Dit opmerkelijke nieuwe huis met meerdere verdiepingen ligt aan een rustige doodlopende straat in Sag Harbor. Beschikt over 5 slaapkamers, 3 1/2 baden, in een lichte gevulde nieuwe constructie door een elite high-end bouwer. Luxe, rustig, met unieke, moderne, hoogwaardige afwerking overal. Aangepaste keuken en baden. Binnen / buiten wonen met weelderige landschapsarchitectuur en zwembad. SONOS-geluidssysteem dat overal vanaf elke smartphone of tablet kan worden bediend. Vijf minuten van ÉÉN van de Top tien hoofdstraten in de jachthavens en stranden van de Verenigde Staten en Waterfront, waar u boten, kajaks kunt huren en kunt genieten van andere wateractiviteiten. Het strand aan de oceaanzijde (in East Hampton, South Hampton, Montauk en meer ligt tussen de 15-45 minuten).

Onze Chaparral 287 SSX boot is beschikbaar voor onze huurders voor dagelijkse, weekend of wekelijkse huur voor een extra vergoeding. De boot heeft VIP-service - u hoeft dus alleen maar een uur van te voren te bellen en de boot is vergast en klaar om te vertrekken! De boot is aangemeerd in Southhampton (ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van 12 Breezy Drive) en is perfect gelegen voor dagcruises naar Block Island, Montauk, Shelter Island en meer!

Great place for a friends getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. The house is beautifully decorated and close to so many things. We enjoyed great restaurants, wineries and museums. The one thing I caution other visitors about is that the living area is on the top floor and access requires climbing stairs.

Wonderful Spot and Host

Booked this place for the weekend and it did not disappoint! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. Chris was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Great spot near Sag Harbor

This is a great little gem of a place near all that Sag Harbor has to offer. We spent our weekend poolside relaxing and catching up with old friends. Linens and towels were very clean and fresh, beds were perfect. Chris was very communicative throughout our stay!

Ultimate Sag Harbor Experience

This house is perfection. Stayed here with my family of ten. House has everything you need and is extremely clean. Communication with host was always quick and easy. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway

The house was just what we were looking for in a winter getaway! Location was perfect about 10 min drive from Sag and about 1 mi from nearest beach to walk (Long Beach). Chris was responsive and easy to contact before and during the trip.

Home out of a Movie

The property is the most clean, updated and beautiful we have ever stayed at. The pool is private and surrounded by the most pretty landscape. The kitchen, dining, common area is like a movie set. The balcony, trees and birds is a very relaxing experience. The town and the beach are just five minutes away. The host is very accommodating and very easy to reach. The stay is a true Sag Harbor experience.

This is an incredible property with everything (and then some) that you'll need for relaxing Hamptons weekend. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

Beautiful property. Chris, the owner, is responsive, knowledgeable and takes pride in his home. Everything you will need for an UPSCALE vacation is at your fingertips. We stay at a lot of VRBO properties, this was by far the best. We booked this 6 mos. in advance and would recommend booking early so as not to loose out on this home. Close to all Hamptons, secluded but SAFE.

Fall long weekend

Our group of 9 (plus dogs) enjoyed our stay here for our annual Friendsgiving. The house is a short drive to town and we loved the big kitchen/dining area for group meals. There were a few minor issues with the wifi and heating but the owner responded promptly and was able to resolve them. Note that the listing says there is a hot tub but there is not (there is a pool). Overall, I'd recommend this place for a group trip to Sag Harbor!

Mixed review

When we checked in there was no key to the house and we were told to go through the garage and no key was brought to us. The problem was that one of the bedrooms was in the basement and anyone entering the house would walk through the bedroom that our guest was staying. There was no shampoo or hairdryer in one of the bathrooms. Whoever stays here needs to have no physical needs because the living area was on the third floor. We were supposed to access to the pool, but it was clean and we were told we could heat it if we wanted to or not, but it would not be warm in time for us to use it

Stairway to heaven

Nice home with lots of room for up to 10ppl, beautiful pool and landscaping. Only thing to note is that the the living room, dining room and kitchen are up a flight of stairs; and 2.5 additional bedrooms are down a flight of stairs. At times, those stairs were annoying like when bringing many bags of groceries in. Chris was responsive to our needs or questions.

Nice House

There are no instructions at all in the home. The check in guy never showed to show us how to use anything. While the owner is very nice, he has not been AT the house for quite sometime. I took my time to let him know all the things that were out of place and needed repair. The top floor -where we spend all of our time-is ungodly hot; while the bottom floors are freezing cold. The air conditioning system is not throughout the house and does not work properly . You will be charged for the pool heater as we barely used it (never touched heater temp) and we were charged. The pool toys are dirty and old and cannot be used. You have to drive to downtown -you cannot walk anywhere from house. Must climb many steps to live here (should be pictured in listing). For what it costs to stay here -things should be PERFECT and there should not be additional fees (besides cleaning). I left the house immaculate and even started the laundry but did not receive a review.

Contemporary comfortable elegance

This is a gorgeous home in an idyllic setting. The height gives you beautiful summer breezes The decor is most attractive with contemporary art throughout andm the art is lighted as well as the columns as you enter. We were five ladies from Dallas - we like our own bedrooms, a comfortable gathering spot for wine and cards of which this is most appealing and a safe secure environment. The home is so well appointed and close enough to shop and dine in a different city each day in the Hamptons. We helped the economy and found so many shops we do not have in Texas. When we came back we felt secure and locked in. Fine Pella windows and doors are everywhere Very attractive bathrooms, an open air kitchen and family room with Viking Appliances, surround sound and large tv We go someplace each year and would definitely recommend this. Chris was a quick answer away if needed. Drawers in the kitchen are so organized and labeled as you pull them out. This home is near as a pin. As we stayed two weeks we paid for cleaning a week in. For over eight hours I saw them working. Itvwacs immaculate. We enjoyed wine on the upper deck but didn’t take advantage of the pool and grill by the pool or in the upper deck As it’s up slightly on a hill we enjoyed wine at an outdoor table at the top deck with the breeze through the treetops.Ate at home one night after going to Round Swamp Farm and had breakfast and coffee everyday there. What a great trip to the Hamptons. Thank you Chris.

8 days a week 🎵 with family

Everything about the property and process was a breeze. Christian was easy to reach and very attentive. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Wonderful kitchen, living and dining space… very open concept! Kitchen was well stocked as were the linen Quiet neighborhood setting, loved our walks to the beach in the evening. Perfect place to relax and reconnect!

Sag Harbor is the most charming town in the Hamptons, so we knew this was where we wanted to be. The home is a quick drive away from the town and is also 10 minutes from Bridgehampton and several local wineries, awesome restaurants and of course the beach! The home itself is also awesome just to cozy up in for the day - winter, spring, summer or fall. With spacious bedrooms, entertaining areas, gorgeous kitchen and a lovely outdoor pool, there is no where else you really need to go!
