Comfort family house with impressive views<br>

Our charming comfortable country ville (1633) is well equipped for 10 people and it lends itself to just read, cook and lounge around. It is a relaxing place and you can hear the birds singing and the frogs croaking. In the beautiful garden with splendid vieuw, there are swings in the old willows. And in the summer there is a above ground swimming pool.

Downstairs there is a big bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, - accessible via a stone staircase outside -, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. There is 1 wall that is not very sound-insulating: namely the wall between the bedroom with a double bed and the bedroom with three single bed. On the landing there is a full additional single bed. And there is an spacious bathroom with also a separated toilet.


The spacious pleasant living room (7 x 8 m) has a big fire place that heats the whole ground floor. And there is a hot air ventilation system in order to heat the whole top floor. In addition, there are 7 electric radiators.
There is a closed kitchen that is well equipped, with a microwave, oven, large refrigerator and separate freezer.

The house and the large, enclosed and private garden, with magnificient views, are very suitable for families and groups. The garden with fruit trees/ and flowers has lovely romantic outdoor spaces, dotted around the house, to enjoy and relax reading, eating/drinking. The guests may use the fixed stone barbeque, sun loungers and table tennis table, a safe bow and arrow set for children, a slide in the garden and swing set in the old willow tree.
And in July and August there is a above-ground swimming pool in the garden with a diameter of 3,5 meters.
The forest is next door.
