Ultra moderne luxe villa in een rustige buurt nabij La Nucia met uitzicht op de bergen en zeezicht, op slechts 40 minuten van de luchthaven van Alicante - 75 minuten van de luchthaven van Valencia.

Verwarmd privé zwembad 8m * 4m met solar afdekking in een ruime tuin en een grote vaste buiten barbecue met eettafel voor 8 personen.
Modern ingerichte woon / eetkamer, keuken met Amerikaanse koelkast, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, Nespresso machine en gewoon koffiezetapparaat.
Alle 4 slaapkamers met hoogwaardige boxspring bedden, 2 met inloop kast en 2 met kastenwand. 3 badkamers - één op elke verdieping.
De villa heeft airconditioning en verwarming. 4G Wifi is beschikbaar, evenals 3 tv's met satellietverbinding, in de woonkamer Internet TV, stereo, cd-radio.
In de ruime berging naast de barbecue is een wasmachine en droger, en een koelkast.
2 Babybedden en of stoelen zijn indien gewenst beschikbaar .

De villa ligt in Polop de la Marina, dichtbij La Nucia 3min. Naar Altea oude stad, Altea boulevard en Albir Playa 15 á 20 min en alle nodige winkels zoals bank, supermarkten, kappers, tank stations, andere winkels en restaurantjes zijn dicht bij.
Ook het beste Europees Sportcentrum, Camilo Cano

Stunning

How about something like this My friends and I booked this luxury villa with the intention of having a relaxing break in the sun. It truly was an amazing trip. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic! Offering help with the ordering of our food supplies and even accepting the delivery; she really went above and beyond. The Villa itself was perfect in size, space, and cleanliness with beds that were exceptionally comfortable. The top floor bedroom had its own terrace with beautiful sea views and even a walk in wardrobe. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with more than enough equipment for 8 people. The pool was extremely clean, the grounds were very well kept and manicured. Thanks for everything, we will be back.

Fantastic property and amazing host !

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Acaimo. The property itself is fabulous, fully equipped with anything you might need, spacious and beautifully decorated. Silvia is an amazing host ! From our arrival to departure she was welcoming, helpful and very thoughtful. A car is probably essential for getting around if you want to do some sightseeing or shop at larger supermarkets but we were so comfortable at the Villa we barely left ! I honestly don’t have anything negative to say at all, can’t wait to come back as soon as possible !!

Perfekte Villa mit perfekter Gastgeberin

Wir waren 12 Tage in der Villa Acaimo zu Gast und wir würden zu jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen zu 100% der Realität und es fühlt sich Live noch sehr viel schöner an. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Silvia hat uns am Tag der Ankunft mit kleinen Geschenken empfangen, stand uns während der Zeit immer zur Verfügung und hat uns natürlich auch am Tag der Abreise verabschiedet. Solch eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin hätten wir niemals erwartet und sagen noch einmal ganz großes Dankeschön! Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist ein Traum. Wir können nur jedem empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

Absolutely amazing villa !!

We recently stayed at this villa as a family of 5 and found the property to be flawless inside and out. We particularly loved the outside space with so many options for sun or shade around a fantastic pool. The high quality finishes inside with air-conditioning throughout and such great space across the three floors to relax. Silvia was the most perfect hostess and so attentive from the time we made the booking, to the run up to the stay to meeting us at the property and during our stay. If you need help with anything Silvia is always a few minutes away. We found a car was necessary to explore the local area and beyond, with so many great beaches nearby. There were also so many choices for food shops within a few minutes drive. Overall experience was exceptional. We had an amazing holiday. Do not hesitate to book this property. Thank you Silvia

Amazing home away from home!

What a wonderful week we have spent at Villa Acaimo! Silvia is just wonderful and made the whole process so easy. She was always on hand if we needed anything but everything was covered in the welcome pack that was waiting on the table for us. Everything was in it from local shops and restaurants to taxi numbers and local attractions! We highly recommend Bar La Font in Polop! The food and service was fantastic! We also did kayaking and went to Fonts D'Algar. The villa had absolutely everything we needed! The heated pool was a bonus! Its a little bit set out of the way so a car is recommended. * as much as it pains me to say, it is worth noting that Villa Acaimo is on a complex that is still under construction so there is building work being done next door with noise throughout the day.

Great family base for exploring Altea

The Villa is very well presented and equipped and is located in a quiet residential area which makes it great for families with young children. The property is ideally located between the sea and the mountains in the region offering a great choice of places to explore all within 20-30 mins drive. Silvia, the host is fantastic. Really welcoming and generous with her welcome to the property. I highly recommend a stay.

The Villa was quite simply amazing! So clean, extremely well stocked with really good quality items. The rooms were a great size with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The area itself was very quiet. The pool area again was spotless with enough loungers for everyone. Our host, Silvia was lovely - very good communication and informative. She advised us in advance of the local supermarket delivery app which was a great help so we organised a food delivery in advance. Would absolutely recommend to all - if you come across this villa and your date is available, do not hesitate to book!!

Just outstanding

I just don't know where to start so I will give it a go. Silvia is the most professional host I have ever dealt with, we were sent all details about the villa, recommended restaurants, and what was in the area etc before we arrived. Silvia kept in touch with us via Whatsapp right until we arrived and greeted us at the villa upon arrival. Silvia's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced our vacation experience. The Villa itself was stunning and exceeded our expectation in every way. The design and decor really created an inviting atmosphere a real home from home. Every room was spotlessly clean, comfort and quality of the furnishings were exceptional. The attention Silvia has given to even the smallest of details did not go unnoticed. The villa was equipped with all the amenities and facilities you could ever need. From the well stocked kitchen, to the poolroom and BBQ, we found ourselves lacking for nothing throughout our stay. The outdoor space/pool were equally impressive and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The landscaped garden, spacious pool area and breath taking views made it difficult to ever leave the villa and explore the surrounding area. In conclusion, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Silvia and Michael for providing us with an unforgettable villa experience. Estancia perfecta :)

El estado de la casa es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio o incluso mejor! Teníamos todo lo necesario para estar como en nuestra propia casa, incluso con un bebé de 1 año, Silvia nos proporcionó trona, cuna, juguetes… todo un 10. Cada habitación (4) equipada con todo lo necesario y sus tres baños espectaculares. Destacar a Silvia como una gran anfitriona, atenta en todo momento de lo que pudiésemos necesitar y nos proporcionó todo tipo de información y más. Súper simpática y amable. Todos estuvimos muy muy cómodos y contentísimos ya que ha sido mejor de lo esperado. La recomiendo 100% :)

A great villa

Silvia as our host was excellent from start to finish. The villa had everything you could possibly need for your holiday and was spotlessly clean. We were there for a relaxing week as part of a tour around Spain and were joined by friends. You need a car if you are staying at the villa though. There is a lovely restaurant in walking distance but for everything else its at least a 10-15 minute drive away. I am sure in time more amenities will follow.

Fantastic Villa

Firstly, Silvia was a great host. Great communication and very easy check in process. The Villa was lovely with quality furnishings, great facilities with everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay. OUTSTANDING

We made a last minute booking here after a shocking experience at another property. Silvia, the owner, was extremely quick and easy to deal with, also she was very understanding. The property was spectacular, very modern and as clean as you could ever ask for, the specification, quality and general upkeep of the property was above what we expected and served our needs perfectly for the 4 days we were there. Its just a short walk down the hill to the nearest town with great facilities and a cheap taxi into Benidorm too. Silvia was the ultimate host, helpful and also going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house and its owner are an example of how things are done properly. We can only highly recommend this. 5 stars all round!

Séjour à la Villa Acaimo Très belle villa confortable, spacieuse, chaleureuse dans un lotissement sécurisé. Facile d'accès située sur les hauteurs, on se sent comme chez soi. Belle piscine avec volet et douche. Cuisine extérieure avec un grand barbecue, coin frigo. Mobilier de jardin avec transats confortables ainsi que des tables-bar frigos. Contour de piscine agréable. Séjour très agréable, à recommander. Proche de la propriétaire très serviable, souriante, agréable, aux petits soins et réactive en cas de besoin. Service impeccable.

Vacaciones en Villa Acaimo

Hemos alquilado la Villa Acaimo por una semana. La villa está fenomenal, hemos estado muy a gusto y hemos disfrutado mucho de su piscina y barbacoa. No le falta ningún detalle en cuanto al menaje, encuentras todo lo que necesitas.Silvia, la dueña de la villa ha sido muy amable y atenta. Desde la villa puedes hacer visitas a pueblos cercanos de mucho interés. Han sido unas buenas vacaciones.

Exactly what we wanted

We wanted a family break on the outskirts of Benidorm - so we could venture into the madness when we wanted, but have peace and quiet and a bit of luxury for the most part. This villa provided all of that. Lovely host, made us welcome, did a personal tour of the villa on arrival. A modern and spacious villa - and exactly as described in the listing advert. We couldn’t really have wished for anything more.

A wonderfully finished property with all the amenities you could need as a group or family. Great location with so much to see and do nearby. Silvia as a host was simply brilliant. She couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. We will be back!

Hi I am Silvia, born in Bavaria Germany, now for more than 14 years Holland is my homebase together with my Dutch husband. We live on and of in Germany or Zandvoort. 8 years ago we have build our house in the sun in Polop. Traveling during the week all over Europe, we found Spain more and more interesting and ultimately a country to have a home to relax, enjoy the sun, the food and the people. We found that place in Polop de la Marina.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We have build our second home 4 years ago and we love the area. It is on the border of a National Park, so lots of nature and quiet. Surrouded with citrus and almond groves. Alicante and Valencia nearby for shopping and culture. Benidorm at 15 minutes, if you want to see the tourist circus. Various nice beaches to choose from.

Each time again we are happy to be there, so therefore we said, why not build one more house to rent out.
We love it there and hope you guys will as well.

We equiped and decorated the house in a way as it would be the house we where moving into.
