Ideaal, rustig, panoramisch geografische context, privéstrand, zwembad en tennisveld. Kleine residentie boven de zee met uitzicht op de Eolische eilanden gedompeld in een natuurlijk stuwmeer op het puntje van de Milazzo-Kaap, een van de meer fascinerende streken van Sicilië. Tot 1-2 km nachtleven, het meest actieve van Milazzo (bar, discotheek en discotheken op het strand) en tot 1 uur van Taormina. Ideaal voor wie wil genieten van een uitzonderlijke plek, om excursies te maken naar de Eolische eilanden, Taormina, Siracusa en Palermo en niet te worden beroofd van het plezier om een mooie avond voorbij te gaan of van een romantische wandeling naar de extreme Milazzo-Kaap. U zult genieten van een fantastisch uitzicht op de zee met de achtergrond van de Eolische eilanden en de beroemde zonsondergangen van deze streek van Sicilië. U kunt het strand onder de Residence alleen bereiken via de juiste trap.(gemiddeld 10 minuten lopen). Flat is onderverdeeld in een slaapkamer, een woonkamer met keuken en een comfortabele slaapbank, een bad, een veranda. Onroerend goed bieden een speciale bootverhuur om te genieten van de zee van mooie baaien dicht bij het of om te zeilen in slechts 30/40 minuten naar Eolische eilanden voor een zeer speciale zee-ervaring, zelfs zonder vergunning of met een schipper op uw gemak.

Voorwaarden - 10 regels: Flat is op zaterdag vanaf 15.00 uur beschikbaar en moet worden afgeleverd door gasten die de volgende zaterdag tot 10:00 uur schoongemaakt zijn. Het huren van lakens en handdoeken kost 16,00 € voor personen. De eindschoonmaak door een extern persoon kost 40,00 €, maar is niet verplicht. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
Een borg van 150,00 € wordt gevraagd bij de sleuteloverdracht; de kluis wordt aan het einde van de vakantie terugbetaald.
Het zwembad werkt meestal van 1 juni tot eind september.
Het zwembad en de tennisbaan zijn volledig gratis.
Andere uitgaven zoals water, elektriciteit, enz. Zijn inbegrepen in de vaste prijs.
Gasten nemen de verantwoordelijkheid op zich voor elke vorm van schade die het appartement zal oplopen. 4 mannen in hetzelfde appartement worden niet toegelaten.

Wonderful nature, but bad conditions

The property was not used and heated during the winter. It was cold and wet. Everything was wet and especially the SHEETS AND THE BETTINGS WERE WET ! It was impossible to dry something because the air in the apartment was over 100% wet and the stove we received very small. The apartment was fungi and smelling, the equipment and sheets were miserable ! It was cleaned at the end of the last season, but not before our arrival, so it was very dusty, one should count with that ! But the city and the nature are wonderful!

La résidence est très agréable et offre une magnifique vue. La piscine est très agréable En revanche nous avions loué un appartement pour 4 et nous n’avions que 2 lits: 1 grand lit 2 places et un futon déplié qui ne laissait pas la place de dormir pour nos 2 enfants de 13 et 19 ans!. Heureusement qu’une personne de l’agence Enjoy me communiquait avec moi par Whatsapp, sinon aucune nouvelle du propriétaire !!! Nous avons dû faire un lit de fortune pour notre fils cadet et n’avons jamais eu les codes WIFI.

Excellentes vacances à Milazzo

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Covo Degli Dei : l'appartement n°9 était très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé (nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation, doublée de ventilateurs installés au plafond, qui apportaient une fraîcheur confortable en ce mois d'août), et même si la terrasse donnait côté parking/rue, elle présentait l'avantage d'être ombragée une bonne partie de la journée... Le cadre est magnifique : la résidence, fleurie et très bien entretenue, dispose d'une jolie piscine et d'un accès à une petite crique pour s'y baigner au calme (ne vous laissez pas décourager par les 273 marches à descendre, puis à remonter : c'est le prix à payer pour avoir le privilège de se baigner tranquille, loin de ceux qui s'agglutinent sur la plage)... Cerise sur le gâteau : les occupants habituels sont extrêmement accueillants, et les petites attentions ne manquent pas pour que vous passiez d'excellentes vacances en Sicile (merci à Barbara pour ses bons conseils, à Gina pour ses mûres et ses tomates du jardin...)...et ce, même si vous ne parlez pas italien !!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir nous "réfugier chez les dieux" à Milazzo !!!

All around solid experience!!

Overall, my experience was a great one. I had never been to Sicily before this trip. I was looking for a nice adventure. Im pretty easy going, thus im not high maintenance...my girlfriend is similar. We lucked out on this spot though because it certainly exceeded our expectations. Let me tell you why!: 1) The apartment was well equipped and clean 2) The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional 3) Location was nice, whereby providing some opportunities for nice views....ask about the different room choices! 4) Nearby gravel beach was very nice for snorkeling, and situated in a small bay 5) Ever been to Aeolian Islands? No? Get ready for paradise!

Petit coin de paradis

Avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement ne manquait de rien : cuisine bien équipée, bonne literie, intérieur et sanitaire propres. Le paysage de la piscine est fabuleux. Perfect place for relax

It's been our 5th stay on Covo degli Dei in Milazzo! Every year for us everything was OK: beautyfull place, perfect location without the crowds! The apartments we stayed in were simply furnished but clean and well equipped. Nearby there is a great restaurant Il Faro, serving great seafood and plenty of local delicacies. Contact the property owner and the service is impeccable. Stay in Covo we recommend to all looking for peace and relaxation, and as a great base for exploring Sicily.

Luxurious?

We stayed here a week in July. Can´t say that luxurious is a word for the apartment that we had. First of all, we agreed to meet up with a person who was going to hand us the keys at 3 o´clock, we arrived, and there was noone there. We called several times, and sent text messages- After almost an hour the guy calls back saying our room wasnt ready. So we had to wait almost another hour for it to be ready. Really annoying that he didnt answer our calls in the first place. It says in the description of the apartments that theres supposed to be wireless broadband internet access(this was very important to us as we need access for our work etc), we were told that there wasnt any at that time but maybe at the end of our week (!)...nooot. Didnt happen-- The voucher that we got had a parking lot just next to the complex, but nope, you have to park on the street. Wasnt a really big issue, but we thought that there would be a separate parking lot as it seemed so on the voucher. Its clearly says "No pets allowed"...our, even tho nice and freindly neighbour, had a dog. So dont stay here if you are allergic or scared of dogs. The pool guy showed up way too early to clean and close the pool sometimes. Also, be prepared to not be able to use the pool during 2 - 4 o clock in the afternoon because people are taking a nap(!!) we were told so anyways. The apartment did not have anything to keep it clean with, so we had to buy everything-. The kitchen was ok, very small tho. Good with the washing machine. Our veranda and all of the apartments were facing the parking lot. Thats wehere the "romatic feel" kind of died. Also when we spotted rats running around... Shower was the smallest ive ever seen. The pool was nice tho, the views of the sea.. gorgeous. The area is totally off and you need a car to get around. Never saw a bus passing by to be honest. No shops around. A few (maybe 3-4)restaurants in about 10-15 min walk. The area is full of rubbish bins overfilled with garbage. The area seemed almost abandonned. Nope, sorry, cant say that i would recomend this place to anyone.

Very happy with our stay at this beautiful place!

We spent a wonderful week in Milazzo and loved every minute of it. The apartment was very hot but the air conditioner unit worked well and kept us cool. The unit we stayed in had no living room just a very spacious bedroom and a small kitchen but it was fine for us. There is also a balcony but due to some storage box we could not use it. The furniture was old and shabby,it could use some updating. TV had only Italian channels. All of this did not matter because of the stunning location of this apartment. We did not see the tennis court and the parking is on the street, there is very limited parking inside the gate. There are wonderful people who live in the complex who made our stay fantastic, Hi to Paulo the pool guy, Bibi the resident dog and Papa his owner, Francesco who is always there to help you. Do not miss the Washington Cafe-Bar! We would go back in a hartbeat!! Over all, we got good value for our money and an unforgettable holiday in beautiful Sicily. We highly recommend this place !! Traumhafte Lage, unvergessliche Aussicht.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage mit einer einmaligen Aussicht. Milazzo bietet besten Ausganspunkt zu vielen sehenswerten Zielen. Die Anlage selbst befindet sich fast am Ende der Landzunge und ist sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einfache aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung, sauber und gut organisiert.

excellent view

We spent very nice time here . The appartment is very nice and clean . We enjoyed a pool as well. If you fancy private seaside you have to go here. Steps look difficult to cope with but for it is not a problem at all if you really don´t have serious health difficulties . On the other hand I have to mention that we diddn´t like the rubbish outside in Cape of Millazzo - but it is not a responsibility of the owner. They have problem with this everywhere in Sicily ( and probably the whole Italy). But what I will remember for the rest of my life is a bautifull view, stars at night and the silence when you can hear the sea .

Marred stay

The property is as described if not better, the pool and beach are fantastic. Milazzo was very dirty and smelly with bins overflowing and bags of rubbish piled everywhere. Our stay was marred by building work, hammering & drilling going on in another one of the villas, we were unable to use the pool because of the noise and builders coming and going. I was promised it would be stopped but that did not happen.

It is a nice place if you want to enjoy nature and to be close to the busy city. You shoud have a physical ability to climb 50 m there and back to reach the sea. The apartment is clean and has everything that is described. Nice location to explore the Western and Northen parts of Sicily and the Lipari islands.

Beautiful

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely apartment. Beautiful setting, stunning private beach and a swimming pool with a view to die for. The surrounding area is wonderful and totally unspoiled by Tourism. Highly recommended!

Sometimes booking on the internet can be a 'hit or a miss', so I was absolutely delighted when I arrived to find that the advert undersold the spectacular setting, absolutely amazing pool and modern/compact accommodation. The private beach is a must for anyone who enjoys snorkeling! The property was spotlessly clean and the service was conducive to a relaxed and informal holiday. We really enjoyed staying nearby Milazzo. Whilst it boasts a range of restaurants and shops, it is unspoiled by tourism.
