This is an amazing vacation rental home to enjoy with your family and friends, and you can`t get any closer to the sand than this! The ground level is set up as a mini-suite with an ocean-view sitting room, TV, wet bar, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Paneled glass doors fold all the way open to a private beachfront deck with a hot tub and gated access to the boardwalk and beach. The adjacent oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a full bathroom.
The second level is the main living area with a gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar for four, highlighted by white marble, stainless steel appliances and white solid hardwood cabinetry. Just off the kitchen is the living area with sit-down ocean views, along with an adjacent ocean-view dining table for 6 that looks directly over the beach. Another set of folding paneled glass doors open to an oceanfront deck with seating, a coffee table and glass rails that provide unobstructed views of the beach.
Bedroom 2 is located just off the living area and has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom 3 features two built-in double beds that will sleep two adults or up to four kids. The Primary suite is located on the top level and boasts awe-inspiring lie-down ocean views from the queen-size bed. Adjacent is an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors open to a view balcony with glass panel railings and sweeping panoramic views stretching from La Jolla all the way to Sunset Cliffs.
On the south side of the building just off the boardwalk is a deck with a firepit and Adirondack chairs to keep cozy while watching the sunset over the ocean.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a beach shower, ready-made beds, one towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of soaps and paper goods.
