Over deze accommodatie

Onze comfortabele en goed uitgeruste vakantiehuis ligt halverwege tussen de Middellandse Zee en 5-6 Pyrenese ski resorts. Dit alles en nog veel meer kan worden bereikt binnen 30-50 minuten. Het huis bevat zes kamers verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, 135 vierkante meter. Het is geweldig voor familiereünies, maar is ook perfect voor 3-4 koppels die samen reizen, en is gezellig genoeg voor slechts twee. Een aparte ingang aan elk van 2 verdiepingen. Het huis is koel in de zomer en warm in de winter. Heeft een omheinde tuin met BBQ. We hebben een speelkamer met een tafel voor tafeltennis. De weg van Perpignan is bekleed met appel, perzik en abrikoos boomgaarden die beginnen bloeien maart - dat is een uitzicht! Het centrum van de stad, op 10 minuten lopen, heeft veel restaurants - een bezoekje waard - en alle nodige winkels, banken en geldautomaten, 2 zeer goede supermarkten en een organische supermarkt, de verkoop van een grote verscheidenheid van de hele voedsel en lokale biologische wijn . Een groot gemeentelijk zwembad en tennisbanen zijn in 1 km.

Hoe komt u er: Met het vliegtuig: Ons huis ligt op slechts 40 km van de luchthaven van Perpignan. Er zijn ook 5 andere luchthavens binnen een 3 -uurs rijden: Girona, Carcassone, Montpellier, Barcelona en Toulouse. Met de trein: U kunt de Eurostar en TGV gebruiken om Perpignan. En als je hier hebt - u kunt gebruik maken van de lokale spoorlijn naar Prades (het station is in 700 m van het huis) of een auto huren (er is een garage in het huis en ook een parkeerplaats in de voorkant van de poort ). In ieder geval dat u niet meer dan 45 minuten in beslag neemt - tijdens de drukste tijd van het seizoen. Met de auto: we zijn in 39 km van de snelweg A9, die Barcelona verbindt met het centrum van Frankrijk.

Plaatsen om te bezoeken: Villefranche de Conflent Een mooie middeleeuwse stad met volledige versterkte muren. Er zijn ook stalactieten grotten op een kilometer afstand van de stad. En de stad zelf is het uitgangspunt voor een ritje op gele trein, waarschijnlijk de nummer een bezienswaardigheid in de omgeving. U kunt rijden in een open of gesloten bovenkant wagens geniet van het adembenemende uitzicht. Abdijen in St Martin de Canigou en St Michel de Cuxa zijn prachtige voorbeelden van Romaanse architectuur in een prachtige locaties. De 1. 3 km lange weg naar St Michel de Cuxa begint bijna vanaf de poort van het huis. Tautavel Museum, verondersteld om de plaats van de oudste mens in Europa. Spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht kan worden genoten in Les Lacs des Bouillouses waar je kunt krijgen door stoeltjeslift. De Perfume Tower in Mosset, kan het orgaan gevormde bergen in de buurt van Ille-sur-Tet worden bereikt in 15 minuten, de Solar oven in 40 mi

OVR activiteiten: Duiken op Argeles, Banyuls, Port Vendres, Bacares, St Cyprien en Collioure. Golf in Marcevol (10 km, 9 holes) en Font Romeu - 9-holes golfbaan in een prachtige bergachtige omgeving. St Cyprien-Plage aan de kust heeft een 27 holes golfbaan. Kuuroorden en thermale baden in Vernet-les-Bains (Reumatologie) en Molitg-les-Bains (pathologieën van de luchtwegen en de huid ziekten). Uitzonderlijke natuurlijke zwavelhoudende warmwaterbronnen in een prachtige outdoor bergachtige omgeving in St Thomas les Bains. Vissen - forel, zalm, karpers en snoeken. Er zijn 2 meren in en rond Prades. En nog veel meer -op enige afstand. Wandelen - alle mogelijkheden lopen is verkrijgbaar in overvloed van uw deur! Ook gemakkelijk te bereiken zijn de vier natuurreservaten van Py, Mantet, Nyer en Jujois, net als de Carlit Massif, een zeer populair gebied voor het lopen van de GR10 kust tot kust pad en de Pyreneeën route over het massief. Daarnaast zijn diverse toppen zijn toegankelijk voor wandelingen, evenals uitdagend rots klimmen.

Very comfortable charming villa with gorgeous view

Me and my husband spent 9 nights at the villa, and we enjoyed every minute of our romantic getaway! We easily found the villa location and we were really surprised by the nice, peaceful, restful atmosphere around. It was always a safe parking place for our car in front of the villa's window. We had no problems with parking. The villa is a large, comfortable house with 4 nice bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds). This villa is suitable for a large family with children or few couples. It has 2 bathrooms. We liked very much an elegant living room with breathtaking mountains view. I enjoyed impressive sunrises from the balcony accompanied by the bells from a nearby monastery. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary things. For me it was a great pleasure to cook a delicious breakfasts and dinners in the well thought-out kitchen (almost like I have at home). Dishwashing machine, fridge, electric stove, pots, different pans, coffee maker, french press, beautiful wine glasses, condiments for cooking - we had everything we could think of. The villa has a small, very cute garden with oven grill and garden furniture. We had a great pleasure in cooking barbecue in the garden with mountains views, surrounded by greenery (even mimosa were blooming!), the singing birds and the crystal clear air. There were excellent wi-fi throughout the villa, HD-television, DVD-player in the living room. The villa is equipped with modern air conditioners. There is one super cool thing - table for ping pong! We had a couple of emotional ping pong games :) There are a lot of supermarkets not far away from the villa. We preferred Carrefour and Auchan. There are a lot of places of interest to visit (especially with children). We are big fans of hiking and we were happy to find out not far from the villa a lot of beautiful routes to conquer. I definitely want to go back and spend a few weeks in the summer in this very beautiful and quiet area. We dream to come back to this place with our children - perfect nature, delicious food, fruits and vegetables from the farms around, safe and peaceful atmosphere, comfortable house, a lot of interesting places to visit - ideal for relaxation. We are grateful for the well-appointed house, where really want to go back.

Les + : logement fonctionnel, jolie vue, calme, bien placé, accepte les chiens. Prix correct. Les - : pas nickel en terme de propreté (vaisselle et poussière sur les meubles), ni entretenu au niveau extérieur. Certains voisins peu aimables (mais ça, personne ne choisit). Les"pas de bol" : lave vaisselle pas fonctionnel tout au long du séjour. Toutefois, mention spéciale pour la dame qui est en charge du ménage, très réactive et gentille qui essayait de trouver des solutions. Maison plus adaptée pour 8 qu'à 10. Les enfants ont adoré de dormir sur les futons/canapé convertible, les adultes n'auraient pas pu en terme de confort.

Familieverblijf

Het huis was heel mooi gelegen; we hadden een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en het stadje Prades. Parkeergelegenheid was enkel op straat want om binnen te rijden, was de stoep wel iets te hoog. Er was weinig communicatie qua buitenzetten van vuilnis en dergelijke. Verder viel het binnenkomen dik tegen vermits alles muf rook. Ook de 2 slaapkamers in de 'kelder' waren wel een ontgoocheling. Alles verliep enkel via mail en er was geen persoonlijke communicatie met de verhuurder van het pand. Het koken in huis was quasi onmogelijk vermits er veel te weinig kookgerei was: 1 kookpot voor 7 personen is wel heel weinig te noemen. De airco werkte heel af en toe wat jammer was. De woning zou zeker meer opgewaardeerd kunnen worden wanneer er een aantal renovatiewerken zouden gebeuren.

Belle situation de la maison dans Prades, proche du centre ville. Maison initialement bien aménagée mais il est regrettable qu'aucun entretien extérieur et intérieur ne soit fait régulièrement. La maison se dégrade peu à peu, c'est certainement dû à l'absence de passage régulier de la propriétaire. Communication avec la propriétaire compliquée car elle ne réside pas en France. Il a fallu le soutien d'Abritel.

Perfect family location

It was our second stay at this house. This time we were with our 5 months baby - girl. I was afraid that it will be difficult to travel with the baby, but I worried in vain - all was perfect. We had everything we could think of. Amazing weather, silence, clean, fresh air, well-equipped, clean, cozy house, always ready to help, friendly manager. Especially I liked the kitchen - I'm fond of cooking. I could cook with comfort everything I wanted, even very delicious burgers, using tefal grill. Our baby enjoyed sleeping under the apricot tree in the very nice garden. We had very romantic dinners at the balcony with my husband after our daughter fell asleep. We are very greatful to the owner for the solicitude, care for guests with the child. We are definitly recommend this property to our friends, and I'm sure we are going to visit it not once again! It was a wonderful family vacation!

Practical, pleasant in Prades!

This property has all the basic requirements for a stay in the Prades area. It sleeps 8 comfortably but could sleep 11 using available bed. Anna was excellent at keeping in touch and ensuring that all questions were answered. The aircon is a godsend in the hotter months - the temperature at night rarely dropped below 20 degrees! Many places of interest to visit close by. Prades itself is an unusual mix of locals and visitors and for such a small place is very busy. Plenty of places to eat. The walk back from town is OK - just the last uphill bit that catches your breath! We went to Andorra for a few days and that was different too. Be sure to go to the thermal baths at Saint Thomas. Smelly (sulphur) but enjoyable. The house has most of the facilities required for a stay. The garden is compact and the BBQ came in handy on a few occasions. All in all a pleasant rental that would suit a family visiting the area.

A wonderful place

The house is very clean and well equipped. You will find everything you need for preparing dinner etc. in the kitchen. The view from the balcony is really great and we have enjoyed sitting on it also in the evening, watching the sunset over the mountains and the lights of Prades. The small town is not overcrowded by tourists. However, there is a busy life in town, especially on the market place with a few restaurants and bars and you can meet friendly people from almost all over the world . Prades suits for making trips to different directions with a great viarity of both nature and cultural attractions. We have been in the house for two weeks twice. At the first time, we had a visit of our grown up children for a few days and this year we spent our holidays as a 'simple' couple living on the first floor only. We will come back soon and would absolutely recommend this property to anybody who likes French 'Savoir Vivre'! Thanks to Anna, who always gave us all the necessary support. Lovely comfortable house.

We love the house and the place, so are going to come back again - for the third time! Last time we were 5: 3 adults with 2 kids. We occupied all 4 bedrooms and were happy. I think this villa can accommodate up to 8 - in comfort or even 10 people, if part of them are kids. We adored the view and were spending much time on the balcony. The view is really gorgeous! We enjoyed barbeque in the garden and even ate apricots from the tree! We like the furnishing, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our kids played ping-pong almost every day. We explored thermal baths and spa centers of the region and found 3 great places within easy reach. The one we liked most of all was St Thomas thermal resort with an open-air pool located in the most picturesque surroundings. We went to the sea several times though were not lucky about the weather. We also had an intensive sight seeing program: St Michael abbey (walked on foot), Royal Palace in Collioure (drive by car, about 40 min), Perfume Tower in Mosset (by car, 15 min), a beautiful artists’ village of Eus (by car, 5 min), ramparts of Villefranche (10 min by car), and Prades itself is a charming little town with very friendly people. We enjoyed Tuesday markets and bought a lot of things that were not quite necessary but somewhat irresistible. In a nutshell: it’s a great place for all ages. And we will like to come again this summer or autumn.
