing villa in a great location, conveniently situated around 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Very quiet and peaceful if you just want to relax. Great communication from Martin (the owner) who made us feel very welcome. The Villa has all of the home comforts that made our stay very easy. Thank you Martin!

I love the open plan layout plus its in a great position close to the resort yet just far enough out to get away from it all. The Hotel Monterrey directly opposite also gives it a holiday feel.
