Ribadesella

Our host Antonio couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had a problem with entry to our property one day and the Presidente of the building was very obliging to help us, and friendly. The area we stayed is quiet and relaxing, and felt safe. The apartment had everything we needed for our family. I would definitely stay here again!

Excelente localización, piso sencillo pero muy limpio, gran terraza

El piso está situado a 2 minutos andando de la playa, muy buena localización. La limpieza del piso, excelente. Tiene una gran terraza. Al ser un primero, a veces subía olor de la cocina del restaurante que hay abajo. Por lo demás, un piso sencillo pero agradable.

Best stay ever

We only found Ribadesella accidentally. The flat was fantastic. Just what we needed. 10 m to the park, 50 m to the beach and 50 m to supermarket. Our host Antonio was very good, helpful, and easy to contact when needed. The locals are very nice and helpful as well. We made quickly friends with everybody around us

Perfecto todo!

El apartamento tiene todo lo que una familia puede necesitar: desde utensilios de cocina, secador, detergentes, champú y gel… Y el dueño es encantador: te facilita información de la zona y está disponible para que lo necesites. Destacar lo cuidado que está el piso y su buena ubicación en la zona. Muy recomendable ☺️

One week at Ribadesella

A nice apartment in the Spanish style. Friendly welcome from Antonio. Ideally situated, a short walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk over the bridge to the town. Antonio was very helpful sending links for places to eat and visit. We had difficulty unlocking the main entrance door to the building. This maybe due to a worn key. We had no problem parking but this was October. A very enjoyable week.

A great family apartment ideally located for the beach and restaurants

This was a fantastically located apartment very closely situated for the wonderful beach and also for access to the town across the bridge. Antonio was very responsive to all our queries and made arrival and departure very easy. It was clean and comfortable and exactly as described on the website and we would recommend both Ribadesella and this apartment.

Localización perfecta en Ribadesella

La casa está muy bien localizada, en la zona de la playa pero a 10 minutos de la villa cruzando el puente. Es una casa espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario incluyendo una estupenda terraza. El único inconveniente es que la zona es algo ruidosa ya que tiene mucho tránsito, pero las ventanas son de Climalit y cerrándolas no se oye nada.

Queremos agradecer el trato recibido por Antonio, el propietario del piso que estuvimos en Ribadesella, nos hizo sentirnos como en casa, el piso está en un excelente estado con amplias habitaciones y una gran terraza con maravillosas vistas, su ubicación y su limpieza fue excelente, no le falta detalle, la playa se encuentra a escasos metros, un lugar tranquilo para ir con niños. La mejor ubicación posible

La casa está muy bien, y su situación es perfecta, al otro lado de la ría, evitando el posible agobio de aparcamiento en temporada alta, pero con bares, rstaurantes y supermercado al lado de la casa, aunque el centro está a 9 minutos andando. Sobre todo hay unos cuantos aspectos que destacar por encima de la media, como el estado del menaje de cocina, el poder disponer de jabón y geles de ducha, la limpieza y por supuesto la atención del propietario, muy amable y preocupado porque estuviéramos a gusto en todo momento.

Estancia muy agradable

La casa estaba muy bien: muy completa, muy limpia y muy cómoda. El propietario fue muy agradable con detalles que nos hicieron muy agradable la llegada. La casa estaba muy bien situada, al lado de la playa y muy cerca del pueblo. Una casa muy buena para plan familiar (familia con tres niñas). Si podemos, nos gustaría repetir.

Delightful

This is the best place to stay in Ribadesella. The sea beach and surf club are in 3 minutes walk, the river beach with no waves is in 5 minutes walk, byce rent in 1 minute walk. The supermarket is nearby, plenty of cafes and restaurants. The bridge which leads to the tourist part of the city and shopping area is very close to the apartment. The apartment has everything for staying, even washing liquids and paper towels. The balcony is very helpful in the evening to sit there and have a glass of wine. The rooms are well isolated from each other. The free car park is usually full but you see from the balcony when there is a place to take it. The host is very friendly and immediately answers the questions by sms and e.mail. There is no internet but this is not a big problem because mobile signal there is perfect.

Situación estratégica perfecta y cómodo para una familia con 4 niños

Además de estar al lado de la playa y del pueblo pues ibamos andando a ambos sitios, el apartamento es muy comodo, espacioso y muy limpio además de tener un completo menaje de hogar y artículos de limpieza, plancha disponibles. Y la terraza es amplia y muy agradable para desayunar, aperitivo... Por poner alguna pega, colgaría perchas en la pared del baño y en las puertas de los dormitorios para las toallas y/o chubasqueros los dias de lluvia. Pero en general el piso es perfecto y el propietario, además de ser muy detallista, está pendiente de que no falte de nada y si así es lo soluciona al momento; hemos pasado una semana muy agradable con nuestros 4 hijos que esperamos repetir el proximo verano en la misma casa.

Great place! Very very clean.

The apartment is perfectly situated close to the beach of Ribadesella. Bars and restaurants in front of the door. Free parking nearby. 3 bedrooms suitable for up to 6 people. Very tidy & clean. Set of good towels provided for every guest. The kitchen has everything needed. Washing machine. Balcony. TV. Suitable for families with (small) children and surfers. Extremely polite host. Antonio takes a lot of time to help you in case you need anything. Amazing restaurants on the other side of the river (seafood, fish, steaks...). Great place to start excursions (picos de Europa, Gijon, Llanes, etc.) We highly recommend this place.

Una estancia inolvidable

He pasado con mi peque de cuatro años una estancia inolvidable en esta vivienda. Es exactamente igual a las fotos, amplia, cómoda... A nuestra llegada nos estaba esperando Elena, la casa estaba impecable e incluso habían preparado unos detalles para nosotros. Está cerquísima de la playa de Santa Marina, y a un paseo del centro de Ribadesella. El aparcamiento gratuito está pegado al edificio y hay restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados, etc en la misma zona. Estoy segura de que repetiremos más veces. Antonio estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento en que estuviéramos a gusto. Fue una experiencia estupenda y se la recomiendo a todo el mundo.

ha sido como estar en nuestra propia casa
