Een fantastische villa in La Font Deh Carros. Aan de voet van prachtige bergen en weelderige groene sinaasappelboomgaarden en op slechts 10 minuten met de auto naar de gouden zandstranden van Oliva, Piles, Gandia. Slechts 10 minuten van de belangrijkste snelweg AP7 maakt de villa perfect voor degenen die willen gaan verkennen.
De villa ligt in weelderige mediterrane tuinen en een eigen sinaasappelboomgaard. Deze grote vrijstaande villa is verdeeld in 2 niveaus, ik bezet de begane grond en & de bovenste verdieping is voor verhuur. Beide villa's zijn volledig privé met aparte ingangen. Tijdens uw verblijf geven wij u volledige privacy bij het zwembad en in de tuin. Ik ben bij de hand als er iets is wat je nodig hebt of advies over plaatsen om te eten ect.
De villa heeft 3 slaapkamers, een complete badkamer, doucheruimte + toilet, volledig ingerichte keuken met magnetron en wasmachine. grote zonnige loungeruimte met een fantastisch uitzicht en een open haard voor die winteravonden. TV met video-toegang TdT-box, .GRATIS WIFI, groot privéterras met buitentafel om te eten en te genieten van het uitzicht. De fantastische tuin wordt gedomineerd door een stenen tafel met 12 zitplaatsen, de perfecte plek om te ontspannen of te genieten van de buitenkeuken en de barbecue. Er is ook een Pillia-ring en een gasbrander. Groot 8 x 10 privé zwembad met een groot terras en zeer privé. Er is ook een toilet en een douche bij het zwembad. Het zwembad is omheind, zodat kleine kinderen er niet alleen toegang toe kunnen krijgen.

Our overall impressions were perfectly fine. The Host Heather is lovely, she helps out a lot when you have questions. You have everything in the appartement what you need. Its clean and the area is very nice.

Peaceful few days

Top host, very friendly & provided us a lovely carafe of sangria on our arrival & very flexible with our arrival & check out. Nice quiet location, close enough to local town & Oliva, but do need a car. Only slight negatives were: irregular wifi & no parking onsite, parking is diagonally opposite within a community leisure/sports centre car park. There was however, no problem parking there. It’s a nice community area/urbanisation, with a local park for walking, I guess you could maybe use the facilities of the leisure centre: climbing wall, paddle, etc. Thanks for being a great host Heather

Lovely Villa with great views

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The open-plan living area and generously sized bedrooms made it perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax and unwind.The two modern bathrooms were a big plus—clean, stylish, and well-equipped. But the highlight has to be the outdoor area. The swimming pool was sparkling and refreshing, surrounded by a lovely patio and greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. We spent most evenings outside, either swimming or enjoying dinner under the stars.The villa strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and privacy. Highly recommended for families, groups, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!Heather greeted us on arrival and was super helpful with any questions we had and recommendations about where to go for shopping.

Excellent accommodation

Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly.

Lovely, spacious apartment

We had a lovely week here. The property was clean with all the facilities you need. Heather was a delightful host. The pool was great for a cooling dip and the community pool just two minutes away was great for proper swimming (and very cheap). For kids, a well equipped playground was just over the road. The local spa was well stocked including a good range of gluten-free goods. Easy access to València, Calpe and Altea as well as local sandy beaches made it a very relaxing week.

Heather was a nice host with very nice house which was very well equipped and clean. Beautiful swimming pool and garden. Lovely area and very nice beach in Olivia. Definitely could recommend as it was good value for money.

Well equipped and clean villa. Pool area was great for lazy days dipping in and out and relaxing. Lovely views all around. Lovely gardens and BBQ area. If you're like me, a tastie snack for mozzies, take lots of spray 😁

Out family had a lovely time at the villa. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a little cold, but we visited in November so to be expected. It didn't put us off going in.

Week visit for business and pleasure

Lovely, friendly hosts. Property very secure, clean and with all the facilities you will need. Quiet at nights and also next to the football pitch car park so easy to park at anytime. Only a short walk into the village (or a 2 minute car ride) where there are plenty of bars, supermarkets etc. Village to the motorway in a couple of minutes so could be a good base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Villa Flora and it’s beautiful gardens

Great break away at villa flora for a week. Heather the host is so helpful and goes beyond her requirements to please. Very kind and considerate too. The Villa is in good order with lots of amenities. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it just chilling on hot days. For our use the Villa was perfect but if you want to go to the nearby towns or beaches you definitely need to hire a car really as public transport and taxis are in short supply. One other thing that would be great if there was air conditioning. The Spanish summers are definitely getting hotter and although most nights were not too bad one night was almost unbearable. Didn’t deduct a star for this as the Villa is advertised without air conditioning and I’m sure the price also reflects this. All in all it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful area and with everything you needed for a lazy holiday.

Heerlijke vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een royaal huis met fantastisch zwembad met er omheen voldoende ligbedden.De tuin is prachtig.Valencia bezoeken met de trein is een aanrader.Al met al de moeite waard.

Immer wieder ein Vergnügen

Leider sind nicht alle Vermieter so. Es ist einfach ein Vergnügen. So herzlich, lieb und fürsorglich. Die Wohnung bzw das Haus ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet alles notwendige zum Leben. Heather steht auch immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, bereitet vor oder stellt bereit.Leider ist die Zeit immer zu kurz.

Hi my name's Heather and I've lived in the beautiful village of La Font Den Carros for 20 years. I'm originally from London but swapped the stressful life in the UK for a more relaxed life style in Spain.
I'm an English teacher in Valencia and love my job. Myself and my partner are both out at work all day. Although we live downstairs, we give you full private use of the pool and the gardens. We can be around if you need anything, from advice on the best places to visit or eat to things a little bit more serious like visiting a Dr or helping out with hire cars or general things where you may need a Spanish speaker.

The area the villa sits in is outstanding, we are only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the village but it feels like we're in the middle of the countryside.
The Plana is a very family oriented area and has great sports facilities that can be enjoyed by guests.
The villa is fully gated so extremely safe and very private.
