Simple and most comfortable

Lovely host with a tasteful and very well kept property. The host has top notch standards, as a result it was a pleasure to stay there.

Small craftsman home

Very nice place. The only drawback is the train whistle, but even that takes on a charm of its own. We would definitely stay here again

Cozy and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice also. Check-in was super easy and because we came in at night it was very nice that the security lights came on when we came up to the house.

Outstanding house. Clean, well laid out, plenty of supplies and treats, and very well maintained. This property would rate an A in a large city, so I assume it's one of the best in Greeneville.

Cozy Little Getaway!!!

My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! Nutcracker Weekend

The house is is exactly described, and the owner went above and beyond by not only having a beautiful Christmas tree, but also providing snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. We were five minutes from downtown and five minutes from a beautiful park decorated with Christmas lights. Would definitely Stay here again

Truly a Cozy Cottage

Perfect place to stay while visiting Tusculum University.

A great little cottage. Some of the best amenities I have ever had. Kitchen well stocked and nice treats that were unexpected. Looks exactly like the pictures.
