Please note, there is a mandatory additional fee of $25 to be paid upon check-in at the front desk, or no later than 9 AM the following day. This fee is for your parking permit, which is essential during your stay. The entire fee goes directly to the Homeowners Association (HOA), not to us as hosts. The HOA strictly enforces this policy, and cars without a permit are quickly towed at the owner’s expense. We want to ensure you have a smooth and fine-free visit, so please make sure to pick up your parking permit on time.

The property has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.

Insects are present on the island and you may come across them from time to time, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. Services are performed quarterly. These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. If the services are declined, you may be subject to the financial cost of rescheduling.

No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken.

To enhance operational efficiency and ensure the smooth turnover of accommodations, we have implemented a late check-out policy. Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures. Extremely disappointed in this property. There were roaches, ants and silverfish. We found bugs in the bed and it appeared the sheets had not been changed. The unit was dirty and in need of a deep clean. The location of the unit faces the parking garage and is right next to the office and a loading zone. The lights from cars and outside lights made it impossible to get proper sleep. There were no blackout shades. There was no reserved parking despite what we were told. The a/c unit is extremely loud. I reached out 3 times to the property management and received no response to my concerns, despite sending a video of the problems.
