Onze ontwerper self catering vakantiewoning is onlangs gerenoveerd en vindt haar zelf naast Slot Belvedere, Schwarzenbergplatz en Ring straat in een zeer uitstekende en veilige wijk in Wenen.

Ons appartement heeft een modern interieur. Moderne badkamer met wasmachine en geluiddichte ramen.

Bestaat uit twee gescheiden ruime slaapkamers met hoge kwaliteit extra bedden met de beste comfort.

Dicht bij onze flat, zult u volop mogelijkheden om te winkelen en snelle toegang tot supermarkten en ondergronds te vinden.

Om de hoek vindt u de beroemde winkelstraat Landstrasse, Botanische tuin en het Belvedere Paleis.

Zo bereikt u de Opera van Wenen die is gelegen in het centrum van Wenen slechts met één tram binnen Minuets.

ATM / bank en postkantoor zijn in de voorkant van de deur naar ons appartement.

Mooi appartement vlak bij het centrum

Mooi volledig gerenoveerd appartement. Vlak bij het centrum en goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Prachtige badkamer en behulpzame eigenaar. Airco aanwezig. Voor de sfeer zou is wel wat aankleding nodig.

Perfect apartment for a visit to Vienna

We stayed in this apartment in the first week of august 2014, 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. Everything was well, the apartment was perfect. The apartment is located on the third floor of a nice building. The building has an elevator and steps. It was quiet in the building, we didn't hear the neighbours or other disturbing noises. The owner Mani was very helpful. Email contact before and after was efficient and correct. When we arrived, he waited for us at the train station and told us about the things we could find in the neighbourhood. He did this in perfect English. After this introduction, he showed us the apartment and told everything we needed to know. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. There are two bedrooms. Both have shutters, which we used at night to make it a little darker. The second bedroom had two separate beds, just what we wanted for the kids. Bedrooms are at the front-side of the building. There is a little street noise in the late evening (traffic passing by) but not disturbing at all, the shutters and windows are isolating the noise very well, giving us a good rest. Kitchen is well equipped, including a toaster we used every morning. The living room has a nice round table we used to eat breakfast, read and relax. We brought multiple devices (smartphones, tablet, notebook) using the wireless internet (wifi) simultaneously without problems; we didn't have a single disconnect. We loved the decoration, minimalistic style, nice clean white walls. We love it this way! Toilet is good, bathroom is great: nice bathtub , double sink, great separate shower. Train station is nearby, 2 minutes’ walk. The train station has shops and a supermarket. We could buy everything we needed there, including Dutch groceries like cheese. There are also a lot of food shops in the train station. Nearest Tram is also close to the apartment, about 3 or 4 minute walk. Belvedere nearby, about 5 or 6 minutes’ walk. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Vienna.

Top Lage, jedoch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und ungemütlich.

Mixed Review

The location was good. The beds were not comfortable at all. There were only 3 thin towels for 3 women. There was trouble with hot water (often cold). The flat was advertised with two bathrooms but in reality there is only 1 toilet in the powder room, and the shower room has no toilet. Kitchen was sparse. Could have used an iron and microwave. There was almost no soap in the kitchen and there were dirty dishes left.

Lovely two night stay

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.

Muy ruidoso por la noche al estar en una avenida

El anuncio indica aire acondicionado y en la sala no se cuenta con este, fuimos en época calurosa y ni abriendo ventanas se refrescaba, además se metían los moscos y el ruido. Los muebles que aparecen en la imagen no son los que tuvimos. Las recámaras tienen aire acondicionado pero hay un solo control remoto de manera que era incomodo levantarse a media noche para pedir el control en la otra Recámara tecapara apagar el aire

Great location and value but would hesitate to recommend

Very well located with easy access to transport, grocery, restaurants, etc. A very good value for the price per night given the central location. Host was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Hesitation to recommend is based on a few things. Check in is 3pm and requests to check in or leave bags early was not allowed. All other places we have stayed have allowed us to drop bags and manage the red eye day without toting bags. There was no dryer as suggested, just a drying rack. The air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms, so the front sitting room was not cooled. Hot water for showers was limited, with no hot water on our check out day. There are not 2 bathrooms as indicated. There is one bathroom that has been located in 2 rooms. Toilet in one room, sinks and bath/shower in the other. Because of the low price you have to understand that you are going to settle and not have many niceties or comforts. One small towel per guest. Furniture, including beds that you accept and make the best of and it does not all match what is in the photos. No facial tissues or napkins, or paper towels. So, if you are renting an apartment to have a working kitchen and a place to relax and spend some time at the end of a day, this is not the right place. If you want an affordable, well located, alternative to a hotel with limited luxury and a late check in, this is the place for you.

Bright and spacious

The property had the best of old world charm and modern updates. It was clean, spacious, and the check in was very smooth. It was a straightforward walk to the city center and very close to Belvadere Palace and train station.

This apartment was perfectly located, central to so much; close to the train station, restaurants, tram stops, etc. it was slightly hard to find as the main entrance is left of a store entrance. The apartment itself was furnished with what we needed. Mani was very accommodating & responsive. The apartment is in a residential building so we were informed to keep noise level down so as to not generate complaints. We were so tired at the end of the day that that was fine by us. I like the separate toilet room from the shower room. That was super helpful for a family with 3 teen girls.

Very clean and convenient apartment

Mani had to rescue us after a late train arrival - our only problematic issue the entire stay! He thought we had his phone number but we didn’t so it was a mix up that made our delay even later (past midnight). He was able to come let us in (Thank you!) and from there on it was a breeze! The apartment is quite comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy time in Vienna. It really is walking distance (with backpacks) from the main station, super convenient. If you want old Vienna take the tram or walk it - about 1.7 miles each way. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartmen. Thank you Mani!

Equipement de l'appartement

Dommage que l'equipement de l'appartement soit minimaliste. Pas de commode dans les chambres pour ranger nos vêtements surtout dans la petite chambre où il n'y avait pas de lampes de chevets. Dans la cuisine manque une cruche à eau, deux verres a pied pour le vin ( il n'y avait que deux pour 4), l'armoire de la grand chambre n'est pas pratique.
