Prachtige villa met 2 slaapkamers, nieuw gebouwd in de traditionele Mallorcaanse stijl. Nieuw zwembad van 8x4 meter. Afgelegen en ruime tuinen op het zuiden op loopafstand van het stadsplein van Soller. Fantastisch uitzicht over Soller en het Tramantana-gebergte. Smaakvol ingericht naar een hoge standaard. Een 5 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde winkel en een korte tramrit naar het strand.

Elke kamer is uitgerust met airconditioning en verwarming en er is een open haard in de woonkamer. De villa is geschikt voor zowel gezinnen als vriendengroepen. Parkeren is op vlakke grond naast de villa en alle deuren in de villa zijn gemakkelijk toegankelijke, dubbele deuren. Volledige toegang beschikbaar voor de terrassen en buiten eten naast de villa, maar lagere terrassen zouden moeilijk toegankelijk zijn voor rolstoelgebruikers.

Wunderbare Ferien-Villa!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ein herrlicher Garten mit Pool und Stellplätze für Autos. Mit den Vermietern war der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Um das Haus zu erreichen sollte man einen kleinen Wagen wählen, denn die Straße ist nicht sehr breit. Dafür hat das Haus eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf Soller. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

absoluter Traum

Wir haben bereits sehr viele Fincas rund um Soller gemietet. Bei dieser Finca gab es rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Absoluter Traum, hier passt einfach alles.Die Auffahrt zur Fina ist eine große Herausforderung, daher sollte der Wagen so klein wie möglich sein. Dieses kleine Manko sollte man mit berücksichtigen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Grüße vom Niederrhein Bernd und Ewald

A marvelous holiday to remember

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic, perfectly equipped villa. Although we arrived in December in the cold, the villa was pleasantly warm when we arrived. We were greeted by the very friendly cleaning team. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen equipment is very good, we didn't miss anything. The beds are very comfortable, as is the cozy sofa, on which we could relax after the bike ride. But the best thing was the fantastic view of soller and the tramuntana mountains from the beautiful terrace, which we were able to use despite it being winter. The pool was very well maintained. There was absolutely nothing we missed. The location is perfect, you can walk to the center of Soller in a few minutes, which is very atmospheric, especially in the evenings. Sue and Neal are wonderful hosts. They were always helpful and even offered to drop off a car rail that we had left at the house at the car rental company for us. We would like to thank Sue and Neal very much and will definitely come back

Half term break in October

The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. The best thing about the place was the peacefulness with everything to hand with a well appointed kitchen and good WiFi. Overall it was a superb experience - thoroughly recommended!

Lovely retreat

The villa had a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it when we arrived. It was furnished to a good standard and had everything we needed. The views and outside space were excellent as was the pool. It was an easy walk, just 15mins to Soller centre and well situated for hiking trails. It had a very peaceful feel to it and we had a very relaxing stay. The access road is narrow and steep and at first sight presents as daunting, however it is managable in a small car-our rental was a Toyota Aygo. We would definately stay again. standard and had everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa is in a fantastic position overlooking Soller town, and the view is spectacular. We found the villa immaculately clean, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication from the owners was spot on and they were very helpful. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and I hope to return again in the future.

Stunning Villa!

We spent a week at Casa Verde and had a wonderful stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful with views which are hard to beat. It is very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The location is perfect and a lovely walk into the town centre of Soller. Yes the hill up to the villa is steep but it keeps you fit and you are rewarded by the most stunning scenery when you return from a day out! Great communication from the owners who provided a cot and high chair for our 10 month old and airport transfers were also arranged. It is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area, take a train to Palma or the tram to the Port. We would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

Great stay with even better pool

The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay.

Villa sehr gut, Auffahrt sehr schwierig

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Lage und Aussicht sehr gut. Es fehlte eine Betriebsanleitung für TV, WLan funktionierte am ersten Tag nicht, Betreuer Pablo löste das Problem am nächsten Tag, stellte auch die deutschen Sender ein. Auf die schwierige Zufahrt wurden wir erst vom Eigentümer hingewiesen. Der Hinweis dazu fehlte in der Ausschreibung von FeWo.

Ausblick ins Tal und Haus war fantastisch. Anfahrt laut Beschreibung war etwas schwierig. Skizze ?

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub, das Haus lag perfekt um die schöne Umgebung des Tramuntana Gebirges zu erkunden. Empfehlenswert ist ein nicht so großes Auto, um die sehr enge Straße zum Haus heil hochzufahren. Vielen Dank

Urlaub am Rande von Soller

Das Objekt war in fast allem sehr, sehr schön, jedoch für die Außentemperaturen eindeutig nicht ausreichend isoliert. Die Lage hat sowohl für Inselbesuche und Wanderungen positiv zu unserem Urlaub beigetragen. Es sollte jedoch aufmerksam gemacht werden, dass nur sehr schmale Pkw für den Objektzugang geeignet sind. Wenn deutsche Touristen angesprochen werden, sollte sich das auch in den Dokumenten widerspiegeln. Meine Frau und ich könnten uns einen weiteren Urlaub mit FEWO-direkt vorstellen. Sind über Silvester dort gewesen: Alles wie beschrieben, keinerlei Mängel oder Probleme, das Haus war auch gut zu heizen. Bei Ankunft war alles perfekt vorbereitet und das Haus warm. Eine Informationsmappe half bei allen Fragen inkl. Kaffeemaschine. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect holiday getaway

Perfect peaceful stay in the mountains of Soller - only a short walk from town but felt so quiet when at the villa. Incredible views, comfortable both indoors and out, fantastic kitchen as well (we cooked a whole Christmas feast)! While the driveway is slightly intimidating (if renting a car, get a small one rather than an SUV) the villa is absolutely worth the climb. We spent a fantastic holiday there and would absolutely return.

Truly stunning villa!

It truly is a stunning villa! From the garden grounds, interior, incredible views, location and helpful hosts - all was just prefect and made our stay unforgettable. Kids loved the pool where the water at end of October/ beginning of November was still fairly warm! Even the steep and narrow road leading to the villa was not a problem and we drove Fiat 500XL. We are already planning to rebook it next year!
