It is a small villa in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean coast, ideally located in a residential area from which you reach WALKING in a few minutes to the beach and the picturesque town of Moraira with its attractive marina, beautiful beaches and a large number of shops, markets and restaurants, offering a high variety for any pocket.

WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS WITH OZONE TO GUARANTEE TOTAL HYGIENE, OF MATTRESSES, CURTAINS, FURNITURE, ETC ... SO THEY CAN ENJOY SOME HOLIDAYS WITHOUT FEARING ANYTHING.
The house is in perfect condition, renovated in 2015, its large windows and high ceilings transmit amplitude and well-being. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is a sunny terrace that allows to enjoy the good weather throughout the year. The garden with its trees is the perfect place for hot days or for barbecues.

Wonderful experience

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay with Miriam. The house was great and in a great location. Miriam was very hospitable and welcoming. Would highly recommend and will hope to visit again.

Vacaciones en Moraira

Hemos pasado dos semanas estupendas toda la familia junto a nuestras dos perritas. La casa está muy bien cuidada y limpia, nos dejaron el día de llegada un cesta de bienvenida con todo lujo de detalles. Nicolás y Míriam han sido en todo momento muy amables. Desde la casa se puede ir andando a las playas del pueblo y luego con el coche está muy cerca de todo tipo de calas espectaculares. Schöner Familienurlaub in Strand nähe

Sehr schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist größer als auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Der Check In verlief unkompliziert. Für Familie mit zwei Kindern eine absolute Empfehlung. Gerne wieder!

A nice property in a good location

Overall a really nice property in a good location. The owners live next door if you need anything but the villa is private. The villa itself is small but a fine size for holiday-makers as you spend most of your time outdoors. Some of the furniture or fixtures could do with some updating but it’s more a minor preference. There’s no secure parking on the property, you have to park on the street directly outside the entrance gate. However the street is quiet and we had no issues. While the property is located close to some beaches and restaurants, it is up a hill which can be tough going on the way home in the heat. We ended up driving all the time so bear that in mind if you have a lot of items to carry to the beach etc. Overall a great property and we would definitely stay again.

Casa muy agradable con una ubicación excelente

La casa es pequeña, pero muy bien aprovechada, cómoda, práctica, con un jardín muy bien orientado y perfecto para los perros. La playa y el pueblo están a 5 minutos a pie. La atención de Miriam fue excelente y sus consejos siempre acertados. A pesar de que viven al lado, disfrutas de total intimidad. Muy bien.

Una semana de vacaciones diferente.

Nosotros veraneamos en Mororaira pueblo. Vamos la primera quincena de agosto, pero este año hemos decidido alargarlas una semana más y disfrutarlas en esta casita, que aunque pequeña tiene todas lss comodidades. Su ubicación es excelente y para nosotros ha supuesto una semana de vacaciones diferente a la quincena anterior en un lugar maravilloso como es Moraira. Buena Casa a buen precio .

Lo hemos pasado muy bien, tuvimos un percance y lo resolvieron rapidísimo, fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento.Por poner una pero, la ducha interna y externa no están a la altura de la casita y tener que dejar el coche ennla calle. Por lo demás ha sido todo muy satisfactorio.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean villa with all the utilities required for cooking, washing, internet, TV etc. Lovely quiet garden area to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Walking distance to all amenities including the beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We will definitely consider returning. Relaxing and calm

The house is small comfortable and cosy. The outside areas offered different views and opportunities for social interaction or just time on your own. The kitchen while small was well equipped and allowed for good cooking. Dining and living areas good. Miriam was relaxed and the check in simple. I would recommend this house.

4 week autumn stay

A bright, compact property within easy reach of all local amenities. We visited from mid October to mid November and although there is adequate heating we felt the property is better suited to warmer times of year when the generous out side space and facilities can be fully used. The kitchen provides a full range of appliances and equipment, there is also a washing machine. The TV was disappointing as the only English channels we could find were 2 news ones. Nicholas was very helpful and friendly and all enquiries were dealt with promptly. The property was listed as having parking which is in fact outside on a fairly busy road. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

2 semaines de vacances à Moraira.

Des vacances reposantes dans cette location propre et fonctionnelle, très bien située. Location conforme à nos attentes. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 et 15 ans. Convient aussi pour 4 adultes (1 chambre avec un grand lit + 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples). 15 jours de beau temps, donc l’on vit principalement à l’extérieur du matin au soir. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Petit-déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse. Le midi, préférable de déjeuner dans le jardin, à l’abri du soleil et de la chaleur sous les pins, la sieste au même endroit, un « coin apéro » aménagé à l’extérieur idéal en soirée... à signaler la présence d’une douche extérieure parfaite pour les rentrées de plage (l’eau y est fraîche sans être froide👍)...un bémol ? Peut-être un manque d’espace dans la salle de bains, et une cuisine, certes très fonctionnelle sans être moderne. Un garage est mis à disposition pour une voiture, et si le garage ne convient pas, possible de se garer 50 mètres plus bas, quartier calme, pas de grabuge. Les propriétaires Mr et Mme Crouvizier sont facilement joignables, charmants, discrets et attentionnés. 2 des 4 plages de Moraira sont accessibles en 5 mn à pied de la location. Les plages sont propres, nettoyées tous les matins. Aller faire un tour également aux 2 autres plages(pour les fans), à savoir Cala Moreig qui est une plage de galets mais dans un cadre magnifique(conseil: y laisser la famille en bas et trouver une place en remontant la pente) et Del Portet(genre petite baie un peu plus à l’abri des vents et ou l’on peut s’adonner au paddle, restauration sur place). Il y a tout le nécessaire à Moraira pour s'approvisionner(GMS, restos, pizzas à emporter, bar-cocktails...). C’est une station balnéaire à taille humaine, étendue, parsemée de zones résidentielles, dans un cadre vraiment sympa, qui tranche carrément avec ses voisines de Calpe ou Benidorm qui sont dénaturées par les buildings. 2 marchés les mercredi et vendredi. L’épicentre, autour du port, foisonne de restaurants et bars, glaciers, boutiques...Valence et Alicante sont à 1 heure en voiture... bref, des vacances réussies, et une location dans laquelle nous retournerions volontiers dans les années à venir !! PS: penser au nécessaire anti-moustiques, ils sont voraces et cela se passe la nuit bien sûr !!

Luchthavens: Alicante of Valencia; deze interessante steden zijn gelegen op ongeveer 1 uur rijden van Moraira en lenen zich voor een lekker dagje uit. Binnen 30 min. vindt u vele interessante excursies voor het hele gezin als gerenommeerde themaparken (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia etc.), 6 golfbanen, tennis clubs (met de zomerschool voor kinderen) memorabele excursies naar indrukwekkende Stalagtitenhöhlen, natuurlijke watervallen en zoetwatermeren, mooie wandel- stokken en nog veel meer!
