Gelegen in een woonwijk van Alvôr, is dit prachtige nieuwe huis verdeeld over twee verdiepingen.

De begane grond heeft twee slaapkamers, in suite een zeer grote woon / eetkamer met openslaande deuren met uitzicht op het terras en het zwembad.

De volledig uitgeruste keuken leidt naar een overdekt terras met een ingebouwde barbecue om de hoek.

Het zwembad heeft een ondiep gedeelte voor kinderen. Zwembadmeubilair en de eetgelegenheid in de open lucht op het overdekte terras zijn van teakhout en de inrichting door het hele huis is van zeer goede kwaliteit.

Op de verdiepingen is de hoofdslaapkamer met een en-suite badkamer en een verdere kamer met twee bedden met en-suite badkamer met douche. Beide slaapkamers hebben een kleine veranda met gedeeltelijk uitzicht op zee.

Prachtige vakantievilla

De foto's en beschrijving kloppen helemaal. Wat een prachtige villa. Wij hebben er met onze 4 volwassen (schoon)kinderen en 2 kleinkinderen een heerlijke week gehad. Een familie samenzijn in optimaforma. Elk stel en de kinderen hadden hun eigen slaapkamer met badkamer. Het zwembad met aangrenzend peuter bad werd volop gebruikt. Het was schoon en comfortabel. Genoeg ligbedden, een mooie barbecue met grote eettafel buiten. De gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenares woont nabij en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader voor een groep van 8 personen in een TOP villa op een TOP locatie op slecht 300 m van het dorpshart van het gezellige vissersdorp Alvor. Ook het strand ligt op loopafstand.

Een fantastische familie villa

Wij hebben een week, samen met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen, in deze prachtige villa gezeten. Werkelijk een genot om er te zijn. 4 mooie slaapkamers met ieder zijn eigen badkamer. In de hal beneden nog een extra ruim toilet. Keuken voorzien van alle comfort. Grote woonkamer met digitale tv en WIFI. Het zwembad buiten is geweldig voor zowel groot als klein. Het aparte kinderbadje werd veelvuldig gebruikt door onze kleinzoon van 2 jaar. De buiten barbecue met, overdekt, een grote eettafel was perfect. Wij vierden dat wij 40 jaar getrouwd zijn en mede door dit verblijf werd het extra feestelijk. Een absolute aanrader voor een aangenaam verblijf wanneer je met 8 personen bent. De vriendelijke eigenaresse woont vlakbij en is zeer behulpzaam en service gericht. Absoluut voordeel is dat het gezellige dorpshart van Alvor op loopafstand (nog geen 300m) ligt. Kortom een TOP week op een TOP locatie gehad.

Wonderful

Fantastic Villa 5 min walk to shops and pubs, but out of the way on a quiet one way side street. Hostess Maria Helena was fantastic and nothing was a problem for her. She even baked me a cake for my 60th birthday. Would recommend the Villa to anyone planning a visit to Alvor.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa it is close to the village via a short hill. The check in and out was easy and without a hitch. The pool area is well maintained.The pool beds are sturdy and comfortable the one suggestion that I would make is pool lights for night time. The villa is well equipped with kitchen utensils pots pans etc The villa would benefit with some small improvements. I know it’s self catering but a small welcome/supply pack would be very welcome to all visitors .This was our first villa holiday we enjoyed it so much but There were no cleaning products although when I asked for a lend of a vacuum cleaner it came very quickly. The toilet seat in main bedroom is all cracked underneath the seat I did not expect this, it made the villa less appealing. There was some mold around the bath and showers this could be easily fixed and make it more appealing . This villa could be so special if it had small improvements. The lady who owns it is friendly and gave my grandson a few inflatables to play with in the pool.which we greatly appreciated. The owner lives near by and is very responsive to guests.

The villa was dirty and needs updating

Location good but the pool area was filthy on arrival and the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned at all. Floors all dirty and had not been mopped. Most of the furniture etc needs updating. Good access to Alvor on foot and supermarket close by. Plenty of outside space.

Amazing Villa in Alvor

Our stay at the villa was lovely and we will definitely come back again, if possible. The beautiful villa lies in a quiet neighbourhood in Alvor and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the next big supermarket, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our holiday with the big pool, nice barbecues and lovely days at the beach of Alvor. Thank you for everything, dear Lena! Best wishes from all of us!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa is located right in the heart of Alvor and so is convenient to all amenities. The pool itself and the pool accessories are of the highest standard. We loved our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the property. Lena is a lovely lady and so very helpful....we loved our chats with her!

We’ve just had the most amazing stay at the villa. Everything was perfect and Maria Helena was kind enough to stay up when we didn’t arrive until midnight due to a cancelled flight. Family getaway

We had a great time at the house. Plenty of room for the extended family. The pool area is excellent and having a child’s pool was a welcome bonus for our 18 month old grandson. Already looking to book again for next year.

Beautiful property!

We loved staying at this property as it was beautiful; large well decorated rooms, well stocked gourmet kitchen and gorgeous outdoor area with private pool and dining area. It was paradise and Lena was friendly, efficient and kind! Cannot wait to stay there again in the future!

Schönes Haus in angenehmer Umgebung

Die Villa ist sehr schön, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, was es für mehrere Parteien angenehm macht. Der Pool ist im Sommer sicher sehr schön, er wird picobello sauber gehalten, im Winter aber zu kalt, weil ungeheizt. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Alvor für meine Familie und mich.

Très bon séjour

Maria est une hôte très accueillante et qui se met à disposition en cas de soucis. Aucun soucis pour nous, très souriante et aimable Le séjour était agréable dans la maison, pas de soucis. Piscine très propre, même si nous n'avons pu l'utiliser. Rien à redire, c'était vraiment sympa !

Outstanding Villa, Location and Host

Beautiful villa in a great location near to shops, beach, restaurants etc. The villa was spotless, with lots of room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. The outside area was magnificent with great sized pool for all to enjoy and lovely seating areas, BBQ and sun loungers. Maria Helena was an excellent host and we will be returning.

Wonderful vacation in a fabulous villa

We stayed a week with family of six in this luxurious villa. Beautiful bedrooms, each one decorated individually, big terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen plus outside barbecue - and all of that in short walking distance to the village of Alvor. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this wonderful place!

Fabulous villa, pool and location!

Lena was fabulous and made everything so easy. The property was lovely and had everything you needed. The villa is in a perfect locations, so close to the village, shops and beach. Will definitely be returning again soon!
